Great service, staff is great with kids, even put up my nephew's drawing on the wall when he asked. Food was fantastic, authentic Italian. They also have a great kids menu

The staff are very friendly, my food is always good, drinks are amazing! I have allergies and they have so many options to work around it.

The staff were all very nice. And we enjoyed our dinner in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere which was really nice. I love the decors. The most impressive thing is the beer glasses. I can’t believe that they pre-freeze the glasses so the beer tasted more crispy. That’s awesome little thing but beat me the most. Really recommend and will def visit again! So happy to have such high leveled bar near home.

Fantastic service every time. I crave the kale and arugula salad constantly. Special occasion or Wednesday night dinner - this is the place to go. Consistent food and service.

Their food is really good! The kids pizzas are huge and worth the price. The menu is a little expensive but the pizzas are seriously delicious.

Service was excellent as we had almost all the servers on staff either serving or checking on our welfare/satisfaction. We had a party of seven and we were all served at pretty much the same time. All persons in our group had commented on the great taste of their orders. I had the Spicy Hawaiian pizza and it was phenomenal and highly recommended (not overly spicy, but you have to cater to all levels of taste). The open kitchen allows the customer (s) to view the operation and cleanliness.

Definitely we will be returning!

I'm always impressed when I visit Morris East. Everything on the menu, from pizza to pasta, is amazing. The ambiance is great, and staff are always very accommodating. If it's in your budget, I highly recommend.

The atmosphere with pizza, pair well. No refined/added sugar in the pizza or sauce. Love that quality.

Went with my daughter, looking forward to it as we've been before. The menu changed, and it was ridiculously expensive. $50 plus tip for one appetizer & one pasta. I had only water. No wine, no desert.no coffee.no table bread. We shared the pasta, so each had one tube of canneloni.walked out hungry and $60 poorer. It's not fancy enough to charge this much for a romantic dinner, yet not reasonable enough to go for a nice bite after shopping. Sorry Morris East, you're off the list.

It was wonderful! Good was top notch. I got a charcuterie plate with these ridiculously thin, delicious, house-made wafers! OMG! Our server totally matched our vibe and and made the whole experience amazing!

Went to have a nice experience with my wife on valentines. And I have to say not impressed at all. The pasta was very bland and undercooked. The kitchen should taste the sauce before serving. The meat was not seasoned and it was almost cold.
Maybe the kitchen was having a off night. But still unacceptable.

Never disappointed here. The food, staff and atmosphere always top notch. Excellent salads, always fresh and pizzas (especially the poached pear) unique and delicious.

Use to be our favourite place but the last 4 times it’s been so terrible! I’m not sure what changed? I heard they got a new chef but it’s not just the food the service was bad, waitress was quite cold, really slow & there might have been 4 people in the entire Resturant, the pizza was super soggy & cold once it finally arrived. When I picked up my piece of pizza it was so wet all the toppings feel off onto my lap & stained my clothes. The waitress saw & came over & ordered me another one which also came out soggy so I ended up rolling it up & eating it that way cause by that time I was just so Hungary & wanted to get out of there. Sad it was a wonderful pizza place at one time.

Great salads and pizza. The crust/dough is amazing. The pear pizza was so tasty! The atmosphere is comfortable and clean.

I was really excited to try Morris East until I opened up my pizza box… they put 1 piece of Sobeys cheap Bonair donair meat ripped as a garnish more than a topping for my so called donair pizza.

Maybe put 2 pcs of cheap donair meat instead? Feeling ripped off, and sad I can’t feed family tonight with this $25 dollar pizza. I am returning this pizza tonight

I’ve only ever eaten from here twice, and have gotten pizza there both times, but oh my goodness it’s insanely good! Highly recommend… can’t wait to go back!

The food was good, the restaurant was clean, the staff were helpful and the experience was great.

Great food and service. I ordered the lunch special, which is great value. Today I wanted to try a relatively new menu item, the Jerk Chicken Pizza and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Spicy and sweet. Yummers. I had the kale & arugula salad, I like it. I’ve been here many times, I think a little more variety in the salads would be welcomed.

