My car got smashed mid-september by an impaired driver these guys fixed it, looks better than it did before the accident if i'd give more than 5 stars I would

I gave them one star just to write this review. I had my driver's side door clipped by another vehicle and had to have it totally replaced which isn't that big of a job but it cost me 4,485$ and they quoted me one week to repair it. It was just one day short of two weeks that it ended up being in the shop. I'm no expert on this type of work but I'm pretty sure I could have built a whole car by the time this was fixed. That's all I have to say about this place.

Just started a claim, so far my experience has been great! Really nice crew! Had to wait a few weeks to get in but other than that, so far so good.

I recently picked up my car from O'Regan's and I cannot speak highly enough of how pleased I am with their service. All the employees were extremely kind and patient with me when I asked many questions. I recently got into an accident, and they were able to fix the damage done in a reasonable time. The best part was my car was not only fixed when I picked it up, but it was also extremely clean. They did a marvellous job and I would highly recommend you to take your vehicle for any and all services! Thank you so much O'Regan's, you truly made a new (and scary) situation for me easy, and you were ever so kind in all interactions.

I thought that O'Regan's collision was a reputable shop, but apparently I was wrong. My vehicle was towed there after it was involved in a hit-and-run. The repair consisted of replacing the front bumper, and all associated covers, mounts, etc. I originally picked up my car after the repair was completed on the 23rd of June. I have since been back there twice on the 24th of June for adjustments, and once this morning (28th) because the bumper was not assembled properly and kept popping out of place. After my second return, I was assured that it was fixed properly, however, over the weekend, the bumper has popped out of place again, and I discovered that two pieces of the wheel well liner were not properly fitted. To add insult to injury, Chico Arseneau (the production manager) twice tried to blame the problems on me by asking me if I had been "messing with it". If you want your car repaired correctly, I would suggest taking it somewhere else.

I took my car here for an estimate after I was rear ended. The damage to my tear bumper cover was very minor and strictly cosmetic. When I had the estimate done, they acknowledged that the damage to the bumper cover was very repairable, but they tried to tell me that the foam absorber was compacted in the accident and that it would have to be replaced. I could not understand how a foam absorber could be damaged when the bumper cover had such minor damage. So I then decided to go to another place for another estimate and they confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my foam absorber.

Good service but very expensive and their time estimates are about twice as long as other shops
