Cashier scoffed at my visually impaired girlfriend when she couldn't pick up her receipt

Betty and Anna were very rude and I wish the 30%off coupon policy is smarter:

First The paint is always out of stock.
And for the promotion, I watched them literally increase all paints price, and give you a “promotion”.
Then Betty scanned and charged me twice for one item.

And after I paid almost $600, there were 4 little items I wanted to buy together, but I can not. Betty and Anna kept saying I can not use the 30% coupon. Its for tomorrow. And It’s for ONLY ONE item each bill. I asked what if I need them today and I pay four times? Still No.so Wasted my time to select them, and tell me I HAVE TO drive back and come again tomorrow for the same items at same price? Stupid!

Guess what? Then I will NOT buy them! Of course not come back tomorrow to buy again either.

That’s how you fail at selling and keeping a happy customer. Will NOT come back here again and will go other stores for the same supply.

Did an excellent job framing a painting. Also, with the sale, done for a very good price and completed within the estimated date.

Best place to buy art stuff. Although they could have more diverse products, like sandpaper for clay.

I always love visiting this store. It's so bright and cheerful, with so many things to browse through. Lots of selection when it comes to yarn.

I buy most of my crafting supplies here. Thry are helpful and usually have ggd items I need in stock.

I called ahead looking for a specific product and was told which aisle it would be in only to get there and there were none in stock. Staff was friendly while I was in store, but I called ahead to avoid going in if the item was not available.

I love Micheals, they still have lots of stock in most areas except paints, I look forward to have them in. I noticed the everyday coupon is now 30% off it used to be 40/50% off

Hard to find some prices on stuff but lots of selection. Also very friendly knowledgeable staff

Manager, or maybe Asst Manager Jen is amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable, and just plain fun to chat with. Myra, up at cash, is a sweetie. Always has a smile for you.

Went to buy some containers all-in-one to do painting for dollhouse furniture and there were none! I guess everything is just super in-demand. BTW - I would recommend subscribing and using coupons for this store, because they can add huge savings!

Staff super helpful. I was looking for a certain Lemax item, they found it wasn't in store, helped me locate which store it was in and offered me a free shipping coupon because I didn't want to drive that far to get it.

Plenty of crafty thing available here. Sometimes surprise clearances too. Fantastic place to shop around

When the items are on sale good place to fer craft supplies but when not prices are a little steep.

Very nice but very expensive to pricey for a person trying to figure out what to do for crafts and activities for children

I could spend hours in here. Love the very frequent change in stock as well as the coupons available via email. Always gets me in the holiday spirit!

Very good! The staff was very helpful. They led me right to what I needed and let me bring a metal rod into the store to make sure what I was going to buy would fit it.

Today was my first time using the custom framing services supplied by Michaels. It was a wonderful experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the choice of frame looks great.

I was looking for supplies for new project.
I had little knowledge on everything I would need, but thankfully two employees put their heads together and helped me with my vision. I feel more confident to start it!

Usually has just about everything you'd need, and often times more. I always find the pricing is far from competitive however there are constantly promotions and savings in their members app