The pizza has a total of one piece of Bonair donair Sobeys meat ripped into 4 pcs. Sad for 22 plus tip

You can’t beat the lunch special at this place! I got a huge salad portion with the choice of any of the pizzas on their menu.

Everything else was mediocre. The bolognese sauce needs more tomato. It was bland. Pasta cooked perfectly. Service was on point.
Music was horrible. Felt like a “diner playlist”. Lights too bright. Fake plants looked really fake. Bar area not inviting. Lots of potential but feels like they just want to be average.

I have been going to this restaurant for a number of years. As a caeliac I would order their gluten free pizza which used to be excellent. They have either changed their recipe or the chef because last time I tried it it was not good at all - the pizza crust was like a cracker on which a few pieces of undercooked bacon were thrown on and douced with sweet chilli sauce. This was supposed to be the deluxe pizza! I paid a premium for the gf part on this in addition! It's unlikely that I will go there again anytime soon.

Great place for Italian fare. Everything was fresh, home made, and tasted delicious. I would definitely come back here again. Great atmosphere, food, and service.

Wish they had more options for Italian food. The desert menu didn’t include their cake pops. They didn’t have anything there for birthdays (no song, free dessert). Better to make a reservation online before you go because it gets busy quick.

It was a pleasure having lunch on the patio at Morris East this afternoon. The sun was shining, the food was delicious and my server Cody was one of the best servers I've ever come across. Altogether a great experience.

Had the cheese board and an Old Fashioned. Excellent food and the drink was good, but I must say I've had better old fashioneds. I think it has a lot to do with the choice of bourbon. Service was excellent as usual. My wife had cantaloni, very nice, and an Italian wine. (can't remember the name) Very good. I highly recommend this place.

We visited Morris East last evening for a meal. Food was very good and nice surroundings. Friendly staff and our waiter, Richard, was great.

Went for lunch today with my friend. We were served by Cody Extraordinaire! He was wonderful start to finish! He had us laughing and he was super efficient gettting our orders placed and out to us. I had chicken parm, but I had a cream sauce on the noodles instead of the typical marinara and it was mouth wateringly delicious! Thanks for the help with that cream sauce, Cody.
I think one of the things I appreciate most about Morris East is that they handmake all their pastas and the difference with boxed pasta is incomparable! Handmade pasta literally melts in your mouth. Go and see for yourself ;) Can't wait to go again!

The pizza was a bit cold but that doesn't overshadow the quality of the food. Always impressed.

Lovely experience! Phoned for a short notice reservation, no problem! Warm welcome, great service. And the food.wow. I had a shrimp dish with lemon pesto and perfectly cooked pasta. My partner had the famous Lumberjack pizza. Thin crisp crust, generous size, and perfectly cooked in a wood fired oven. A lovely experience overall. Do make a visit. You won't regret it.

The food was great- unfortunately Renee was a terrible server and ruined what should have been a lovely evening with friends. Her lack of attention to our table was insulting. She didn’t take instructions well, she barely let me finish a sentence to the point where I had to wait until after appetizers to get a drink! Unbelievably insulting service overall.
As a woman of colour, it’s disappointing to see an establishment lose credibility due to lack of professionalism and courtesy from their staff. Do better.

A little pricey for lunch, but great quality and that's what you are paying for. Would definitely go back. I had the Campanelli Aglio E Olio pasta dish. It was so good.

Excellent service and ever better food. Highly recommend the Peach Pizza. You may not like the sounds of the ingredients but it's absolutely incredible. No issues on any of my visits. The lumber jack pizza is a good one too!

Pizza is still good. Pasta can be good but their latest creations are a little too creative for my taste. I hope they bring back some of their better dishes, like chicken Picata, carbonara and parmigiana.

Great tasting pizza and amazing service. Cody Brown was a great waiter and we had a very fun time with him.

