The best acupuncture clinic I have ever been to here in Halifax. Dr. Ben is very straight forward. He won’t lecture you too much about how imbalance of Yin and Yang within your body unless you are interested. He lists all the facts and it is your call to do acupuncture or massage or to use some Chinese medicine. He won’t convince you at all which is really nice and respectful. Most importantly, the best technique…relieved my headache and sore muscles so many times. Definitely recommend this place if you wanna try acupuncture and massage

Best massage and acupuncture clinic. Ben has exceptional skills when it comes to massage and acupuncture, and provides excellent customer care. I have been to other clinics before, but once I started my treatment here, I fall in love with this clinic, it really helps and fixed my problems. This authentic Chinese deep tissue massage also called Tuina really fixes your problems, such neck pain, back pain and stiffness etc. Especially for people like me who works in front of desk and compute daily. Highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing! The facility is really nice and welcoming. I came in with neck and lower back pain and after first treatment I could feel the relief in my neck and shoulders and by the end of the day my lower back pain was gone. I definitely be back!
