Really great experience at OCR Motorsports today, they helped me return their 12-foot U-Haul trailer which rode very smooth to Halifax and back!

The people there are very courteous and kind, and the place is a massive paradise for anyone who likes outdoor toys!

Got a wicked deal on an outboard. Customer service was perfect. Guy was nice, polite and super helpful. They had everything there.

Will never buy a single thing from this place ever again. They want to sell you the bike but they don't want to fix them when they break. Guy in the parts department told me my bike kept shutting off because the gas was slushing around in the tank when I was driving it. Traded my bike in for another just so I didn't have to deal with them anymore.

I was unable to complete my purchase for items out of our control, however Alex was very quick to answer all questions about the machines and make recommendations. We regret not being able to buy from him, but the service was excellent.

These folks must get a lot of business. I have emailed these folks at least twice trying to buy a side by side. No response. Puzzling to say the least

Bike was there for 135 days. Finally got it back jan 26th. My friend picked it up for me.
It had an engine light on it the second I started it for a trip Jan 28th. All 4 bearings were swapped out but rear tires still had play in them when I lifted the bike, winch wasn’t hooked up, plastics not put back on properly. Could tell it was left outside for a long period of time everything was sun faded and rusted.
Who knows what I havent seen yet.

Big shout out to Kim who does the U-Haul bookings at OCR Motorsports. Despite some ridiculous deadlines, she made sure we had the truck we needed, when we needed it. Very forgiving of newbies to the self drop-off. (Try not to be distracted from the shiny sports stuff on your way to the desk.) Love went smoothly.

Bought a brand new 22 CFMoto 800xc here. And they were all nice, talk. Now they have our money and want nothing to do with us, we had to take the atv back for its first service (they say they have to do first for warranty) they BROKE our front plastics over the air box (the clips moulded in to them) off. And we have been down a few times. Called countless times and keep getting the run around. Nearly half a year still "waiting for parts" or no response. Few hundred dollars in DAMAGE to our atv when serviced by them. I wouldn't buy a tricycle for your toddler from these people. They also left the trans drain plug loose when servicing it. (Noticed it when getting ready to go out trail riding, GOOD THING!) or I would of had no transmission when plug fell out. This review will get updated IF/WHEN they at OCR do anything to actually fix the damage they caused. Next step is BBB then the news.