Always great service at Morris East. Their pizzas are amazing. Restaurant has an open kitchen so you can watch as they prepare your meal. Great menu selection for both food & drinks. I’ll be back soon.

Ordered this place for take out recently because I had it at the Quinpool location a year ago and it was great the first time. This time it was very mediocre. It seemed very rushed and not made with love. The dough was very chewy and it just overall didn't taste that great at all. Paid over 60 dollars for 3 12" pizzas and was very dissapointed. It only takes one bad experience to lose a returning customer. Never again.

Morris East Pear + Prosciutto pizza, Housemade Ceaser Salad and that amazing Carmel Tart for dessert is the best meal you will enjoy in the city!

Hi I would definitely recommend Morris East (Bedford location). The restaurant was lively and the staff were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was nice and comfortable and the food looked and tasted delicious. If you're in the Bedford area this is definitely a place to check out!

My fiance and I went around lunchtime one day, and not only was the food very good, we were in and our within 45 minutes! It's a great place to grab a quick bite. The staff were also very friendly and personable.

Friends were visiting and we decided to go to Bedford Morris East for dinner. It was not busy and we were seated and drinks ordered. We decided to share two pizzas and large caesar salad. So many choices of pizza, we asked to have 2 types of pizza on one and they were more than happy to accommodate our request as the kitchen was quiet, at the time. We enjoyed all three types. The salad was served with a lemon vinaigrette dressing, which was a nice change from the original creamy version.
Staff was friendly and very efficient. Will be back soon.

Food was delicious but the service wasn't very good when we went. Constantly felt like we were severely inconveniencing our server in order to get normal things such as drinks, water and other required items.

Enjoyed an amazing meal from the updated menu on the patio this evening. The pesto chicken meatballs were amazing and the rigatoni bolognase featuring in house homemade pasta was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be going again! We had Cody as our server and he was just delightful!

Amazing salads and pizza! I had the panzanella salad and the chicken pesto pizza both were awesome and way more than I can eat in one setting. I was with four other people and everybody raved about their food.

We were in the area for our daughter's volleyball game so we decided to make a reservation a few hours earlier. That turned out to be a good idea because this is a super busy spot! We arrived a bit early and we had to come back. They have gone to great lengths to ensure everyone is safe. Lots of dividers and space for everyone. Now to the food. We had the Three Mongers and the Lumber Jack pizzas since we are more on the meat lover side of things. Both were perfect. Packed with flavour, just the right amount of ingredients and its certainly either a large meal size individually or a normal meal with leftovers. Service was friendly, prompt and attentive. Everyone was hustling and the place had a great vibe. Lots of take out going out the door as well. I would recommend giving Morris East a try! Thanks for the great experience!

We went for Dine Around. The place was packed. Always a good sign. Seated quickly and great service began. Part of the package offered a bottle of wine for $35. A really great start. My wife had the Kale salad and I had the Caesar salad. Both were great. Being the meat lover I am, I ordered the 3 different pepperoni on a tomato base. Yummy! My wife ordered a completely different version which she loved. It was finished off with a pecan based small dessert. Also, delicious. So great food, great service and great atmosphere. What else do you want.

We had a most disappointing supper of pizzas with family, after hearing how great this place is. One order, thin crust, pepperoni, green pepper, onion and extra cheese. The result.thin crust blackened/slightly burned, some pepperoni, green pepper, burnt mushrooms, dried up sauce, no extra cheese, no onions. One of the other 2 pizzas was eaten and liked, the 3rd.had a strange taste for the person, a couple of bites and the pizza was left, the pizza looked like it had Blue Cheese on it, not liked by the eater. All this for approximately $90.00. Unbelievable, we will not be back.

Usually I'd give this restaurant 5 stars. Always enjoyed their food. However, last weekend I picked up dinner and it was cold when I arrived home (5 min away). First time this has happen to me with this restaurant but disappointed nonetheless

I’ve always wanted to try out this place and yesterday, I took my wife for lunch. I was blown away by how good our orders were. We had a creamy linguine pasta and a lunch special pizza (spicy Italian). I’ve been to many Italian pizza places and bistros in my life and all I can say is that Morris East is up there with the best! The dough and ingredients of the pizza was just phenomenal. We will definitely visit again.

