NAPA AUTOPRO - Drobot Automotive

I’ve got a great experience with Drobot Automotive. My car is very old and they went above and beyond to explain me what has to be done (thanks Lenard) to prolong a life span.
And very important - service time was super fast!
Highly recommend!

Haven't taken my car in yet, but just called the shop to book an appointment and felt very good about it. Lots of anxiety around my car, and the gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful.

Apparently it's a problem to reschedule appointments at this place. I didn't get served because a female scheduler isn't well versed in customer service. There was no “no show” or the option to pre-purchase anything as the person bellow suggests with their second hand knowledge. I was very sure of the vehicle I was bringing. The female refused to reschedule and find a solution when I asked so I went else where.

Our 2016 Chevrolet Cruze LT randomly started having problems with the engine overheating. All of a sudden I was getting alarms on the dashboard about the engine overheating, A/C off due to engine overheating, etc. This never happened before, and the car couldn't drive more than 2 minutes without the engine overheating. Without much knowledge of cars, we brought it in as (desperate) walk-ins to Drobot Automotive. The people at the reception desk, as well as the manager, were so friendly, informative, and welcoming. They fixed what turned out to be a leak in the recovery tank of the car (something that apparently commonly happens with Chevy Cruzes) and the car was ready next day. The pricing was fair and we didn't feel that we were taken advantage of at all (since we aren't well versed in car parts and issues). Overall we had a great experience and will now be going to Drobot for any auto concerns! Highly recommend.

I have used this garage twice in the last two months. Once for an oil change and once for another service. I was greeted with extremely friendly staff, knowledgeable, funny, and quick service for what I needed. Extremely fair pricing, even better than I expected. Hands down I will return, this was the best service I have had in months. Highly recommend.

For many years, I have used Drobot Automotive for their exceptional customer & vehicle services! Leonard & the team at Drobot have consistently been prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, dependable & caring. Every time I have taken one of my vehicles in, it has Only resulted in positive experiences.

I went to get my car safety inspected and was told it didn't pass and it needed a bunch of major repairs after taking it to another garage I was told that only one of the repairs needed to be done and the rest of everything else was fine I got my car fixed for about $150 and drobot wanted about a thousand for repairs that
Didn't need to be done. Apparently this is a common practice there from other people I have spoken to

Nice staff, good service and pricing. Some of the services take a lot longer sometimes than they should but that’s just a minor inconvenience.

They don't do a preventive maintenance. If you don't keep an eye, they keep replacing and charging you for the same parts over and over, even when the parts are on warranty. Pretty rude staff when you ask questions

First time using Drobot and I will definitely be back! Leonard was not only extremely friendly, he answered every question I had with honesty! He was there for every single call I made and I made many over a few days. He went above and beyond and I absolutely appreciate that! Even told me to go with the dealer that was able to do a job cheaper. You cannot beat that!

Went in the first time and they diagnosed my car (wrong) without even seeing it. Told me I needed a 2000$ part and failed my car for safety.
Took it somewhere else, they updated it, did an alignment and my car passed.
Not impressed with the run around on a simple maintenance.
Edit: just like the response, your team put my name in the system wrong and never bother to change it. Should be under Wendy.
Goes to show how caring your staff is.
Also, im just looking in the other reviews and I see other young females have had the same problem. Sounds like you take advantage of anyone you think is dumb enough to fall for it.

This is the fist time I came here for fixing my door stopper of my car. The parts were not readily available and has be ordered from dealer and they said it will take 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I called back as I did not hear from you guys.

On the day of fixing it they told me it is 30 min job and booked an appointment. But it took more than 90 minutes and I did not get a proper response from the reception as well and said they had to attend other cars.

If its gonna take time you could inform me. I would have made my arrangements. I took 30 min permission and its 90 minutes.

Im extremely unhappy.may never come back to your team EVER.

I brought my Prius C in for a A/C check. They had to remove the front bumper cover to get at the system. They cleaned the bugs off my front bumper cover as an added bonus but in the process were a bit aggressive with the pressure washer, removing some paint in three places. I showed this to the manager when I noticed it. He was immediately apologetic. No fuss, no arguing. He took full responsibility for his employee's error.

As part of the A/C check, I had to return with the car in a few days to see if there were leaks. While it was back in the shop they took it to Maaco and had the bumper cover repainted! The car now works better and even looks better than when I brought it in!

Brought my car in the last week of January this year. They changed the air filter, right lower ball joint and other things as they suggested but have to bring back my car in the first week of July again this year. They changed the same right lower ball joint and had to pay more than a thousand for it. I thought they put in a brand new ball joint the first time they changed it.
I could appreciate it if the staff told me that the ball joint placed in January was defective but she was blaming it on the potholes we have in the city. Until I wrote this review here that management got back to explain about my 163,000 km vehicle. I am not being rude but I was told management will get back at me and that was the first week of July, an email or a phone call at least would have been appreciated.

Front Guy Told me to get back when parts are ready, now back with muffler parts, they said they don't do installation no more! Paid 2x for pipe repair.

After a few years and many repeat trips with different vehicles, they always have great pricing, excellent advise and professional service.

Great experience, they were fast, friendly and super helpful. Bagged my tires, labelled where they came off of, and was done in a jiffy. Thank you.
