Staff there are great, always on hand to help. Don't be afraid to ask question about the products, they are well versed in all the products.

Has good array of products but not great availability for CBD products with low or no levels of THC, there should be more low THC options with CBD for people interested in using Cannabis for the medical benefits of CBD but who are vulnerable to the effects of THC.

Good customer service and it’s nice to ask the staff their for suggestions. Trying something new and different every time you go.

PUT THE DAMN MENUS ON THE SCREENS ITS NOT 1977 ITS 2023, YOU GOT THE RESOURCES TO DO IT, AND IT MAKES THE STORE LESS CLOGGED IF EVERYONE ISNT FIGHTING FOR THOSE LIL PAPER MENUS TO SEE, THAT IS THE MOST REDUNDANT USE OF TECHNOLOGY IVE EVER SEEN HONESTLY, and for goodness sakes, get rid of the bums everyday begging for either weed or money everytime i come in and out of there, and some dont like to take no for an answer, makes me want to go elsewhere dealing with that every week, they dont do it at liquor stores, WHY DO YOU ALLOW THEM TO DO THAT THERE, and obviously you do, they been doing it since day one, and it has never stopped.

Knowledgable and friendly staff, no waiting times, bright and spacious place, good selection.perfect.only, i didnt find the public (cigarette) smoking area on nearby street they pointed out to me on a map, but that was probably me being useless ;)

Such a clean, organized building with amazingly helpful, educated staff. I've been coming here since the year it opened and will never stop coming to this location for my stash.

Extensive list of products but the pencil and paper reminded me of the LCBO of my youth. Very little product on display so just the long lists from which to select.

Very disappointing. The government of NS has failed its citizens regarding cannabis legalization. Limited selection. Staff have no clue what they're doing. Truly shameful.

Generally not the biggest fan of any NSLC cannabis where all the products are just listed on sheets instead of being on display. There are iPads but they're never active since covid. That being said, I do like this setup more where it's at least laid out on tables rather than in a little binder right at the counter. It also makes ordering much faster too.

This location also has no off street parking and the on street parking is usually quite limited. It's convenient if you're on foot or taking the bus, but not so much if you're driving. There are also usually multiple people panhandling right outside the store unlike other locations.

They do not know their products, they refer you to sheets of paper even after asking for a recommendation. They can’t recommend a product because they do not know what they are selling.

Personally I prefer going through my Medical distribution place via online. Good selection at NSLC; wish the flower was not tumbled for trimming. (Lose some of the integrity) - just a thought. All in all not a bad spot, downtown too!

The store manager took us aside and explained everything we asked and then some, left with a much better understanding of what works best for us!

These guys are always on point. Plenty of staff to help with anything you need. Personally I'm not an advocate for the federalized cannabis structure, however if it's going to be the case as it is here in Nova Scotia, this store has gotten it down fairly well in terms of its current existence.

Clean, has a great set up. You are able to take your time before getting in like to see what they have to offer. The staff is always willing and able to help with any questions you might have. Every single staff member is Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about the products they offer. There are display cases and a number of displays to also help first time buyers.

I would 1000% suggest this store over any other in the HRM. Simply amazing and deserves more then five stars.

Well where to start I've brought weed twice both times it was so dry you would think for the price there charging add a fresh pack to them so the product can be fresh and not dry so dry you can crumble in your fingers its sad and the people who actually comment nice things don't know product as dry product is sub par just to start with i was just very disappointed both times in there Stay AWAY FIND A BETTER PLACE it not here maybe for beginners thats it

It's a great spot for anyone seeking a government run cannabis shopping experience. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Product is dry.not very strong, need to smoke alot and that's issue cause no deals here and expensive compared to real dispensaries, they need to get better.

Has a nice taste but over priced, and we got 2 differnt grams for over 10$ each weighed 0.93 each of them and the so called 0.5g prerolled was a measly 0.35.1 star

Great selection of products! Great prices on most products and they are usually stocked up on everything you can imagine! Staff is knowledgeable which is also a bonus!

Helpful staff which is needed since the selection is overwhelming. Check the dates on your bud. Some I purchased were 4 months old and were quite dry. Seemed to be the ones in 7g sizes that were older. Parking limited to the street and both times the streets were pretty full. Also both times beggars outside asking for change

Great and friendly staff but that was all for the positives. The product simply is subpar and that being kind. I purchased an 1/8th and it’s unsmokable. Hoping NSLC continues to evolve from the growing stand point as it’s clear they have a lot to learn. Also they need to stop spraying pesticides it’s clear there is a distinct favor profile that does not belong.

Quite the experience at this location. Back when we were there, places like this did not exist back home in Ontario so we were blown away with the set up. Courteous, engaged staff with yons of knowlede about their products. Very impressed, would recommend this location to anyone looking to get information on what is best for your needs

$$$ Prices, no value strains, excessive packaging, cant buy anything in 14g+ without multiple containers. Friendly staff and great location

Super helpful answered all of my questions with a lot of detail and care. Made recommendations based on what I was trying to obtain from use. Best experience buying cannabis by far. And I've been to several place. Across the country

Obviously govt prices aren't great. Good in a pinch, but too costly to be the main supply.

Sleek new store, very friendly staff. No longer sell alcohol, only cannabis. I believe the wine store is down the street. Worth checking out, not a regular pot shop

No alcohol at this location. I'm not a consumer. Explained to staff at desk what friend wanted and they picked out something quickly. Efficient and straightforward. Staff looked after my dog outside while I was inside- very kind.
