Staff here were extremely helpful and friendly. Gave us maps and guides to explore Nova Scotia on our own. Plenty of parking. Clean washrooms.

On our way through going to New Brunswick for vacation, it was raining when we passed the first time so we had to skip it. On our way home today we tried to stop in and we had a very successful visit. It was relatively clean and although I wanted to visit the gift shop, they had the same typical junk that you find at any other gift shop. Nothing was unique. Nothing was creative. It was just the same junk that you find at every other tourist destination. There was nothing unique there

The big thing was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. It was very clean and spotless. However, once you've been to the sign once you're probably never going back

So excited to be here the wind is blowing and the ocean caps in the distance. Simple but pretty visitor centre where you can have your picnic lunch and stretch your legs.

We didn't get there until 5 minutes after 5: 00 and they close at 5: 00. So we I didn't get to go inside and see what was there to offer.

We have driven by countless times and never stopped aside from to take a picture of the sign. Three information center is fairly large with a variety of information from around the province. The gift shop is on point, with all the standard items as well as some have grafted gems which is great to know you are supporting local!

If you are headed across the boarder, don't forget to stop here. They have a wide variety of high quality reasonably priced souvenirs. They also have plenty of travel information, helpful staff, clean restrooms, a water bottle refill station, and a really awesome bagpipe player.

Beautiful location for a Welcome Center! Worth the stop just to walk the sunken garden. Gift shop, washrooms, info on what to visit within the province, lots of parking and helpful staff.

Do not drive by this location! One of the nicest Information Centers in Canada. Great facilities, lovely gift shop and super staff from the cleaning staff to the staff manning the visitor information counter. There is also entertainment: this year they have a talented gentleman in Traditional kilt attire playing the bagpipes! What a wonderful welcome to Nova Scotia ️

Love the chance to get a pic with some of my family moving from ontario to nova scotia. My first experience leaving ontario, Great place to show family and friends when you landed in an amazing province.

Don't miss this place if you are new to Nova Scotia or if you are traveling in Nova Scotia as a tourist. Situated a little bit off road from the highway exactly where are you enter from New Brunswick to Nova Scotia (at the border of the two provinces). It is on a small mountain where you can see around and rest a little bit while obtaining your information. To enter the building you must have to prove that you are fully vaccinated against COVID 19.

Look, it is what you expect. Lots of companies leaving flyers, some knick knacks and souvenirs. Here's the real trick. Get off for the VIC, then rejoin the highway and you bypass the NS screening center. Save yourself 20 minutes.

Traffic backed up for 40 minutes checking visitors.avoid Nova Scotia take your money to New Brunswick and West. With these covid restrictions Nova Scotia is not a friendly place for tourists. No other province in Canada is putting people through this. Sad how this government is treating visitors.

Nice clean spot to stop for a rest. One of the cleaners was kind enough to offer to fill a bucket for the dog, which was certainly appreciated on a hot day

We felt welcome and enjoyed the friendly greeters.
Great info for us visitors but most important was the clean washrooms for us to use. Love the windmill farm close by as well.

Currently in renovation, the place is very clean. Toilets are clean as well. Staff is very kind and wants to help you. If you have time, ask about the Springhill's tour a mine (you get to tour a mine as the name says and get to learn about Nova Scotia's mining history).

Stopped in to see the monument to Beaubassin since I have ancestry from there. Good place to stop for information and restrooms. Some vending machines, also, if I remember correctly. Lots of parking and you can stretch your legs walking around. Very close to places where some of my Acadian ancestors lived. I would love to go to visit again someday and view the new Beaubassin facilities nearby and be able to walk where my ancestors lived.
