About 8 weeks ago I purchased a new 2023 230i XDrive. I did not like the car. It road roughly and blew around in windy conditions. I had issues with the
Apple play and music streaming. It constantly was booting my phone out and sending messages that there was no phone connected. It did this during navigation which was very frustrating and streaming and Apple play.
I called my salesperson three times over this. Each time I was told it was related to my phone not the car! I knew this was not the case. Finally I told my salesperson I had buyers remorse and was hoping they could get me into a different car since it had only been 30 days
They offered a ridiculously low value for the car I had just bought. With that I had enough. I traded the car in at another dealer and got a new car there. Everything works perfectly in the new car! I would NOT deal with this dealership ever again.also why is BMW flagging my review! That’s not right. Sneaky way to have my honest post removed. I will be calling bmw to discuss this and asking google why they are removing my post so only I can see it! Fair is fair. My review is not against policy too bad if BMW can’t handle the truth!

O’Regan’s BMW have always provided superior service. The service personnel are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My car has always been ready as scheduled and on occasion, ahead of schedule. I highly recommend O’Regan’s BMW for your next car purchase!

Buyers beware! Purchased a New X1, purchased was Great shortly after purchase vehicle Displayed onboard safety and Airbag issues warning that emergency equipment has failed. And not to drive due to airbag issues. Living 400km away vehicle had to be towed to dealer so a rental car had to be rented, once repaired was advised buy dealer and roadside.that it would be reimbursed but was declined, after claim was submitted.

If you are considering to purchase a bmw I would seriously consider not, if you don’t live next door to dealer ship. Very bad customer service on BMW, and there road side assistance.

Have had my various BMW’s over 23 yrs, serviced occasionally at this dealership and have enjoyed good and reasonably priced services. I do a fair bit of maintenance myself and also am a member of several BMW forums and from what I read there this dealership has always treated me fairly and better than most other dealerships.

Work was done proficiently and with care. The
Service Manager was very helpful in resolving the issue with my BMW.

This was an absolute great experience. Bobby was extremely patient and I never felt pressured to make a decision. The buying process of my X1 was seamless and professional. I highly recommend this dealership and working with Bobby if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile.

Booked my Alignment service with them. When I reached on my appointed date, they said they cannot do the alignment and have to do a pre check first which cost extra. They never mentioned this on the phone when I was booking my appointment for me to prepare accordingly. Now that the check was done and I got my vehicle back, there was crack on the windshield which was obviously caused when they put my vehicle on some machines to lift the vehicle during the check. When I confronted them about it, they denied that it was their fault and told that they cannot do anything about it. I'm very disappointed with the whole experience. On top of being very expensive, their service level is very low. I don't recommend bringing your vehicle here. I tried reaching out to the General Manager but there was no response. The receptionist had no idea about General Manager even being there.

I've leased/financed 3 cars from O'Regans BMW since July 2017. Each time has been a easy process and no pressure.

Ben and his team at service are wonderful. We had a safety concern with my mothers car, they got us in to have the car looked at very quick even though they were very busy. Thank you Ben!
