If you are looking for specific hobby’s like air brushing or scale models, you might not find everything you need, but they have nice staff who always try to find a way to help.

Lisa was great to assist me in selecting the color for a matte for an art piece I did. She then took time to help me with my choice of framing. She was fab.

Went to have a large photo fixed up - some of the decorative framing had come unseated. I noted my need to ideally have it done before I left town that evening. They got it done asap and did a beautiful job - new, clean backing and a new unfrayed hanging wire! Plus they cleaned the glass so well!

All kinds of crafts for adults to kids. A great place for everyone. Nice clean store and staff is very helpful.

Pretty much found everything I needed. Couple of items out of stock but not a big deal. Staff was very helpful locating alternative to what I was looking for.

Well lit, friendly staff.
The front entrance area always seems a bit congested with seasonal products.
I do not like using the same door for both and entrance and exit.

I went to buy Easter decor yesterday and I was greeted by empty shelves in the Easter section. I did buy other items but I thought with Easter still a month away I could get some things. As is always the case with that store the staff were friendly and cheerful. So, some hits and misses this time.

My fiance has a circuit and we go here whenevr we can to get more things for it. Friendly staff and very helpful. If you're artsy and love crafts in general go check them out.

Probably my worst Michael's interaction. The person on the phone sounded annoyed with me. Understanding the Social Distancing, shopping is not as it was, I've received no customer service, and I'm out $20 because they can't cancel my order.

Employees are almost always friendly, but it isnt always easy to find one if you need assistance with anything.

I bought flowers and they are beautiful but, I would not have bought them if I had not had a coupon for 40% off because, they were so expensive. I feel that the stock is marked too high! However, their stuff is very nice.

Pet friendly:) no matter what animal, as long as they are leashed and no one else in store is allergic

I am not a crafter but I find Michaels has a good selection of non-craft items like colouring books and supplies, Funkos and seasonal merchandise. I usually find great little items to include with gifts.
