My experience has been wonderful. At the beginning of filing for bankruptcy, I was feeling defeated and scared. But the process of starting and during the bankruptcy was painless. I am looking forward to the rest of my future and the budgeting and money strategies are lifesaving

Karen was very helpful We discussed different ways going forward that I can properly budget, manage and save money. With the different strategies, I have set goals and been able to achieve 1 so far and working towards another. Im so glad I went the route I did although I would have liked not to have had to file a proposal in the first place It has saved me financially and made thing in everyday life alot less stressful. Going forward I will be alot more cautious and aware of my finances

I was paired up with someone who was perfect for me, he knew about the career I was going into and was able to help me make informed choices for my future. He was incredibly flexible with my work schedule and where I could meet him.and once when I was cutting it close for work because of a meeting he gave me a ride to work to get me there on time. Impeccable.oh and when I called the office randomly for information I left a voice mail and got a call back the same day with a quick and simple answer

In March I had to discuss my financial future with Karen from MNP due to my husband losing his job due to covid, the rise in rent and the fact we have a baby on the way. She gave me all my options and explained each one in detail. She answered all my questions and made me feel very confident in making a decision. She never pushed me towards a specific option, she gave me the information so I could make it on my own. Then once I made my decision She supported me and walked me step by step through the process. Because of them I am in a better financial situation and manage my bills and money better. The staff is excellent. They are all friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I worked with Karen Di Giosia. She was fantastic at explaining things and leading me through the bankruptcy process. My experience at MNP LTD was excellent as I progressed through the stages of setting up and paying out bankruptcy relief for my elderly Mother.
First my sister, my mom and I met with an insolvency agent who patiently explained to all three of us what were the options that we could take to declare bankruptcy. He was able to answer our questions and clarify the procedure. As I was given legal Power of Attorney by my mom, we all agreed to go forward with the declaration of bankruptcy.
Then I met with the agent a second time and signed all the papers and made a deposit to start the procedure and agreed to pay a set amount to pay out the bankruptcy over a period of months.
My job was to ensure that the repayment money was in the bank account for each payment until the balance owing was nil.
Once done I was sent the papers that all was settled and the debt was cleared. I would say that I am pleased at how professional and smooth this process went. I would have no hesitation to recommend this Company to any one going through a similar set of circumstances.

I was very impressed with how well I was treated, and how fast everything was figured out for me to get my self on the right path. I really could not be where I'm at now if it wasn't for MNP.

Pretty dire circumstances led me to MNP. Deep and ever- deepening debt left me feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and quite hopeless. While fully understanding my options and working out and through a plan with an advisor was important, it actually was being treated in a respectful, non-judgemental way that meant the most to me. And ultimately, that was the most beneficial- because otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed. The process wasn't necessarily easy, but my only regret now- is that I waited so long to call them.

It is the second time I have needed to come back to MNP to help me, and I came back because my 1st experience was amazing!
Karen Di Giosia, is an amazing non-judgemental, professional, understanding and kind heart lady who put my fears at ease and helped me get my life back on track!
