They simply just do not allow you to buy anything online from them if you don't have a canadian credit card. Cannot use paypal, debit cards, anything. Funny.

Every Staples store is the same. NOT SO! This Staples has better product selection, this store has a much better layout and the employees are happier and more customer service oriented, yes they are!

Needed printer ink and couldn't find what I was looking for. A nice young man asked if he could help me. Not only did he help me but I got their brand of ink for alot cheaper than the name brand. Excellent service.

Service is speedy but Christmas photos are more important than a photo for a funeral that is tomorrow. The gentleman on the phone with me on Monday was great, customer service in the store is not so great.
