Booked an appointment over a week ago to have my AC recharged, told them the make/model/year of my car - dropped it off today only to get a call five minutes later telling me that their machine was too outdated to use on a 2019 Civic. What a waste of my time.

I originally wrote a negative review for a request at a flex pipe repair I needed for an MVI elsewhere that was then diagnosed as a cracked manifold without being able to visually see it. While the staff were quite nice the $2600 quote was not, and I was skeptical. After me & a friend removed the manifold from the car ourselves it turns out they were bang on with the diagnosis! Cylinder 3 being the worst and all. While the price on the part itself could be better, even vs the dealership, The quote on labour was fantastic! Especially given the condition of the bolts that had to be removed.

Tried to sell me an exhaust manifold for $2000 when I came in for a front pipe repair. The same part from the dealership is $1200, and cheaper online, and they made the diagnosis without taking the heat shield off to actually look at it. While the lady at the desk was fairly nice and getting the car in was a smooth experience, I wouldn't recommend paying their prices for parts.

Blew my tire out on highway. Canadian Tire turned me away. Midas had me in there in 10 minutes and back on the road. Both the mechanic and front desk were pleasant and helpful to work with. Thank you!

Booked an appointment to purchase 4 new tires and install eleven (11) days prior to appointment. Show up at 9am. They were aware I was waiting and was told appointment would be about an hour. About 9: 25 was told my tires not here. At 10 ask where tires are and apparently now told tires here by end of day. Asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow. Will spend my $1400 elsewhere. A courtesy call prior to my appointment asking to re-book would have been fine. Standing around for an hour and a half waiting to find out if tires arrive. Not acceptable

Not sure what happened but I left a review about their food & service. They do not offer food!

I can say their automotive services are good. Never had any issues with work done there.

So I just want to start that this by saying I hope this doesn’t happen again and or to anyone. We have used Midas for years.
Today while taking in my jeep for a break change they quoted us at 1953$ taxes included. I decided to go forward with it.
While picking up my jeep tonight the shop front lady told us it was going to be 2680… they made this huge deal out of how we didn’t have proof of this quote they literally gave us earlier. A man came out and talked down to my fiancée telling him to call the cops. After making a big dea out of it they went and checked the quote and came back saying it was 1900$ and we were right. They apologized and tried to make it right however the way they treated us wasn’t okay.

Had tire change over done, their tech way over torqued the nuts, cross threaded every wheel stud and nut. Front wheel bearing was destroyed on both sides of my vehicle because they over torqued the nuts as well as 3 broken studs from the cross threaded nuts.looking at around a $750 repair bill because of their “work”. And was told by the manager I was lying when I brought in proof of the damage to my vehicle. Terrible techs and terrible customer service. Will never be bringing my vehicle back to these “mechanics”.

Great location. Excellent customer service. The work was done in excellent time frame. They called when job was completed. Pricing was good.

Was really frustrated to arrive for my appointment to find their only driveway was blocked with construction and there was no other way to drive in for my appointment. We're a single-vehicle household it takes a lot of rearranging schedules to be able to book appointments during the week, it would have been nice if they called beforehand to reschedule before I took time off work to be there.

Needed my tire patched and brought it to midas and they had it done within an hour! I appreciate the fast service especially during winter tire changeover season!
