Orchard Queen Motel and RV Park

The campsite is well located for exploring the area. The facilities are functional, just not designed for tall people (complaining at a high level)

The rooms were fine. The mattresses are a bit soft for our taste. It is located in a small town where there is practically nothing.the service is very good, the guys at the reception are very friendly.

Website offers tenting and glamping sites. Booked three nights of tenting. For my wife and I wedding anniversary. Arrived on site only to find none of these services exist. Photos posted on website were from completely different campground. We Were shown to a bare dirt spot in back between some Rvs. Old drum for a discarded washer full of garbage in place for "firepit". False advertising. Ended up paying 90$ for a hotel room over and above the 135$ already paid for "tenting" camp site. Owner only gave partial refund due to "late cancelation fee". Ended up going short distance down the road to real campground paying addition 70$ for the rest of our stay in the area. Office staff were very helpful and understanding but had to follow owners instructions regarding refund. Owner lives outside province and difficult to contact. Hotel room was very clean and well kept. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning and will not recommend. False photos of services not actually offered should be removed.

The room was comfortable comfortable beds clean clean towels in good condition
It only has a mini fridge and coffee maker.
The toilet seat had urine
Bad wifi

I have no complaints, even though it’s an older motel, The room we had looked like it had fresh paint, the bathroom had been redone, it was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing it took a long time for the hot water to come. But it was hot when it finally came through. I have stayed in big name hotels and I must say I felt just as comfortable here as I have in the other hotels. And a lot less money.
