Mr. Lube + Tires

Great service! Waited until very last minute to get winter tires put on. These guys had a 3-4 hour wait as other cars ahead of me, I decided to stay and was in roughly 2.5 hours. They worked steadily and I watched them get cars in and out as quick as they can. Price was about average as expected. Over all was happy with the service as this was my first Mr. Lube experience.

Went in for an oil change - Halfway through the service, the employee just walked out to his car in the parking lot, grabbed some food and started eating a sandwich in the shop. All without saying a word. He then just walked around and chatted with his coworkers and ate his food. After 20 minutes of me just sitting there, another employee came over and finished the oil change. I'm just confused more than anything. Weirdest experience I've ever had at Mr. Lube

Didn't get offered a drink or anything. Technician left for a while. Didn't check lights or anything. Didn't get the good experience I've had in the past.

Went there 3 times yesterday trying to get a simple oil change. Three strikes your out. The first guy I talked to refused to answer my questions about anything. No one ever did talk to me. The last guy I talked to said they were closed 30 minutes before they were actually closed and there was no vehicles in any of the service bays. You are: Horrible horrible & horrible!

Always my go to place. Only issue the past little while is it's been a long wait for an oil change. Not sure if it was because of being short-staffed or just so many people go now.

Very attentive to detail, made relevant suggestions regarding new tires, was willing to take time to explain what work was being done. I will definitely return and highly recommend this location.

Do you want perfection this guys are.just for pople with money. You save time but not money with them.

Besides the long wait the workers were obliging and curious. They were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

In for oil change and had a 40 minute wait. Is what it is.but here is a thought.how about a complimentary shop vacuum station so one can make good use of their time as an added feature.would be very nice! At all Mr. Lubes!

I got my car oil change by KUNAL at this location he really checked everything like its own car I would highly recommend him for all car service.

I went here today to get an oil change. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes. After waiting over an hour and watching customers who arrived after me go in I left. What a waste of my time. If it’s going to be hours of waiting let people know, I have very little free time and Mr. Lube wasted my precious time today by lying to me. I had to get my child from daycare. If something comes up let the people waiting know it’s going to be longer.

Well, it is hard to rate a place that couldn't even do work for you. So their website says that they do breaks. So I go there bright and early just to be told "we don't do breaks" without even getting an apology for the inconvenience. I mean it is what it is, if they don't do breaks, they don't do breaks, but why does it say that on the website that they do? So I wasted gas and time going there for no reason. Also they make you sit and wait in your vehicle rather than just dropping it off and going about your day. So not a good experience for me. My advice to Mr Lube if they want to improve is to put accurate information on their website.

OK in general until I figured about 10 belly pan scews are missing, which I am sure were there before the service. They just put enough screws back as long as the panel won't drop. Been a while building my trust about fast oil change, now you lost me again.

Guys checked my lugs after putting on my snow tires. Didn't wait 5 minutes.

Tip: Go during the week if you can. I find the weekday crew better.

We waited 2 hours for my tire service and then when my turn they will just tell me that they can't do it.
Why they let me wait for two hours if they can't fix it.

Busy business they try to move everybody out in 25/30 mins however sometimes it’s Longer but it’s understandable the young guys are very hard working. Jason was fantastic and very helpful and knowledgeable as were his staff

Definitely recommend. Very busy early Saturday morning. They warned me I might be waiting for two hours. In the end, I waited just under an hour. Coffee and water offered once I was in the bay. Oil change probably cost less than I would have paid to do it myself. Knowledgeable and friendly service. Tires reasonably priced. No upsell. They offered discounts because I was having a fair bit of work done.

Took a loose tire in for repair (nail puncture). First they said (3 employees standing together drinking coffee) they didn’t have patches, then they said they couldn’t take the tire off the rim? (2018 Audi A3 factory tire and factory rim) ‍️ Maybe call ahead before you head in to save your time.

DO NOT GO HERE! Over tightened the oil pan plug on our car, cracked the oil pan, and won't admit to it! Blaming Hyundai! BAD BUSINESS!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We arrived at the lacewood drive location to have a tire change. The employee told us it would be a 45 minute wait. We decided to wait. After waiting over an hour and a half we were told to drive up to a bay door and that we would be next. The car in the bay ahead of us was not actually getting any service done. They were only there for tire prices. We sat there and watched while they had 4 vehicles that arrived after us serviced in other bays. The employee then came out and explained that the wait was so long because they were having trouble looking up the tires for the car in front of us. We asked if since that vehicle was waiting for a price and did not require service if they could pull out and park and we could then pull in. We were dismissed by the employee who was very rude. We were told that no he would not ask them to do that and we would have to wait. This is now over 2 hours of waiting. At this time majority of the staff were actually around the back of the store smoking cigarettes and talking. After 2.5 hours of waiting with no apology and no effort made on behalf of the staff and very poor communication we drove away with no service completed.

Was there early morning, just after they opened and had to wait over an hour before I could get in for an oil change. On two previous attempts to get an oil change i was told the wait would be more than 2 hours. They did not check all of the fluids, I know this because when I got home I checked the transmission fluid and it was low, the radiator anti-freeze was low also. I also had three different technicians for this visit.

They were very busy but extremely courteous when it became my turn for an oil change were very professional. Highly recommend

Had them check tire pressure and the did not replace my valve stem covers! Everything else was good

It was a strange experience. Asked for only an oil change. After 5 min of being there, the Indonesian man told me there is a bad smell coming from my 2019 vehicle. Said it was the smell of bad transmission fluid. I was confused since my dealership takes care of all of that. He then opened the transmission fluid plug and smelled it again. All I could smell was his sweaty body. He def needed a shower. Tried to upsell me on something I didn’t need.
I just took the oil change and declined everything else. Oil change for a Honda Civic costed $117 with tax, nothing extra added on

Often hard to get into but not bad wait times if you have the foresight to show up right as they open. Super friendly service + so polite at this location, was offered coffee/tea + was kept in the loop about what they were doing with my car and why. Easy 5 stars.

