Old Port Pub & Grill

We went last night after Boston Pizzas wait time was too long. So glad we did! It was very busy, we were immediately greeted with smiles, the staff in general seemed so happy. The vibe was inviting. Our server was great, so friendly and genuine. Food was delicious.

Me and my dad have been coming in pretty much every week for the past couple months and I have to say that this is by far one of my favorite restaurants. We have tried many of the different foods, but the quesadillas are by far my favorite! The atmosphere is very welcoming and I would like to give a shoutout to Jenn and her coworkers for always making our visits positive, between the fast and accurate service, as well as their overall personability. I am constantly referring the Old Port Pub & Grill to pretty much everyone I know and if there were a way to give more stars I would do it without question. Thank you for making my experience amazing!

Went for lunch. Staff was friendly and service was fast. If you like burgers, the old port burger is delicious. Prices comparable to other pub like locations.

Tried to eat there last nite when we arrived at 9 pm, desperate for a drink and good food. Doors were locked and the staff was at the bar drinking, hope it was worth it won’t recommend to anyone

Fantastic atmosphere, great service, and a solid menu. The items I've tried here have always been delicious, well cooked, and extremely flavorful. They have a lovely turkey dinner poutine that is one of my favorite takes on a poutine in Halifax. They also have a fantastic sauce (Old Port sauce) for their wings, which is sweet but not overpowering, absolutely fantastic!

My friends and I go there every weekend to catch up on our lives. The wings and nocho's great. Staff is usually great great, but last week week we had very bad service. It was like we had a virus or something. But in the end we kind of got taken care of. We didn't return this weekend, thinking of another spot.

Our server was fantastic and very personable. The decor and food were suprisingly good and I'll definitely dine here again.

Had a craving for fish and chips today and Old Port did not disappoint!

Great service. With all the great local craft beer available, I would like to have more selection, but they had a few, so.

We stopped in just before lunch rush. Great service good food too.
Lots of parking and lots of room to sit.
Menu has a good assortment of pub food and quite a few healthy choices as well.

Theu use to be able to accommodate a nut allergy unfortunately they cant anymore. Wings were always great. Quick service. Manager or owner tried his best to accomodate us and we greatly appreciate it but we cant go here anymore.

My husband work had their Christmas gathering here. I wasnt impressed at all. There was a bit on but the server was really distracted/overwhelmed. At first I let it go, but I became more annoyed as the night went on. I realize this establishment serves alochol.but when you see car keys sitting on the table, why push alcoholic beverages on someone? She just kept bringing pitchers of beer and shots to some of the boys without asking how they were getting home. I also feel like they were over serving alcohol, there were quite the few overly intoxicated people there.when asked what I was having to drink and I said coffee.it doesnt mean come to me 10 minutes later and offer to get me alcohol, but forget to refill my coffee.

Our server only came to ask us about drinks.we had to flag her down for food items.

The food here is alright, nothing stood out to me as fantastic. They "forgot" to enter a food order for one of the people at our table, and one of our guys waited 20 min for his beer, once he got up to get it himself she came running.

I think it wouldn't be a bad place for dinner, but early dinner because after 6 the music is too loud as are the drinks to hear anything the person next to you is saying.

Great atmosphere I was there with a couple of friends they had lunch but I didn't they said the food was really good, I have to try it sometime for myself, prices were pretty reasonable also.

I can always count on the great service, food, and cold beer. Traditions happen here, and wing night is a perfect night to go!
