Ordered our food and drinks. The waitress Tara was so sweet and cheerful, We had our food quickly and checked on frequently for satisfaction with out food and refills. Our experience was very good, looking to come back in the near future.

Food was great and so was the service! Thanks Mitchell for the attentive and charismatic service!

Tara was our waitress, she was very attentive, and friendly! The food was cooked perfectly and very fresh!

Had a great meal. Tara our server was awesome and my wife says she makes the best Caesars. Great overall experience.

Waitress Jill was very ignorant. Did not listen to orders then told us that it was definently honey garlic wings. When bill came it specified Chipotle. Asked for kids drinks and starter with meal. Kids drinks and starter came 1/2 hr before meal. When meal came she did provide a drink for one child but not the other. Asked for take out containers and couldn't finish sentence and she walked away from table she came back with 2 for 4 people. If this restaurant was too busy one waitress should not be covering half the restairant herself maybe she would enjoy her job.

They have the best steaks and meat sandwiches, they sometimes put bacon in my meals by accident but it’s ok.

I go out every second week with friends and Montanas is always one of our favourite places to meet.

We moved here a couple months ago from Calgary. This was the first spot we came to in Sydney.
Tara has been outstanding. We have now made it our Friday stop. She has been so caring and accommodating as we have brought my 80 year mother on a couple of occasions. There wouldn’t be enough space for me to write enough great things about how Tara treats us as guests.

Our family stopped in for lunch today. Our waitress, Tara, was great! Our food was delicious and we may have waited 10-12 minutes at the most for it to be ready. Restaurant was very clean, and we left full. Will definitely be back!

Tara was AMAZING! She went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. Having a great waitress really makes the experience. Thank you Tara!:)

My new fettish are the Antojitos. My gosh they are amazing. I usually get Tara serving me and wether I'm rushing or not she makes them come in a timely fashion. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Thank you Tara for putting up with me lol

Love this location! Food is always wonderful and you can't beat the staff, so nice and professional. Tara (the bar-side section) is the reason that we keep returning every week. She's wonderful.:)

We had a wonderful and delicious lunch and our waitress, Tara, couldn't have been more kinder. She would even continue to bring us, ice, for our beer, yes you read it wright ice in our beer. Thank you Tara for making our lunch a great part of our afternoon.

Food was amazing went on a Wednesday, all you can eat ribs, Tara D was our server she was absolutely amazing in every way a customer could ask for! She made the best ceaser for my girlfriend and me an iced tea drink (forgot the name of the drink) she was very informative and very attentive to us while we were there 10/10 across the board she deserves a raise

Our server Noah was very knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended an awesome dish (that I can't remember the name of, it was the grilled chicken wrap with rice). We will be back when in the neighborhood.

We ordered the trio which consisted of ribs, chicken and shrimp skewers. All three were cooked perfectly. The service was quick and our server was very pleasant and helpful

Montana's is a meat lovers paradise. Decently priced food, very delicious sides. Unique food that you don't find too often in Cape Breton. The decorative theme in here is very rustic/silly coyboy. Really nice interior. Funny signs everywhere.

The platter was delicious, I recommend it if you want to try everything on the menu.

Drinks are all great, kids eat Free on Tuesdays!

Wings aren't gluten free, but there's plenty of meat options for keto and celiac.

They have a gluten free chicken lettuce wrap which is on the healthier side and safe for most meat eating diets.

Would come again. In fact, this is my 2nd stop here, so I did come again.

Great place to eat very family friendly and very nice worker's, fast service and good food especially if you enjoy spicy foods

Great family restaurant. We were there with a group of about 10. Had a great meal, great atmosphere and a really great server. She was friendly and played along with our honour and good mood. All the appetizers were tasty and so was the main meals. I had the 10 oz. Steak and it was good. I think I would get the mashed potatoes rather than the baked one next time.

Was there July 26 with folks for dinner - food and service excellent, no complaints there - however the music was TOO loud! We were there @ 5 - crowd mixed age with several families c/w babies - next to impossible to carry on a conservation. We noted this to servers twice, however I suspect management is under impression excessively loud music creates atmosphere. It does not. Would have been a most enjoyable dining experience otherwise. Did I mention the service was excellent?

This for filled all expectations, you get lots of barbeque sauce, it on the table you do not have to pay for extra it.

I will never forget the time they served us bad goat cheese with the salad.other than that the food is great and the staff are friendly

Great food. A lot of choice and good quality. The service was very good. The waitresses where friendly and helpfull. A big plus where the paper straws instead of plastic. They also have al kinds of dishes for people with glutenallergy. I can recommend Montana’s to everyone.

Food was amazing! But what made it so good was the friendly staff! So easy to talk to and always smiling or laughing. Best service I've had in a LONG time!

Ive gone to dinner at Montana’s alot of times and they were pleasant experiences except for the wait time for our dinner but a few times it was 25 minutes tops, and the staff were pretty nice but were too quick to leave when we did need something. My only other complaint is the takeout, I order takeout a lot, especially from Montana's because i love the corn bread beans & steak, I usually order extra corn bread and beans and I don’t ever get my full order. I had complained once about this and they were nice enough to send my extra’s but the second time I didn’t even bother to call back as i was upset already and didn’t want to pay the delivery service again. I guess Id say i had more positive outcomes from Montana's then negative.

Majority of times, I enjoy the food there. The odd time, the service may be slow, but that comes with a busy restaurant.

First visit was rough (long wait times, not the best meals) but it was just opened so that is to be expected for a new business. Second visit was alot more pleasant. We got our food in a reasonable time and it was great (the sampler was amazing). I can see this place getting pretty good as time goes on.

We got there at 5: 05 and just left at 630pm I ordered only an appetizer and a friend ordered a meal and it took forever, very slow service, then again trying to get the bill I had to walk up to the bar to ask for our bill and a take out container. Ridiculous
