Will never return. Vehicle was booked in for 11am on a Friday. Work was not started until Tuesday. Not completed until Wednesday afternoon and even then had to be taken to the dealer to properly complete the repair.

One star til you answer your phone! I think I'm on call 15 in a row with no answer between last week and this week.

Been going for awhile, usually always get my truck worked on by Kevin, he is honest and helpful, which is sometimes hard to find in mechanic. Good group of guys for the most part, one of the counter staff guys can be a headache, but overall, it is a great place to get tires or work done.

Always get excellent service here. I had issues finding tires in the proper size for my vehicle and these were the only folks locally who could do so for me. Highly recommend.

I understand that everybody is busy but when it takes almost 4 hours to get tires changed they are definitely overbooked and should take that into consideration with customers. That is a long wait.

Go see Richard, hands down they are the best. They aren’t only a tire shop but they also do brakes, oil changes and mechanical work. They store my winter tires/summer tires in the off season. Easy to book appointments. Can’t ask for better.

Had tires swapped, went back to pay and get my vehicle, told me they threw out my other set cause they were bald and dangerous. I insisted to see the the tires myself because I knew they were fine. I checked in the garage in front of them and I had easily another season out of them! Insisted they put them in the back of my vehicle and I drove off. Be careful what you’re told here.

Terrible experience. Took 3 hours to change two rotors and one caliper, charged me for an Inspection for something I didnt need. Then to top it all off 2 months later the caliper seized and they told me they need to charge another 45 dollars for inspection and the labour to replace the faulty caliper that they put on. Avoid this place at all costs, go to costco.

Good price but a little slow on the turnaround. My car sat for about 1/2 after they were done before I was able to pay and get out of there.

Don't like being held hostage.

The staff here are amazing and I always bring my car here for service. They do quality work and I never have felt like they were ripping me off. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for any veichle related maintenance. They specialize in tires but provide much more. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else because I know I'm only paying for the service my car actually requires. Shops I've gone to in the past haven't been so honest and charge for services that are not needed just to make an extra buck. Not this place, they're awesome

I am a young woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, so I'm hesitant when I go to a garage. I took my small sedan to this location to get an oil change done, with synthetic oil. Because I'm new to the area, I just went to the place closest to me to have it done. This oil change was $113. Now, this was the first one I had had since owning a vehicle that needed regular oil, so I thought "well, maybe this is normal". This week I took the same vehicle to another garage a few streets over recommended by my co-workers. $35 cheaper. I asked them at that garage why it would cost me so much more at another, and he could not come up with a justifiable reason for the increase. This isn't right, and I'm very unimpressed about it.
