I feel so bad, hurt, frustrated and very disappointed - I called and I’m complaining in advance for my 1 tooth and I was expecting that they will do the 1 tooth that I was complaining about when I called and asked for an appointment I clearly told to the reception 1 tooth I’m feeling uncomfortable with and they told me they will inform the dentist but when I’m in the dentist, they did cement my 4 different teeth that I’m totally ok with, I’m on the spot and was shy to stop them I didn’t think of my insurance was already on almost limit I thought they are in look of it, I was not really expecting that they will do 4 teeth on that day, I’m so disappointed and was so shock that they suddenly prepared doing the 4 teeth and when ur in the situation that you were already in there I’m the person who’s really shy and doesn’t want to displeased people and just going to the flow, my bad that I’m too polite, but now I’m suffering I have to pay 400 dollar more because they charge more than 800 bill that I’m so surprised and my insurance is already in the limit because they charging me before a lot as well, the last time is almost 1K for just 1 root canal. The receptionist Kelly is not helping at all and was like kinda blaming me. I’m on so in vulnerable state and feel helpless. I felt like they dried me up because of the insurance, now I have to pay extra 400 dollar for the teeth that I’m not even happy with and not the one I’m expecting to be fix. I’m just so disappointed and frustrated of my experience. I’m so surprised of the bill I’ll be gladly to pay it if they did the 1 tooth that I’m complaining with but they did the teeth that i’m still ok with, I’m having terrible headaches after the session too - I feel so bad.feels like if you have an insurance they will used the most of it and take advantage. They don’t care about your situation.

The team of stellar professional women who took care of me over the past 4 weeks is second to none. The amount of care and compassion, paired with empathy and kindness I was treated with, from the minute I walked in the door, put me at ease immediately. I cannot thank you enough.

First time going, they redid an old filling from 12 years ago and removed a wisdom tooth. Very efficient, super nice staff, will be returning, thank you.

Would 10/10 recommend this dental office, everyone was very friendly and professional as someone who really detests going to the dentist it was the best experience. Nela my hygienist was so gentle and sweet. Dr. Smith has a very calming presence and explained everything as she was doing. The best part.no cavities

I called for an emergency dry socket on a Saturday morning, I’m not a patient there (visiting from NB) and they squeezed me in, packed my tooth and completely relieved my pain. Excellent service, super friendly staff- I’d recommend them for sure.

Extremely disappointed. Me and my wife booked an appointment one month ago. We didn't get the proper service. THE DENTIST WAS ABSENT.you should warn us in advance (not when I was inside and almost opened “my mouth for service”). I came to fix the problem with my tooth (possible filling and crown). They did x-rays and cleaning for me and my wife. And haven't finished it for my wife (50% only). And for this service billed us with 630 cad approximately. Hopefully, I had insurance that covered something. Anyway, I paid 192.40CAD for my not-perfect cleaning (it's not full in my humble opinion) and “50% done cleaning “ for my wife. They said to come back next time and they will finish the cleaning for her. Again, I was waiting one month to start fixing my tooth. And received this service.

Had an appointment to get a tooth out with Dr. Sarah Smith. She was amazing as was the dental assistant. When I grow up I want to be like Dr. Sarah Smith. Thanks.

Got in quickly for a new appointment. I was really impressed with the time and explanations as to what was wrong and what was required.

My first visit with Dr Smith after yrs with my previous awesome dentist. She was amazing as was her hygienist very happy to have them taking care of me

MIC MAC DENTAL the staff are all polite, the wait time is great, there my go to dentist office since I first went there few weeks ago, I recommend the dental office to everyone,

On 3/11/23 I had a wicked tooth ache. I phoned to book an appointment that am. I was informed that they were totally booked for about a week. At 12pm, Kelly phoned me and said they could fit me in for 3pm that day. Dr. Dessureault and his assistant (I regret that I never got her name) were absolutely amazing! The whole team was caring, polite, efficient, humorous and totally pain free.
I am extremely grateful to Dr. Dessurault, his assistant, and Kelly and the entire pleasant staff for a great experience.
I totally recommend.

I have been a long time client of the Mic Mac Dental Clinic, and more specifically a patient of Dr. Hiltz. I hate change. I was not looking forward to seeing a new dentist. After 2 apts I can say that Dr. Smith has put all my worries to rest. She’s great. She explains every step of the procedure & asks frequently if I’m ok while she’s working on my mouth. She takes the time to ask why your there & actually listens to what you tell her. Would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I had a root canal done by Dr McKenzie. She had to rebuild part of the tooth. Great work but nine months later, the tooth cracked apart. I called the dental office, gave her my name and told her what happened. The receptionist listed appointments available with Dr Proffitt. I went in and he fixed it. He charged me full price. I called the next day and asked why I was charged full price. The receptionist said that it was because the dentists have their own practices. They didn't tell me that at the beginning. I am unemployed right now with no coverage so I paid over $300 in cash.

Absolutely outstanding level of care Dr. Smith, Andrea and team provide. They’re amazing! Her and her team have managed to practice the exceptional unattainable level of care Dr. Hiltz provided.

Staff is amazing. My 14 year old had a wisdom tooth that needed to come out. He was terrified. The staff was so kind and patient. Dr Profitt and the rest of staff were absolutely wonderful! So grateful for them!

OK, I still dislike going to the dentist, but they make it as pleasant as going to the dentist can be.

I never feel anxious about visiting the dental centre. All staff are professional, friendly and concerned about your comfort.

Doctor Profitt is awesome. He not only saved my front teeth but they look great.
