Ocean Brook Apartments

Parking management was a joke.no formal records.no service from local reps.maintenance was poor and at times simply brushed over by onsite staff having done noting to rectify an issue.heating was slowly but surely decreased until apartment was below standard for living.hot water was at times excessively hot and then cold.they were batchng the hotwater heater.not worth the rent.look elsewhere.

My experience at Ocean Brook Park has been delightful, and what impressed me the most was the leasing specialist, Calvin. He was incredibly professional and efficient in helping me with all the application and move-in procedures. At the same time, he was very kind and willing to help us take care of our plants while we were away on a long trip, which I really appreciated. Overall, I'm looking forward to the rest of my time here!

Calvin was really helpful in suggesting to fix the lock on my Apt door without me even asking. He went above and beyond to fix my power breaker and getting my door fixed in the process. Thanks to the OceanBrook team!

Been living here for almost 1.5 years. Very neat and clean place. Response from the office (Special shoutout to Calvin!) has been prompt and efficient. Nothing to complain really.
