I accidentally left a pair of pants and suit jacket here for like almost 6 months. They had no problem locating it and picking it up! Stellar people work here.

Great customer service, great selection. They put out decent BOGO sales around Christmas, so if you're looking to upgrade your wardrobe, this is the spot.

Went into the Bayers lake location to pick out our suits for our July wedding the guy at the location never fitted my fiancé just guessed his size saying I’m pretty good at guessing someone size and gave him some pants and shirts to try on which didn’t fit but said to go to the next size he didn’t try a jacket on as well, not realizing of the fitting I didn’t question it but these guys should know that. When we arrived to the Newfoundland location 2 days before our wedding the tie colour was wrong the pants were to small and too short as well as the shirt was too big BUT if the guy there had done a fitting then everything could of been ok.hopefully. As for the Newfoundland location these guys were flat out but did eve they could to make our day with the he proper sizing right up until 2 hours to the wedding bringing the pants to the location where my fiancé was before the wedding, the Newfoundland location were amazing.

Watching the tall skinny guy juggle customers was astonishing. Clearly overwhelmed but everyone was served with a smile. A+ service

Tailor here was the best. Highly recommend this location. As for the Mumford location service was less desirable, staff ignored me for 20 mins, told me twice somebody would be by to help me. Nobody came, the person I first talked too who said he'd help me out thought it was more important to hang coats and talk to others. This was my first time buying a suit as a whole. Had anxiety going into it, service I got of being ignored was a bad first experience to have. Again Thank-you to the tall gentlemen in bayers lake location. He helped out right away although he was clearly busy with something else. It only took us 10 mins to dress me head to toe. Very friendly

Was fitted for a tux rental for a wedding and the service was great start to finish. Wait times were minimal, the suit fit great and the prices were reasonable. All the staff were very friendly and the young lady working the front desk had me in and out of the store picking up my suit rental with exceptional service.

Amazing customer service! I went into the store today and was blown away by the knowledge that the men had that helped me and how much they tried to find the exact suit I needed. Amazing place!

Spent alot of time for nothing the sale rep had to asked the same question multiple ways and in the end we got the outcome we wanted did it all on our own and in less time

Patrick was great at helping me pick out clothes that matched my budget, and didn't make me feel pressured at all. Overall a fantastic shopping experience.

The girl we worked with was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and we felt comfortable renting with Moore’s. However when returning to get a suit with my father for the same rental party a few weeks later the service was horrible, it was two younger males helping. Upon checkout he didn’t offer any of the things that were “on our file “ from our original check out. To make matters worse I chose the same style tie for every guy standing in the wedding to wear and ONE groomsmen was given the wrong tie and no one checked in store to make sure it was the right one. The day of the wedding he found out it was the wrong tie when compared his to everyone else’s (originally he would have no idea which style I chose). I feel like this location has a one wonderful employee (the female) and the rest (the males) need more training or something. Very disappointed.

They screwed up ALL of my groomsmen's rentals. Wrong colours for all of them, and one groomsmen they ordered pants three sizes too big, and too large of a vest. He has gone back three times now, and they're saying they'll have it fixed the morning OF my wedding. Insane. One job, and they could barely even do that right. Go somewhere else if you want things done right the first time.

We made an appointment to shop for suits for a wedding party and the groom. However, the person helping us was no where to be found when needed and only went over one option with us. When asking about rentals she said they do not do them but later we discovered that you in fact can. Very disappointed especially when we travelled so far to go shopping with our friends from a different province.

If your there ask for Greg he’s very good and genuinely seemed he cared and was quick. In and out shopping with a great suit.

The worst place to shop at. We have booked to get fitted in and the staff wasn't even ready and not organized at all and everything was a mess in that store
Man I wouldn't recommend this place.

Came into the store.no body helped me, if anything I was avoided. Nothing my size and no other recommendations. Felt like I was shooed out because the gentlemen wanted to go home. It was 5: 40 and they closed at 6. There was a female who did try to help me. After nothing in 34x32 pants which is quite average I was recommended to try on pants that were not hemmed in a $200-300 price range. Unacceptable experience. Will not be returning to this location, although still a fan of Moores.

Worst customer service experience I've ever received! My groomsmen and I (7 of us in total) went to the store for our fitting April 19,2018.we picked out the suit we liked, got measured, and were told that a couple of the suits would have to be ordered which takes about 10-14 business days. After hearing nothing from the store by June 22,2018 I decide to call and follow up as it had been a lot more than 10-14 business days.
To my surprise the person on the other end of the phone had no idea what I was talking about and told me that there had been no work orders with my name. After about 30 minutes on hold i was told that they found my orders and that all my groomsmen would need to come in to be measured (we live 1.5 hours away). I was lied to multiple times by different employees and management as to why my suits were taking so long to come in. My wedding day was August 11,2018 and due to the negligence of this store my best man made 5 (3 hour) round trips to try to get his suit. The last one being on August 9,2018,2 days before my wedding.to make a long story short I will never darken the doors of a Moores store again and will be sure to share my story as many times as possible to hopefully prevent this kind of "service" from happening to anyone else trying to plan a wedding.

We had 20 minutes to get sit jackets before heading to the airport and they helped us get it done. Very helpful!