Good place to do all of your tire and oil works. The only thing I hate is the extremely long wait but can't blame them as we don't need any appointments. Best way to avoid the line is go early morning or don't go there on peak seasons but go before or after most people change their tires.

I’m seriously done with this place. My last review got no one attention. This time it happened again and it’s even worse this time. I have spend my only two days off to get my tires changed and the first day they told me they don’t have technician and they shut down tire changing for the day. I ask if tire changing will be back on track the next day and I got positive answers. I came over today a bit earlier and I was told they don’t accept more customers for tire changing and it’s only 12 o’clock. No more explanation No apologized Nothing! My tires always comes with rims which doesn’t take too much time to change. Mr Lube keep disappointed me with such arrogance attitude. I am changing my seasonal tires in another place good bye MrLube!

On 2 occasions, when we’ve been waiting for a few hours for our appointment, they claim that one or a few of our tires need to be changed for one reason or another. They refuse to put the tires on because they “legally can’t”
On both occasions we decided to go to the dealership instead, and they changed them with no issues. I specifically asked them to inspect the tires first and they said there’s no issues with them.
I think that they use the fact that you’ve been waiting for a few hours to guilt you into paying more.
I recommend that you take your car elsewhere for tire change services

Great place for an oil change. There can sometimes be a wait (they don't book any appointments), but it's worth it. Staff are friendly.

I literally wasted 3 hours of my morning just to to be told that they couldn't change my winter tires as their machine broke down and no one was there to fix it, they didn't care, they were not sincere, it was more like tough luck so I am taking my business somewhere else.

Refused to install good summer tires and tried to sell me replacements after a one hour wait. Sorry they don’t get my vote very poor service.

We were on our Honeymoon when we got a flat, the tire already had plugs in it so we went to Canadian Tire to get a new tire and have it put on my car. They were "To busy" to put the new tire on my car but of course were quick to sell me a new tire. I called Mr. Lube they said bring it on over. We did, they were fantastic! Great customer service, changed the tire and balanced it. In and out within 30 min or even less. They were so friendly, and went right to work. Got us back up and running for the remainder of our honeymoon. Thank you to the gentlemen who did this for us and all the staff there. Very great service and thank you for helping someone in need.

Less than an hour wait, but a bit pricey for an oil and filter. Quick service and decent staff. Worth it for the convenience.

Closed at 5, went for an oil change at 4 was told no because they are closing in a hour. Trash location lazy people, don't bother. Go somewhere else if you can.

Great place to go in a pinch. That being said, the technicians are trained to upsell and will pressure you into services that are not necessary.

I went there for oil change the customer service and professionalism shown by Amrit and Harman was outstanding. I am satisfied by the service i got there. Will go there again.

By far the most expensive oil change I have ever had. It was just about $150 after tax was included. I asked for a synthetic oil change and only that. If you are able to make an appointment elsewhere, I would highly recommend it. I waited over an hour and I will likely never return to Mr. Lube. If you're stuck, go, but only then.

Very bad services. I was there today for tires change. I'm always checking my tires before the storage with facilities with professional to avoid paying money bad tires. I checked again with pickup and went to Mr. Lube for change.
After one half hour waiting, the guy came to me let me know I need two new tires for his reason if safety. I measured the tires with a professional and was ok for installation but no near by an appointment. MR. LUBE WANTED TO SELL ME HIS TIRE AND WHEN INFORMED HIM I'M SURE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF MY OLD, HE MADE ANOTHER CAUSE WITH THE UPLIFTING THE CAR AS PUNISHMENT FOR MY REFUSING HIS OFFER FOR BUYING A NEW TIRES. I went to Canadian tires where they change the tires and the old tires safety was Ok. MR. LUBE, It is bad service to sell your product and making money without NEEDED BECAUSE IT IS NOT HONEST.

IT IS VERY BAD PEOPLE, BAD SERVICE TOO. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

Every time I go there, the mechanics are busy like bees doing the work I asked for. Whether it's tires, oil changes, undercoating etc, there just aren't any problems. Everyone's friendly, listens and does what they're supposed to. I've been going there for years and send family and friends as well.

I went to Mr. Lube
And i said only “i wanna change winter tires and enging oil” and they say “yes it’s $000”and then
When i get the bill, they did Undercoating.
So i didn’t say thet, so i asked him but They said “that’s already done” it’s real. I don’t understand. Who wanna undercoating for the old car.but I dont have choices so I paid. And i never go again

Update your hours so you don't waste peoples time sitting around for an hour just find out that you guys are not open on public holidays.

It's not hard and it's common sense.

This location has changed over the last year.

The service and friendliness was amazing and over the top (in a great way) all the lads would remember me because I used to get my oil changed almost once a month. I traveled a LOT.

But unfortunately the last couple visits the staff have been cold and not friendly.

I also tried to get my rim fixed there a couple weeks ago and the gentleman said they didn't do that there, which is a lie because staff have done it for me before. It was just a simple fix, needed a dent banged out but it was on the inside of the rim so it needed to be put up on a lift.

When I said that they've fixed it before, he stuttered and then said the tire tech wasn't in anyways. You could tell from the second he walked outside the building that he didn't even want to talk to me.

Unfortunately I won't be returning to this location for further service. Which sucks because I used to love chatting with the old crew and having lots of laughs while they worked on my car.
