OK Tire

They confirmed what I suspected and suggested I wait as it wasn't serious enough to fix. Don't know if that was good advice or not but guess I will wait awhile longer to get it fixed.

Normally I undercoat my own vehicles on jack stands in my driveway with pretty basic gear. Since ok tire uses fluid film as I have been using in the past, I decided to pay to have it done this year.

I found the price to be a little tough to swallow at $200 but if the job was well done, I would have walked away content.

It was not well done. I crawled under when I got home and the underside had been very inconsistency sprayed from below. Dry areas everywhere. I could have done a better job blindly spraying with a $17 can of fluid film.

I returned the following day and showed some photos to the staff. They agreed it needs to be redone. My wife picked up the car this time and called me to me it was making odd noises. When she got home I found they had closed the hood with the support rod hanging loose and it ended up wedged against the engine. No damage done, but this is a surprisingly basic thing to overlook.

I changed over to my winter wheels recently and had a good look at the undercoating job. I had to spend a good hour spraying all the dry spots including all of the wheel wells.

What a waste of time and money. Never again.

Had a wonderful experience here for a tire swap. Ironically, my car battery died while I was here and they tested it, determined it was pretty much end of life - very weak and they were able to immediately accommodate putting a new one in for me so that I didn't have to worry about being stranded somewhere with a dead battery and needed a boost. The service was wonderful, the staff incredibly friendly and I will definitely be back to use their services again.

Great customer service! Very friendly and efficient! It was easy to call and book an appointment! And they actually got me in early! I was in and out in no time, just as I finished my cup of complimentary coffee! I also noticed a fantastic rapport between customer service reps and patrons!
Parking a bit dodgy though when one could be found!

Had to switch to winter tires, was very greatful for the fast service at a busy time of year! Very friendly team.bonus being close to work! Will definitely be back soon for some routine maintenance! Thanks OK Tire team!

From a mechanics point of view; VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, WITH NO REGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER. I had my truck aligned in August (they left my ignition on and killed the battery while it sat over the weekend, and blamed it on the truck), and drove from NS to NB the next week. Two very crucial bolts (camber adjustment bolts) that aligned the left wheel were very loose, and one ended up breaking on the drive. This left me stranded in NB, causing me hundreds of dollars in repairs just to get home. Just recently I felt the truck acting the same as it did when the bolts were loose, so I jacked the truck up, and checked the right side tire for play, and I found that both camber adjustment bolts were loose on that side, and caused some of my front end parts premature wear. When I brought the truck in to ok tire to have them double check the front end (at any other shop this would be a 5minute process), they REFUSED to look at the truck, and DENIED that their alignment had anything to do with the issue. They told me to book an appointment, and then they would look at it. This truck is my daily driver, If I had not been proactive at inspecting the issue, I would have driven like this until I could get an appointment. There is a great chance those bolts would have also broken, causing me to loose control of the truck, and inflict harm to other drivers, or myself.
I will NOT be trusting OK TIRE with my vehicle any further.

Suddenly needed new run flat tires for my Infiniti. Called around and nobody had tires in stock, including dealer. Most were able to order but would be nearly 2 weeks for delivery. When I called OK Tire they were out of stock locally but had a set in stock in Moncton. Ordered on the Thursday before hurricane Lee, tires were here on Monday and they booked me in on Tuesday morning.

I would recommend them highly. They did what was needed when I needed it.

Closed on weekends, makes it hard to get apt through the week.
Dropped my suv for a brake inspection, knowing I need brake work. Guy who called, acted very annoyed that my suv needed 7 other things, No quote provided for what he recommended.
No brake quote provided. Either he really does not want money or business or was too lazy to provide quote.
Guy acted like my vehicle was a thorn in his day. Took vehicle elsewhere to have all work completed.

My sister and I both bring our cars here if there’s ever anything needed to be done. The team has great customer service and are funny as heck. They do what they can to get you in as soon as it’s possible!

Brought in our van for some exhaust work. They respected the appt time, figured out the issue and actually charged me less for the work than they had quoted me when I arrived to pay. We have another vehicle that we have brought in for exhaust work in the past and they did great work with that too. Highly recommend.

Thank you Justin and the OK Tire Team for saving our trip and getting us home safely. Our car broke down while traveling from Ontario and these guys helped us out immensely! We made it back home and the car is running great. Thank you!

Had a great experience here. The guys were genuine, I appreciate that as a young woman driving a range rover. Last place i went to tried to charge me for a million different extras. These guys were great! They even gave me a discount because my oil change took a little longer then expected. Will be back forsure.

I had a great experience here. Tired of being ignored or ripped off at the dealership, I took a chance and booked in here for some routine maintenance and also purchased 4 new tires. The booking process was so friendly and efficient with Marjie, the work was completed quickly, and best of all, the estimate I received was accurate to what the final cost was (trust me, as a youngish female who knows very little about cars, I’m used to “surprises” on my invoice, being talked to like I’m stupid, and lots of greasy tactics at various shops and dealerships). I even bring my husband in for back up. No need here, it was a breath of fresh air! I will definitely be back here from now on that my car is out of warranty, and my husband will be switching as well -they are fabulous.

They fit me in at the last minute after the state of our roads took out one of my tires. Lifesaver! Friendly staff and good service - even offered treats while I waited!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this OK Tire. I have taken my car in for a safety inspection as well as a service and both times Marjie (the woman who works the front desk) as well as the mechanics have been extremely kind and helpful and went beyond expectations. They were fast, had great availability and communication, and did their best to keep costs as low as possible. Highly recommend!

This was the third OK Tire location I have been to in the last year and it was just like the last two times. Friendly, helpful staff, quick and honest service! They are my go-to’s from now on for anything car maintenance related.

Beside their availability (they book appointments for the same or following day) their knowledge, diagnosis tools and skills are on the point! The figured out the issue I was dealing with, ordered parts, and changed it all within 2 hours.

Meanwhile, they were very friendly, chatty and pleasant that those 2 hours flew by!

The issue I have been dealing with for past few months is all fixed!

Incredible service. Been over 10 times for various things. Never fails to meet expectations. Tire variety can sometimes not include what you wanted, but always had a comparable option at comparable pricing.
