RACIST cannabis store!

I went there to buy cannabis as soon as I talk to that middle aged lady, first her tone is rude and asked for passport considering I don’t drive or something Even I was talking to her with smile her response gave me like I don’t belong here in Canada, I had Ontario ID which is expired couple months ago but still date of birth is same, she rejected it, and then I tried to show my passport and NS license from my phone she refused to see, btw I’m 39 Years old!

I understand we should have valid ID but my ID was valid couple till months ago, I don’t mind not giving the product but if they don’t like Indians at least act, doesn’t have to be rude

Any Indians who wants to buy from from NSLC, please avoid this one atleast you’ll have respect from other NSLC’s
Even it’s far I’ll prefer to go to Halifax stores, will never step into this store again in my life, period.

The best service every time. Have really appreciated the young man Denver who is so helpful in both sections every time I go in.

The staff is so weird at the counter! Me and my friend where together at billing counter i showed up my local nova Scotia I'd and my friend showed his security services ontario ID card with birth details mentioned on it. They still refuse to gave us and even told me u also can't carry the drinks. They said my friend Id is not acceptable. I gave the reason he recently moved to nova Scotia and has applied for the change of provincial local drivers licence.

(I can only really speak for the cannabis side)
Lovely staff, very helpful. Not a lot of product and the corner of the store where we are stashed is pretty tight. It's really not a big deal though and I never have any issues. Staff are diligent about verifying age, which I think is very good. Nice place

Stopped by the nslc today and wasn’t very pleased with my experience, this worker under the name tag Abigail was so rude! Gave so much attitude, like if she hates her job that much she should get a new one. Most definitely won’t be stopping at this location again. Was really disappointed with the customer service…there was no need for her to speak to me so disrespectfully, I’m not usually one to write a review but she was such a Karen. Bad for business.

Staff are super friendly and helpful here. Was approached and asked if needed help multiple times. Cannabis staff are cool and eager to offer assistance with products.

The cashier: name tag ‘Abigail’ really set me off…i’ve never dealt with such bad customer service and even aside from customer service she was so rude, i was shocked.there was another girl that also treated me very poorly…but the cashier girl really stuck out in my mind, she was just awful to have to deal with.got my liquor and left.definetly won’t be coming again though, the whole experience was just so bad.i recommend portland street nslc, friendly staff great service!

It’s a good little spot if you are looking for the most popular stuff. For a small one, they usually keep their shelfs stocked. Good crowd. They don’t carry my beverage of choice however.

NSLC, was pleasant to shop at until some became cannabis friendly, and now you just get a terrible smell when your trying to shop

The guy in there today knew nothing about cannabis products asked for small batch craft he didn't know what it was lol craziness
