Miller Optometry

Everyone was super friendly and efficient. Only glitch is that I requested my prescription be provided to me by email but all I got was a reciept for the examination payment and this request to provide feedback.

I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Wilson after being diagnosed with diplopia at the emergency room. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. I was given a comprehensive exam. Each procedure was explained. All my questions were answered. Dr. Wilson was most helpful, explaining the test results and suggesting next steps. All of my concerns were addressed in a most supportive manner. This was health care at its best.

Recently on a trip to the DR one of my lenses fell out of my glasses, when I got home I called Miller Optical in Bridgewater, told them my problem. They told me to stop in and they could fix them, next day I stopped in without an appointment, and they put a new screw in to hold the lens in place. Tks to Miller Optical for their fast and courteous service.

I got an appointment for my son the same day I called. They took us in early and we’re quick! They offered him a sticker and fun toy afterwards! Highly recommend.

All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! Process was very easy and glass prices very good!

Miller Optometry has done it again! The entire staff is friendly and very welcoming. I needed some new lenses for frames I already had and it was not a problem at all.
Amanda took her time and shared her knowledge and explained every part of the process to me. It was wonderful to be able to relax and take in all the information.
In this crazy world it is a great comfort to know you can go somewhere and not be rushed!
I went as a returning happy customer and left feeling I had truly made a new friend.

HUGE thank you to the amazing team at Miller Optometry! I cannot praise this outstanding team enough. My daughter had a cut to the eye that was handled quickly and efficiently. Both myself and my daughter were greeted in a friendly manner upon arrival, and she was seen to quickly as they ensured the upmost care and comfort when seen by the optometrist. Thank you for making us feel at ease and making sure all of my daughters needs were met. It is a comfort to know your child's vision is in the right hands with Miller.

My first eye test with Dr Lavandier. Never before have things been explained to me in such detail. I'm very grateful to have found Millers, everyone was so helpful.

Eventhough I was not a regular customer but I stopped in with a lens that popped out.and while we went for lunch they were able to repair and didn't even charge me.

I went in for an eye exam 2 weeks before Christmas. Getting my appointment did not take any time at all, they worked with my schedule.
From the pretest to the eye exam, everyone was wonderful! Dr. Wilson went over all of the pictures and findings from the pretest, which I really appreciate. Right after my exam, Amanda helped pick out a frame and processed the insurance right there!
I was told they were waiting 2 weeks for glasses to be finished. I got them early and Amy got me right in and fit them to to my liking! I cannot recommend everyone at Miller enough!

An amazing and very cheerful place to be. Staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. I was made to feel welcomed and valued and all were extremely professional and a wealth of knowledge. This was my first experience with Miller Optometry and it was a great one. The positive experience began upon arrival and every person I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Staff are very friendly and courteous. They were very accommodating of my request to use one of their computers to test my glasses as my new prescription was for workspace lenses. I was thus better able to understand how my new glasses would function and test them better at the clinic. Highly recommend Miller Optometry in Bridgewater.

Dr. Miller was wonderful with my daughter. He told her everything he was doing. Asked her questions to make her feel comfortable. He asked her the questions first and got her answer before getting my answer. Such a wonderful experience as always.

Amazing! I can finally see my computer monitor and read paper documents at my desk, without switching my glasses on and off all day. No foggy vision in the afternoon or headaches.

I have been a patient of Miller Optometry since I have relocated to the South Shore in 2014. My experience has been nothing short of pleasant, courteous and professional.

Recently, I have had the pleasure to be under Dr Skinners care, for some contact lenses fitting and adjustments. Her professionalism, friendly manner and warm smile (even through her Covid mask) make our appointments wonderful.

Dr Skinner has also seen my children for eye exams; and has a wonderful rapport with children, creating a fun, yet relaxing environment.

I have been telling my friends and family whom may be in need of a new pair of glasses, an emergency appointment, or a follow up; Miller Optometry is the place to be!

A great addition to Bridgewater! The space is bright & airy. The staff seem lovely and the environment was casual. They have lots of choice in frames in affordable and designer options - and many to fit a smaller face size (not so easy to find.)

Our eye examination this week was a very satisfying experience. We felt very welcome from the time we entered the office until we left. The receptionist, the optometrist assistant and Dr Skinner were very professional and welcoming. A very positive experience.

Employees taunt me when i visit over there. I was there to get treatment not to get taunts on my problems. If you guys are not treating other persons like a doctor and then feel them guilt of there body problem then please close your Miller optical
