Nails For You

I was worried about getting my nails done because of the reviews but it was a lovely time and my nails turned out beautiful. No problems at all.

Staff are nice, they were working christmas eve so they deserved the tip. But workmanship and cleanliness was lackluster. My real nails were hastily chewed flat so they're croaked and sharp at the corners underneath the extensions. I had to point out glue bubbles trapped underneath before it got addressed. The bio gel nails are lumpy which I've mentioned but the tech I had didn't truly address it when I pointed them out. Half the staff didn't speak English so it was kinda hard to communicate even basics (such as the lumpy nails).

None of the tools were clean/disinfected with uv lamp, or dusted off prior to being used on me. I am not a germaphobe but couple nails got dust/stuff stuck on it, got uv cured onto it then she had to buff it off/repaint. So hm.that's kinda gross.

At $75 it was more expensive than Toronto prices ($~60) which feels disappointing. I dunno.there's always a line for their nail services, maybe I just wasn't the lucky one.

Had a pedicure. Best one I have had yet. Price was great. Feet feel great. Definitely will return.

Worst Worst Worst service ever. When I got the nails done, the guy didn’t even bother to listen to what I had to say, he only kept talking in his language to his co-workers. Also, when I had them removed it was so painful, I kept telling the lady it hurts it hurts and she did not care at all, she also damaged my real nails.
Waste of money. I’d never go back. It’s been more than 3 weeks now, my nails still haven’t healed completely.

I had a great experience. I felt welcomed by friendly faces & she was very detailed oriented- nails in photo are 2.5 weeks old

My finger started bleeding when the lady was doing my nails and I had to point it out twice. She just carried on with her work and said after she is done she will apply some alcohol. Everything was done super fast. Not worth the money.

Unbelievable. I called to get a pedi done as I was already at the mall and they tell me to come in 15 mins. I arrived in 15 mins and told me to come back again in 15 mins and write my name down - so I did. I went to eat lunch and called after 20 mins and said they will call in 15 mins. I asked to give me an approximate time they will call and said 20 mins. 20 mins later or even an hour - no phone call! I left the mall. Absolutely inconsiderate of other people's time. If you cant get my nails done then just say it. Don't tell me to keep coming back and make me wait over 2 hours at the mall with no follow up. I could have gone somewhere else. Awful! I have 2 kids and I'm very busy and this is my only time and was completely wasted!

In town for work and needed a pedicure. Stopped in, very basic pedicure. Not very thourough. She didn’t even clean under my nails.
No jets on the chairs.
Im actually worried about their tool sanitation. I hope I don’t get an infection.
Girls not in uniform, no music.

Really clean and great service. I've booked a couple of times and also did a walk-in pedicure, every time the technicians have been very nice and fairly quick

They’re always so great, the only ones i will trust with my nails after a few bad experiences with other salons.they almost always are able to get me in on walk in’s, they’re fast but efficient while doing your nails.

This is my go to place when I’m looking for a quality pedicure on the fly. Great location and always on time. Only complaint is the girl doing my pedicure was FaceTiming her boyfriend through most of the pedicure. Customer service could improve

I had a horrible experience there. She gave me an appointment for 7: 30 pm and no one ever attended me till 8: 20 pm!
really poor customer service.first she told me $55 for a refill and then she said it would be $70 within next 5 minutes. A worst experience.i told her to shape my nails after removal and she ended up cutting them in a horrible appearance
i just hate myself for deciding to go there

Terrible experience. I wish I read the reviews first! Thought I try this place out since other places were booked. Asked for coffin and gave me a squared nails, all of them looked completely different, one was crooked. Nail polish was very streaky causing bubbles and she seemed very annoyed that I asked her to fix it. She told me she didn’t see anything wrong, asked another customer that was sitting next to me and she said it was streaky as well. After the 4TH attempt of fixing my nails I told her it was fine and left with different shaped nails. Save your money and time, DONT GO HERE

They give you an appointment time and then let walk ins in front of you and then argue with you about it in front of everyone. Constant yelling and attitude. Do not go

I have been getting my nails done with Tina since Nov 2022. My go to is a French tip and she never disappoints, always does a great job and reassures me on the length I want.

Friendly, got my ingrown toenails out and love the nails.

Edit: Went back again and am now dealing with a very painful nail infection. Not happy

Edit: 7 weeks later and 2 rounds of antibiotics and it’s starting to heal.

Went to get a pedicure and manicure with shellac and very horrible service. First I showed up and after I made an appointment, it seemed as if no one knew I was coming. Then they all were guessing who should do my pedi/mani. Then when I finally sat in the massage chair for a pedicure, the gentleman didn't seem to know what the products were for and that's when he was reading bottles to figure out what to use. My feet didn't even soak in the water for 10 mins.just dip in and out.and then started painting my toenails.
Then to my hands.he cleaned my nails, and then dip my hands in water for a min and that was a manicure apparently! Then it was time to polish my fingernails. I thought it was all good until after it was said and done, I noticed that all my fingernails had spots missing where the polish wasn't applied, or top coat. It literally looked like my 2 year old painted my nails. Not even a week later and my nail polish is chipping away. So disappointed and a waste of over a hundred dollars!
Also I think it is so disrespectful to be talking and laughing out loud in their own language with all the customers in the shop that doesn't speak the language! Be professional

I was told to sit down in a chair that was so filthy.which I pointed out. Sat at another where the massager wasn’t working. Third chair the remote had no buttons and was only massaging my head (was suppose to be the back)
They didn’t have the first two colours I requested. The pedi was so messy. She didn’t even ask at any point in the service if I was happy.
When I went to pay I was shocked at the price. 65$! I was under the impression it was 35$ but was told after the service it cost more for gel polish. When I told the girl she should make that clear during the appointment she laughed.
As the first colour I requested was just regular polish but they didn’t have it.
Will never be back. Horrible services and salon.

Love this nail salon! The ladies here are really friendly and just awesome at what they do. Really recommend coming here!
