Received superior service with a smile from Jeff. Even with the tire rush, he was able to fit me in. Will definitely be doing all my car maintenance at this garage from now on. Highly recommended.

If 0 stars was possible, that would be my rating. Over the past year there has been a number issues every time I took my vehicles to this place increasing in severity. More recently I had my truck in for MVI and oil change. I had just rebuilt the parking break but it needed adjusting in concern the MVI would certainly fail and asked the garage to do it. Not only were they not able to adjust it, they passed the MVI anyway. I bought a tool and did it myself, and works perfect now. As for the oil change, after drove my truck for a family trip only to find out after 1600 ish Kms that the motor smelled like burnt oil, found my oil fill cap sitting on a shelf, with my engine compartment drenched with oil, not only that, the oil level was over the limit even when cool. To top it all off, the so called manager was argumentative and making excuses. This place sucks! They do not care about customer service, the manager is ill equipped to deal with customers. Do not go here if you value your vehicle! This place is terrible and will be contacting head office.

I brought all my vehicles here to get their out of province inspections done. The service writers are very friendly and accomodating. They are constantly going out of their way to help customers. Very open and honest about what your car needs and will never try to sell you something you dont need. They work hard to get your vehicle done ontime if not earlier than expected. Awesome experience here and top notch service!

I have used ok tire for years now, unfortunately the Elmsdale store is only open until 5pm and closed weekends, I guess I'll find a different store with more Worker friendly hours.

Took my car in for a MVI. Appointment was for the same day my MVI was due. Got a call about my vehicle, needed brakes, which I knew was not the case. Had just been in for regular maintenance including brakes. When I questioned that and told them I would be in to take my car to another mechanic they threatened to remove my sticker, again, removing a sticker is only necessary when the car is extremely unsafe. Not only that. My MVI was legal for the rest of the day. Took it to the new mechanic same day, passed my MVI with absolutely no issues. So don’t try and scam someone because it’s the last day before the MVI expires. Never again!

Did damage to my rim.
Damaged a stud taking off a wheel lock.
Would not have happened if I took it off
Causing over $200 in extra charges

Hilariously poor service. Booked an apt for 1pm for a single tire to be installed. Was assured it would be finished in time to see patients that had booked at work for 4pm. Still didnt make it
