I definitely rate this cultural center with five stars. It has just the right amount of information so that you can take it all in and not get overwhelmed. They have a short video that is very good. We'd like the way that it was produced to represent three languages
The exhibits are exquisite but. There is a ceremonial costume that includes shoes and other accessories, that has very intricate bead work. There is a canoe that is simply a piece of art. The narratives that accompany the exhibits, are very thoughtfully written and the information provided gives the reader a deep appreciation of the native culture in this area. We found it quite thought-provoking.

Awesome spot for native gifts and crafts. Picked up a great Haida print tie and get compliments on it all the time.

Wide variety of gifts for any price range.

I always make a point of stopping here when passing through. Just a few seconds away from cheap Rez gas and a bunch of dining options.

Check out the museum if you have the time. Pop by their website as they sometimes have demonstrations by local craftsmen and such.

We came on the same day at the exact same time that a middle school group was touring the museum. That was perfect for my little daughter. This mini museum has good information and some incredibly beautiful examples of handicrafts on display. There are also some lovely items in the gift shop, as well. We enjoyed it very much.

I experienced this for the first time while a chaperone on a class trip but will be back to take a closer look. Such an important part of our local history and community. A beautiful facility with friendly staff.