We went to Morris East without a reservation on a busy Friday night and had no delay getting seated. The service was great and the food was even better! I would recommend eating the pizza while you're at the restaurant, though, because the next day it's not as good. Take that into account when ordering. My fault, not the restaurant's. We'll be back!

One of my favorite restaurants. I do not have one complaint.it is so clean and the pizza is superb as is the salted caramel tart.yay they finally have the original pate brise Pastry.so Vanessa our server could not have been nicer.highly recommend!

I always have a great time at Morris East. We choose to come here tonight with some friends and of course for pizza. I tried the chicken pesto pizza tonight, and while it's not my favourite, it was pretty tasty. I finished the night with the lemon cheesecake and the raspberry sauce was delicious! Service was good. There was a small delay getting our orders taken, but we were greeted with a smile, and an apology and had attentive service for the rest of the evening. The staff works really well together, constantly cleaning off tables for one another and checking on things.

Definitely one of my go-to spots for dinner! Always friend staff and the food is just delicious!

A most interesting and delicious chicken / Mexican pizza with refried beans and a spicy sauce. The cheese and beer soup was amazing.

First time experience and we were blown away. Best way to start the New Year. The portion were huge. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their food. Live music was perfect, not so loud you couldn’t enjoy your meal. Truly felt like a family kitchen atmosphere. Would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place for dinner.

The food is wonderful and I really like the layout of the restaurant. There are cozy nooks for two and open seating for larger groups. All the staff are kind and food comes out very fast. We have returned several times and always enjoy it.

Amazing food, great ambiance, excellent place to go on a nice date night. Pizza had fantastic flavor, and there was a live soft Jazz band when we were there. One of the best date night experiences we've had in a long time.

My first time here was today and I was blown away by the atmosphere, service and food! I will definitely be making this spot a regular. If you haven't tried it you must or you truly are missing out!

Had the pear pizza (seasonal menu) with wild mushroom soup, house white wine and mini salted caramel tart. SO delicious! It was one of their items from the lunch special menu until 3pm. My son had a special request not listed on their menu. It was a chicken alfredo served with arugula & garlic bread. He ended his meal with a chocolate cheesecake with blueberries & whipped cream. He really enjoyed it. Shout out to our server, Melissa ~she was Awesome! Thanks!

Even though this is a family restaurant our server was not really patient with us because of our 2 year old daughter. She spilled some water in front of him and he didn't care, we weren't even offered some extra napkins so we had to use our own.
The host was nice and food was very good but you can't order half pizza one way and half another way so we stick to their rules.
I would go back to this place to give it a second chance but if my experience was the same I wouldn't come back again.

So good, their creative pizza combinations are so tasty. I had the Three Mongers, with hints of honey on the crust and lightly spicy Italian sausage, all washed down with a glass of wine. Fantastic!

Had the ragu. Pretty solid dish. Portion could have been a bit bigger. Rest of the party I was with all ordered pizza, wish I had done the same.

My daughter and I had dinner at Morris East tonight. Absolutely one of the best experiences dining out in the city. Appetizer entree desert were all decedent. Thank you to the kitchen team.

Staff gets a five star also. Working as a uniform team. Very impressed my daughter’s coat was offered to be hung up as we were sitting. Second but maybe the most impressive was, I dropped a utensil, without a glance the gentleman behind the bar arrived with new ones. I never even glanced at the dropped one. I haven’t had that kind of service on a dropped intensity since I was nine years old at the Hyannis Yarch Clib in Cape Cod, Ma. That is impressive wait staff here! The best, thank you and I will be back.

Soggy crust and a very small amount of cheese for a 9" $20 pizza. I've had better from sobeys, although I will say the sauce was good.
