Avoid this location. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Drive the extra 30 minutes, Visit another dealer for your service.

Did work I did not authorize and did not do the work I asked. Told me it was done, and when I came to get the truck they said the part was still on order, despite having the truck an extra week. It's a two hour trip one way for me. They have no regard for your time.

Scheduling and keeping appointments worked.
Depending on the employee, communication was a bit slow and therefore difficult to understand, or friendly and easy to understand.

Poor customer service. After having the car A/C serviced a third time they actually fixed it…. But not before they charged again for work that should have been fixed the first appointment. All 3 times it was another part that had to be changed. SO! Either your mechanic needs to go back to school, your service staff need to learn customer service skills, smirking behind the manager is childish, the manager needs to actually listen and use his customer service skills, did not even introduce himself, or maybe they should be fired. It’s service like this that cause local customers to shop elsewhere.

Waited 10 minutes at the service counter and was neither acknowledged or served, so I left. From the look of the dealership, I should not have been surprised.
- Update Sep 11 - The owner of this dealership promptly responded to my review and was kind and apologetic. Based on this I have revised my rating as he showed true concern and made me feel like they would be a great place to deal with. We all slip up at times but they showed that they cared and took this seriously. Many thanks for the follow-up!
