Excellent service, especially for families with young kids. Extremely family friendly. Lots of things for the kids to look at (decor). Great fish and chips. We come here every time we can.

This is hands down my favorite and most consistent restaurant in Truro. Never disappointed, you can put the fish you're too full to eat at the time in the air fryer and it's like having a fresh piece instead of it being soggy. The staff are all darlings and the sweetest bunch I've ever met. I have never had a bad time there!

Excellent food. One piece, Fish And Chips, and carrot cake – excellent. Service friendly and top drawer.

Had 1-piece fish & chips. The fish was nice, not greasy. Had better french fries.but the meal was cheap and staff was pleasant.

Great fish 'n chips! I could have settled on the one-piece. I was almost too full eating the two-piece plus fries.

1) this is good fish and chips, but the best are actually at a small place hidden in Halifax.they also have good fresh fried clams.
2) the wait staff are great
3) the idiocity of making everyone pay at the front is painful. One, because it all hinges on 1 person answering the phone, and operating the till for both take-out and dine-in. And the woman operating cash, she is nuts, wastes time yapping, and is terrible to the wait staff.
I like going here but paying and listening to the lady at the till pushes the limit of my patience.
For the love of all that is good, let wait staff bring the wireless debit machines to the tables and let the customers move on with life. Nothing worse than spending as much time trying to pay as you did dining, while listening to the slow person yap on forever.

When I make it back to Truro this is where we always stop …great food and customer service.
