OK Tire

I've been coming here for a few years and the service is excellent. One of the first things I look for if I'm going to keep coming back is honesty and I haven't been disappointed. The employees are all friendly and you feel appreciated. When I go back to get my wheels re-torqued they look after me quickly even though I know they're very busy.
I have to add that any business is providing a service but they're not servants. Treat people with respect and you'll get it back.

I would recommend OK tire to anyone that’s having vehicle troubles I called the same day and got in! They replaced my flex pipe and also fix something else that was wrong with my vehicle on the same day! Great customer service fairly priced Highly highly recommend it!

Overall i like their work done but i think i was over charged when i talk to other mechanics considering the parts were mine and they just have to install it.

They patched my tire up with multiple punctures and were super helpful during my whole situation!

One shop just couldn't finish the job. Neil not only correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it fast for an absolutely fair price.
I really, really appreciate getting my car back fixed at the 11th hour on a long weekend. Definitely will be back

Perfect place, I need to repair the rim but I do not have spare tire, and OK tire allow to keep my car without wheel, that's really helpful for me!

I dropped my car off at 7: 30 AM to have a leaky tire patched up and left the car with them all day, and they never did the repair. When I picked it up at 4 pm, they hadn't touched my car. I had to drive home still with a leaking tire. I even called them twice throughout the day to confirm that they would have it completed when I pick it up, and they guaranteed that they would. They should've been straight up and told me they can't do it so I could take it somewhere else.

They charged 43 dollars for a nail in the tire. I took the tire off and put it back on as well. They just patched the tire. (I dropped the tire at their shop and then picked it up later)

They fixed a broken valve on my Delica's AT General tire for 1/5th of what I had expected to pay. Instead of trying to upsell me a tire I didn't really need, they fixed my old tire. Much appreciated, now I know they can be trusted.

Always excellent service and fair prices. Had the best tire prices for my f150. They drop me off and pick me up from work when I have to drop my car off. Great spot for tires/MVI or other work.

I've been a customer at the Burnside location for a couple years, I always got my tires done here. Not anymore though, they've lost a customer. I recently had my tires changed and they noticed my MVI was expired (I didn't notice, and it was long past). Cool no problem, had the MVI done in a sackville shop, failed power steering and then got my own mechanic to fix it. I couldn't get in touch with sackville shop to reinspect and I needed my car so I took it to my trusty OK tire to which they failed me for something completely different. Shitty, but ok. I took it back to my own Honda mechanic to fix, and guess what he told me.absolutely nothing was wrong with what they failed me on. They thought I needed them to pass me so they tried to scam me. I finally got in touch with the sackville shop and they reinspected AND passed my car because there were no issues. (so that is two different people that doubled checked it). I also was told what OK tire "failed" me on isn't even a reason to fail an MVI. I'm very disappointed in your dishonesty and I will not be back.

The OK Tire staff, especially Neil and Duncan, are fantastic. They are super friendly, explain everything, are honest and have never made me feel ripped off - unlike other shops I’ve been to in the past. I’ve taken my archaic personal vehicle (as well as work vehicles) there for years and will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

Called these guys at noon today to see if they could fix my mower tire. They said they were really busy but to pop in anyway and they would have a look. Was in and out in 15 minutes with a perfectly working tire and a big smile. The guys were all super friendly, quick, professional and have great prices. Thank you OK Tire!

I had amazing service.no wait time. Nice mechanic, when I paid I did run into a small glitch. It was alot more than quoted. Wait dont go bad place. I sent an email to the ok tire. Within one hour I had the most courteous return email, the refund was gladly returned without any delay. I will return there. They are great guys.outstanding service

Had my car in a few weeks ago to get my tires swapped and it went great. As soon as I started driving my car I could hear something was wrong with my passenger side breaks so I took it back the next weekend. They advised it was just coincidence which it was however when we asked why they didn’t tell us the breaks were going when they switched the tires they said that’s not what their job was it was to switch tires.wow. So we got a quote for over 600$ for breaks just before Christmas. I went and was able to find the parts cheaper and got a family friend to put them on only to find out they quoted me for stuff I didn’t even need! How inconsiderate. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had new bf ko2 installed as well as a leveling kit in my 2015 ram. It took nearly 3 weeks for the tires to come it which I thought was excessive. When I called for pick up they said they had put the tires on and that they didn't get to the leveling kit. I was without a truck until the following day, went in at 11 and was not out of there until after 1. Will the tires and leveling kit look great the service and lack of any compassion was not great.
