Very friendly service! Worked with me to get the car back in two days later to complete the MVI. Just not sure why it took 1h45min to do an oil change and tire installation. Would recommend to keep the client updated every now and again.

First and last time ever coming here. If you’re gonna get your oil changed, be sure to check the dipstick before you leave. I got home and my dipstick was completely dry and also my skid plate wasn’t on all the way. I talked to the manager and he got my car back in the garage to get checked over and fixed the problems. Also got a refund! Thanks for that! But could had been much worse! So be cautious!

Brought my vehicle in to get winter tires taken off and summers on. Staff are very friendly and job was done well.

This is not the Hammonds Plains Service Centre that we’ve been using since we moved to this area 27 years ago. We took our car for an MVI which failed due to suspension and brake problems. We were provided a detailed estimate on the cost of repairs which left us deciding on having the repairs done rather than buying a new vehicle, which we were not in a position financially to do. The repairs, for which we had been given a written estimate, came in at more than $500.00 above the estimate. We were not informed of this increased cost or asked if we wanted to go ahead with this highly inflated price. They just went ahead and billed us for us and left us no option other than pay it or surrender our car.

This used to be a friendly, honest, community-oriented business. Those days are gone.

Steering wheel was misaligned and car still pulls after doing an alignment. Would not recommend.

Great people to talk with, they do everything they can and are very understanding.

I had a flat fixed by the nicest person ever! They did it right away and the price was very fair. I would go back if needed

Pointless to call them if you need urgent tire care. They are all booked up for weeks doing seasonal change overs.

I have purchased winter tires from them beginning of December. Drop the car off only to get a call later saying they have got the wrong tires. Tires arrived in January, a month late!

If not enough, dropped the car second time around to change the tires and also do MVI. Got a call during the day with the attended trying the oldest trick in the book: “ you need pad and rotors and you need wheel alignments”

I gently replied I have inspected the rotors myself a few weeks back and they are good. I have done wheel alignment with you guys just a month ago! Please go ahead and change the pads only.

OK Tire response: “ we only do pad and rotors together, if you don’t like it we will put it back together and give you a MVI rejection. Goodbye”.

Sounds like a place I will ever return?

Such shame in this day and age Mechanics still trying to play tricks to make money!

I've been bringing my cars here regularly for 15 years and have always had reliable, professional, and friendly service. On my last visit I received some truly exceptional customer service. I cannot praise Scott highly enough for going the extra mile for me. Highly recommended.

Went there to get winter tires put on my car and they accidentally sold me the all seasons.by the time I realized i had the wrong tires it was already snowing and I was stuck. I called them later that day and explained what was going on and they quickly booked me in and gave me/installed a set of new winter tires free of charge. Will be going back in the future.

OK Tire did a splendid job Krown undercoating my truck! They spared no undercoating. They soaked all the right places, leaving me with no doubts at all. Top notch service with a top notch team!

Great price on tires for trucks hands down, you just can't go wrong. If you think you can beat the prices good luck trying!

I travel from Dartmouth to this location for my car service. That's what I want to share with this service. They are simply amazing.

Had a wheel bearing and linkage repair on my 2013 crv. They sqeezed me in even though they were booked solid. Did a great job. Were extremely professional and courteous. Thanks guys. I work for dalhousie. Any dal employees in the are u should check them out

They quoted me $1100 + tax for a job I ended up getting done at another garage for $639 all in. They didn't seem interested in my business as they didn't even look at other issues I was having.

What will you think about this shop when they are unable to fix a flat tire? Will be visiting them 3rd time today within 24 hours to get my flat tire repaired may be mechanic need new glasses?

They are very convenient because they have locations everywhere, and normally schedule you in right away. They do a great job with mounting tires and if ever an issue they rescheduled any necessary appointments to have issue resolved. I've only had tires installed and balanced there.

Great customer service. Surprisingly quick for how busy they are. I've been going to them for a couple years now and without problems. I definitely recommend them.

They tell it like it is and fix everything you ask. They will figure out what is wrong and how to fix it.

An Asian friend's motorcycle battery died nearby, and he left it there overnight hoping they will able to charge it.

When my friend called, the guy on the phone explains they don't fix motorcycles. My friend friendly asked if they are at least be able to charge the battery since it isn't much different from a car battery beside then sizes.

The guy on the phone, obviously annoyed, and repeat himself and before my friend could say thank, he hung up.

It makes one wonder if he treats all customers like that or just one with an accent.

Was looking to get a leveling kit installed but they claimed that they did not provide the service.website said they did?

In addition to response. I had called the Hammonds plains location inquiring about a leveling kit installation.no problem to me if they don't do that type of installation.it was the fact that I had my questions abruptly answered and felt rushed off the phone. I had more potential work to discuss.not good customer service in my opinion.maybe just one bad Apple.eitherway taking my car and truck business elsewhere from here on in

We were heading back to New Brunswick from Hammonds Plains recently and discovered a flat tire as we were loading the car. A friend told us about OKTire so out we went. It was a fantastic experience. We dealt mostly with Daphne Smith and she was great. We got there before 8: 00
am and they drove us right in. Quick repair and we were on our way. Under the circumstances, we envisioned no end of grief. Daphne and the rest of the staff were very helpful, engaging, efficient, and professional. Made us wish we lived there so we could be regular customers.
Thank you for the great job, maritime hospitality and excellent service. It was our first
experience with an OKTire, but will definitely not be our last.
