I bought a car at O'Regan's Hyundai in Dartmouth, and from the moment I drove it off the lot, they acted like I didn't exist. Any attempts to reach out with the MULTIPLE ISSUES I experienced were ignored or brushed off. When my car made grinding noises, they took it in and dismissed me as making it up. They never delivered the paint pen or repaired the holes in the seat like they promised. And when I went to get an oil change from somewhere else, the bolts under the car were stripped and the garage couldn't complete the oil change. When I called the dealership to have them fix this, they told me that there would be an extra time charge for removing the stripped bolts. Overall, this company has shown nothing but ethical bankruptcy and a desire only to get your money and get you out of their hair. I will never purchase anything from them again, and would recommend anyone to find a more conscientious company to do business with.

Careless Service Advisor, not even try to listen to what you are saying, the service manager did not want to meet with me about my complaint regarding one of the services that I booked for a month ago and they did not recorded it. Zero customer service. I have an ongoing issue with a phone connection to my car for more than 1.5 years, and yet the advisor telling me that they have to spot the issue to be able to diagnose it! What about the past year and a half other employees spotted it! Not recommended.

Took truck in but no parts. Waited. Called back.partial parts. Did most of the work then called to say more issues were found.still no truck. Least ive a rental for the moment

We bought a vehicle that had issues which ultimately could not be remedied. Mary-Ellen Oregan went above and beyond to fix it. Ultimately we traded it in. Mary-Ellen worked hard to find us another suitable vehicle. Thank you!

My new car started having issues engine light was in.they took it in found out it was a major issue.they rented us a car and replaced our engine. Tracy called every couple days to provide updates.tge staff at this location are amazing.

Professional setup when dropping my car off for service, very covid protocol active with how they run things. Was great that even without a shuttle service they taxi chatted me home and back to pick up my car. Car was serviced and returned to me in great shape.

OMG! The experience I had buying my new Rogue from Peter Fraser and Trent Wilcox was super amazing! This may seem corny lol but as a black female I am so used to being treated less than. These gentlemen deserve a round of applause from their coworkers and boss! Well done gentlemen and thank you 10 times over!

We just bought one elantra and one honda civic 2018. Elantra works good but i feel some noise coming from honda civic even though i came there to show but john said all is good. But still noise keep coming i dont know what i have to do.

Great place to buy new or used cars just got a new suv they are super friendly.
A good selection of vehicles to be had if they don't have it they will try to get it for you.know everything that you could want to know and much more even if you don't ask some questions they will walk you through it or show you the features that your car has that you might have not know. The paper work and forms are taken care of in a great pace going over what it all is and what it's for so that you will better understand it. The car service that they do is just great and for the most part cheap aswell might still want to shoppe around to compare prices.
I would 100% recommend getting a vehicle of any sort here I look forward to the long road ahead now that I don't need to worrie about fixing anything with the great warranty that iv got

UPDATE.
Customer Relations Director reached out to me regarding my situation and I am very happy to say has be resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you again so very much Mary Ellen O'Regan.

After loosing one of my keys on Saturday, I called the O'Regans Hyndai on Kept Road where I bought my Elantra about the second key I was given at time of purchase but uncut and no keyless entry. I was then told to call Baker Dr. The gentleman the was very kind and helpful and recommended I call The Nissan office on Kept Rd because Hyundai didn't have me in the system. This is where I was confused.
I had work done at shop on Kept Road and it's a Hundi not Nissan. I had meetings all day today so sent email to Nissan. Mr Publicover emailed back to say he would be out of office til 1pm and call then, which I did. I proceeded to tell my story even though he had a copy of my email to Baker Dr, and how much it cost me to get a key cut which should have been done at time of purchase. That was 4 years ago. He informed me that I didn't show for my appointment on Baker Dr 4 years ago and couldn't help me now.
What I would like to clairfy is that I was not told about any appointment by the sale rep. I was told to just show up anytime in the area. Well I live close to Herring Cove and Baker Dr is like the other side of the earth to me. I don't know Dartmouth at all. I did find it once when I had a recall. If I had remembered then about the key I would have had it done.
I found the costumer service from Hyundai and Nissan on Kept road unfavorable. Now I am out $200 and a key that doesn't even have keyless entry. There was no compassion from Mr Publicover what so ever. I should have been orginally given 2 working keys. He said after 4 years I'm out of luck. I live on a fixed income and that $200 is a lot for me.
I did say I would have to take this further because it's not right that I have to pay for something I should have gotten in the first place. Hence this comment on this site.

I never had such a bad experience with a dealership. Sales people were great but when it come to getting any thing else good luck. I would recommend any other dealership.

Ryan Brothers//Wholesale Direct- Dartmouth branch.

We purchased a 2011 White Nissan Rogue last week out of the Dartmouth branch of " Wholesale Direct" in Dartmouth. I absolutely hate buying a car. The process, the haggling and overall dealing with sales people. I'd rather see a dentist than go to a car dealership.
Having said that it wouldn't be fair if I didn't write a review in telling how positive my experience was with those who work at Dartmouth's Wholesale Direct, in particular the salesman who sold us our vehicle. His name is "Ryan Brothers" and he was absolutely excellent in how we were treated and ensuring that our purchase was not only a happy experience but that we were treated more than fair by him. From the get go Ryan put aside the vehicle (we live in Chester) until we got there in case someone else might be interested before we arrived.
Ryan was very easy going and didn't pressure us in any way especially as I took the car for a 2 hour test drive and inspection so by the time I decided we wanted the vehicle I was absolutely sure of what I was purchasing was a good buy. There wasn't any haggling for a better deal as such (he actually thought he could get me a few more dollars off of what my asking price was) but a guy/ salesman who showed great professionalism in what he does and how he treats people. It didn't feel as though we were just another " sale". Being in sales is I'm sure not easy especially when dealing with commissions. He has the gift of not being at all pushy and through his character showed that through treating people with honesty, dignity & respect trumps showmanship in selling a car.
Oregan's I would hope will keep a good eye on Ryan as I believe he is such an asset to their team that I believe he should be encouraged to prosper within their organization. If they don't, they are truly fools.
I do not often (if at all) send out praises through a review but until I can find who to relate our experience to within the higher ups at Oregan's this will have to surfice. Through Ryan, if we require another vehicle in the future years he would most definitely be our go too guy.

This is a beautiful place. People are friendly. I really like the O'Regan' Group however had a less stellar experience on this visit. Surprised with the lack of communication and ability to answer my questions. Seemed to be outside their high standards.
The best part of this experience is the corporate receptionist. She is an amazing person and a definite asset. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Not very knowledgeable needed a part ordered in and they gave me the wrong part. Plus charge you 50 bucks to just look at a car. I opted to take my business elsewhere.

Purchased a 2017 chevrolet mailbu. After three months I had to have three seat belts in the car replaced.after 12,000kms i had to get new front rotors.and not once has anyone stood behind the product I was sold. NOT GM Canada or Oregans Chev robie street.after speaking with Mary Ellen Oregan she has promised to take my feedback into consideration and try to do better next time I purchase a vehicle.

Had an issue with my grill on 2018 car. Staff were friendly, helpful and dealt with problem. Pictures will be forwarded to Hyundai to notify them of the poor painting of front grill.

Get the feeling from this dealership that "you need us more than we need you". With that said, I did like the salesman I was dealing with, but past experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth for the dealership.
