I shipped my Tesla with MVS on June 7th from Toronto to Edmonton, got there on June 19, the whole entire process was so easy and most importantly every single person both online and in person was so helpful, 100% I would recommend MVS to all my family and friends.

BEWARE: Unacceptable Service

It's been a horrible experience with MVS. You will see glowing reviews but that's far from what we experienced. In their website they have an average shipping time of 22 and we were quoted 18 days. We decided to get their service because of their quote as it is better than what was shown on their website.

It is now the 27th day and our car is still not delivered. This is the worst service we have experienced in Canada. Never getting nor recommending their service ever. We reached out to their customer service team and we are only getting generic delay excuses. We feel like there is a 2 tier customer service in their company as you see glowing reviews but there are also horrible experiences just like what we are experiencing.

We've racked up over a thousand in car rental expenses because of their delays. Complete horror story. DO NOT BELIEVE the reviews. Beware of this company.

I have previously had a vehicle sent to Victoria BC last year.
With the wonderful service I highly recommend the MVS Company who needs to transport a vehicle as I did.
With that said, I purchased a vehicle in April of 2023 from ““Campus Acura” in Victoria where your Company again picked up the vehicle from the dealership ship and sent it back to Calgary.
Very impressed with the price, no issues with the car and your service is excellent.

Shipping a car can be quite stressful and I was very thankful that I received quick responses and that my car arrived quicker than anticipated. I shipped my car from British Columbia to Nova Scotia and it took just under 4 weeks. My mom has also used this company to ship a few cars. I would definitely recommend this company.

MVS Canada did a great job for us. We dropped the vehicle off at their terminal in Calgary and it was delivered right to our daughter's rural yard on PEI.

I had my car shipped from Edmonton to Saint John Nb. They sent me notice when my car was moved and I could track it. I would use them again if I had to and the price was great.

Very efficient and simple to use there service and the delivery was done very fast. Also with there system was confident that the vehicle would arrive in the same condition as it was sent which did happen.

We did ship our vehicle from Manitoba to Ontario with MVS and it was a great experience, we didn’t have any issues. We recommend their service 100%

My car shipped in Richmond to Edmonton with in one week with out any damage.

If you are looking to get the best customer service and reasonable shipping times, I recommend using MVS, even though they are providing mid-market services. MVS' competitors, including direct shippers, have non-existent customer service.

My experience with MVS was very positive. In my initial queries, the people that I spoke to were patient, helpful and accommodating. I was sending my car from London ON to Calgary.
The booking process was not difficult and the response was timely.
I was kept in the loop pretty much through the steps that my car took on its trek across the country.
It arrived safe and sound.

I am very satisfied with your services. Once suggestion is, whenever I called MVS initially before finalizing the service provider, I never got connected but I always got reply for my email. In initial decision making for carrier, email is slower and I might have gone with someone else if I would be in hurry.

Other suggestion, although I got timely updates on my vehicle's movements, it would be nice to have GPS enabled. It will give more satisfaction/trust if I can track my vehicle whenever I want!

My car arrived right on time, professionally handled with everything inside the car intact. No scratches or damage to the body. Communication was awesome and real-time. I am a satisfied and happy customer.

It would help if I was allowed to ship some personal effects along with the empty vehicle. It was painful throwing valuable possessions away when they could have seated well in the trunk even at my own risk. Pictures and documentation would have been taken care of on both sides of the departure and arrival.

In all, my vehicle arrived in one piece and intact. This was my second experience with you guys and I am not disappointed.

Shipped SUV from Calgary to Toronto over the wintery December/January. Dropoff and pickup were easy and seamless. Vehicle arrived on time and was in pristine condition. Highly recommend.

Shipped my car from Montreal to Vancouver by rail, and I was very happy. Took just under 3 weeks, though the time will depend on several factors. The communication was very clear, the quote was detailed, the emails were written thoughtfully, and the process was very straightforward. I would have liked to have tracking updates more frequently than once per week, but I also understand that there might be technical limitations on how the progress is tracked. Overall this was an excellent experience, and I will use it again next month for my wife’s vehicle. Thank you!

Awesome service! Shipped my SUV from Alberta to New Foundland with no problem. The tracking update was great. Christina was very helpful with all my questions. 100% recommend!

