Naval Museum of Halifax

Arrived at 2: 15pm on a Friday. It was closed. Advertised open until 4pm. Would have given more stars if we had been able to access the building. ️

The grounds were nice and well taken care of. Commissioners at the front gate were super friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the summer of 76 working there as a leading wren in the Naval Reserves. Then it was known as Admiralty House.

A very nice museum that shows off a lot of great Canadian history. I'm from the US and enjoyed the displays and items from many years past. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to answer questions. I had a great time.

This is a definitely wonderful place for the Navy Fans. They would get awared of the steps of the Canadian Navy growing in the recent centuries. It's enjoyable for fans to acknowledge the stuff there specifically in the right now winter time. I had a good time hanging out the museum today in the quiet environment. By the way, it might be a fantastic place for the both-fan couples to date there.

Incredible! Truly a place that shows how beautiful our country is. So rich with history and artifacts of our military's history.
