I am touched by the staff who work here.wonderful people. They helped me a lot, I had an emergency situation and even though they didn't have time for me, they did my appoinemt in another place and within the next hour I talked to the doctor.wonderful place and wonderful people.

I was very impressed with the staff and service. I took my 4yo in for his first check up and they were all super wonderful with him. I'm so grateful they made his first experience a good one and he won't be nervous about going back. Thank you!

I was moved and touch with the courtesy of all the staff. We have an urgent need of eyeglasses repair since we are from Quebec City travelling the maritime.we had been acvomodated with a grateful smile & very quick service. First time here and all of the staff were incredibly helpful. Kathleen the optometrist was very friendly and informative and Tera at the counter was absolutely wonderful. Cannot recommend enough.

I honestly cannot say enough about our experience here. Prior to going to Miller optometry, my husband and I went to FYI on Portland Street and we were treated so very poorly. It has been 4 years since we have been able to get our eyes tested, and our experience with FYI has haunted us to this day. We both had eye exams at Miller optometry today and I highly recommend them. I did not meet Lashawnda, I hope I spelled her name correctly, but her customer service on the phone was impeccable. Our experience with Jenna the optician was above par. The doctor was friendly, empathetic, thorough and showed genuine concern and care throughout the entire exam. We were immediately greeted with warmth and friendliness. Even our dogs were welcome into the clinic without hesitation. Many people dread going to the dentist however, we dread going to the optometrist. That changed for us today. Thank you so much for everything you all do collectively.

The ladies at Miller Optometry were very knowledgeable, helpful and fun to be around. The optometrist and assistant were both very thorough during my eye exam. Afterward, Alison assisted me in getting my first pair of glasses and knew exactly what type of frames I liked.

Wonderful staff very friendly, gave a treatment to my eye because need urgent treatment and appointment of clinic as well. And help me as well my msi card was expired they help to renew it asap.