Awesome service folks, the updates were a little slow but we were traveling too. The only thing I could suggest, and it wasn't that big a deal, is that the final delivery driver give a little more notice than an hour, as we had arranged for relatives to receive our vehicles and it was after 9pm. The delivery driver was said to be very professional and courteous, so please pass that along to him as this is very important to me being a former trucker. The drop off at Able Transport in Edmonton, Ab went very smooth and seamless. All in all if you are looking for a number for a rating, give your organization an 11 for us please. The service was excellent. Timely and clear responses to my inquiries. Even when my vehicle broke down on route, both Susan and Kevin worked with me to get it fixed and back on its trip across Canada. The vehicle arrived at its destination in great shape and on time. Would not hesitate to use or refer family and friends to use this service.

I used MVS Canada to deliver my vehicle from Halifax to Vancouver, the price of MVS Canada is fair, and Kevin and Dave responded promptly. It was a very pleasant delivery experience.

It was a great experience to request MVS to ship my car. Frequently I received some updates during the process. Although It took a month to wrap up the journey from Halifax to Vancouver, I am fully satisfied with what MVS help deliver my car for me.

Shipping was clearly explained and the vehicle arrived without any damaged of any kind. A very minor item was that there were a few spider webs inside the vehicle, but those were easily cleaned upon arrival. I assume a window needed to be left partially open to ensure keys are not locked inside by accident.
I would happily recommend MVS and use MVS again. The vehicle arrived faster than initially estimated, but most importantly - the vehicle had no damage.

They are the best! I shipped my car from Vancouver to Toronto and it reached with in timelines. (Shipped on August 22 from delta and picked up car from Scarborough on 6th Sept). MVS team is very responsive and process is very easy to follow. I would highly recommend enquiring with the car insurance agency about what is the process regarding license plates as it depends on the province.

I shipped my car from Halifax to Vancouver and the process was seamless, and I got regular updates on the progress of the shipment. Overall, very happy with the service!

Great experience with mvs for shipping my car from toronto to calgary. I have moved a new times across provinces in the past few years, this year decided to try to new company, I am so glad I did! Mvs provided a fair quote, the process to drop off the vehicle is clear and easy to follow, they use online tracking system to keep you updated all the time about where your vehicle is at. The picking up instruction is clear too. Overall great experience, very smooth. I will definitely come back if I need to ship my car again.

Everything went well about which I am glad about. The process was smooth. The best part was the communication piece which was clear and concise. Clear and detailed instructions given which is great. All in all great service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND MVS AS A SHIPPER FOR YOUR VEHICLE. This review should come as no surprise to Susan at MVS. I was advised that my car was available for pickup in Delta, when in fact it was not there. This not only wasted my time, but also wasted my son in laws time, who took the day off work to drive me the 2 ½ hours to pick up my car, only to find it had not yet arrived. After this occurred I asked Susan to contact me daily with an update on my vehicle. Susan said she was too busy to provide this service. This still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Someone at MVS screwed up, this resulted in a wasted 5 hour return trip, and the loss of a one day pay for my son in law. The least MVS could have done to make this situation better was to provide a little customer service and contact me daily. When my car did arrive all I received was the automated tracking email saying it was available for pickup (again). To date neither Susan, or the ‘Manager’, have contacted me regarding this situation.

Great service. It's worth to pay marginally higher cost. My car was shipped from Toronto to Delta without any damage. Moreover the customer service people are warm and kind in their approach. Thanks MVS.

Booked my car to be moved from Ontario to Alberta. The customer service was outstanding as I had to make changes to my booking and they were more then accommodating. I was able to get updates as to when my car would be leaving and when it was expected to arrive. I would use this company again and highly recommended them for moving a vehicle across the country

Having to schedule is sometimes an issue - being able to show up during office hours is more convenient. Was also hard to get hold of the origin contact at times and was waiting. Logistically everything else was fine.

MVS shipped my Acura RDX from Mississauga, ON to Halifax, NS. Advised me of the departure on Thursday, Aug 22,2021 and that it would arrive at their terminal in Halifax on Monday, July 26th. Picked up my vehicle today as promised, in great shape. The service was great and the responsiveness and professionalism of the folks in Toronto and Halifax was "simply the best".

My experience with this vehicle transport company was professional from start to safe delivery. Even was delivered ahead of schedule!

Excellent service provided by MVS. I had my car shipped from BC to NB. Although I was a bit skeptical, everything went smoothly and from pick to delivery. The car arrived in perfect condition in a timely manner. My only concern was the updates I was receiving during transportation which was a bit on the slow side. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

We had to move our CX-5 during the pandemic cross-province. After much research MVS came out on-top in terms affordability and tracking. With COVID-19 expect delays we were originally told 2weeks from Terminal Drop-off to Delivery ended up close to 4weeks. Big Shout-out to Christina & the folks at Caledon to deliver on their commitment to expedite delivery.
Overall will consider MVS Shipping and do recommend them. Short of the delay would have been 5
