Mr Rooter was one of the BEST companies i have had the pleasure of working with! As a first time home owner they came as soon as i called them and let them know my septic tanks alarm was going off. They same day pumped me out and had a new pump in the septic tank by the next day! They were so friendly and prompt to answer calls and give me timelines. This was a nerve wracking situation and they made it so easy for me! 11/10 recommend them for any of your plumbing needs! Also their prices were very fair with the impeccable service provided! Mike was my underground specialist and he was amazing! Will be using them for all my needs in the future:)

Arrived only a couple of hours after I called. Fixed my clogged kitchen sink in 30 seconds. (I had tried 7 internet-provided fixes with no success.) Nice people

We needed a plumber to fix a leaking pipe. I was able to book an appointment on-line and had someone come to service the issue in a timely and efficient manner.

He took the time to explain everything to me, was able to get the parts he required within the day and completed the repair without any extra costs.

Owing a home requires homeowners to have companies to trust for both minor and major repairs. Mr. Rooter is definitely a company that we will continue to use and recommend to everyone.

Was very pleased with my experience. Mike & Tyler were awesome, very professional & explain every step of the way whether in person or through text & phone calls even sending pics along the way. Happy to have them back anytime but just for beer instead of work.

Great, friendly service! On time and plumber called ahead to let us know he was on his way!

Very professional. Quick replacement of toilet (like 15 minutes), and they even took the old one away - which meant i did not have to decorate my front lawn with it till garbage day.

Not the cheapest plumbing company, but certainly fits into the "you get what you pay for". Very reliable, and I usually call them when the problem is something I need a guarantee that it's done right the first time. Anything doing with septic or water main they are usually my go to.

Gurvinder Singh was the technician that came to my house. He was knowledgeable, thorough and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly.

Mike was very helpful and able to solve our issues quickly. He also let us know that since our septic was old we could do some things to make it more accessible and last us longer. Great job!

Our (very old) wall toilet is leaking. When the first plumber wasn’t familiar with wall toilets, he returned with extra help and I only paid for one service call. It’s going to be a big job fixing it, involving pipes in the walls being replaced, but they have explained what is happening clearly and quoted a fair price. I look forward to the job being done, and really appreciate the friendly, pleasant workers!

Great service. Would highly recommend. Replaced our well pump and pressure tank on a weekend!

Excellent work. The employee came at relatively short notice and cleared a blockage in my toilet. Left my bathroom clean.
My only issue is over $300.00. I realize it was short notice. I used Small Jobs Plumbing last year for another toilet blockage. It was in the range of $120.00.

Excellent work but check the rates.

I did not ask and my toilet in our Condo works fine.

I made an appointment to fix my septic float, they forgot the float and never came back. I rescheduled the appointment and they forgot their ladder to do the job, they never came back. I rescheduled the appointment a third time in which they were 8 hours late. The work did get done but I will never use this company again I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very good experience with Gary and Jas.arrived as promised with phone updates provided in advance on day of booking and dealt with identified issues with replacement faucet, new toilet and shower diverter.shower diverter was the original booking request but they were good enough to address the other items on the same visit as opposed to returning at a later date. Very efficient booking and onsite payment experience as well.
