I would like to share my wonderful experience with a recent purchase of a Mazda Miata at O'Regan. I live out west in Alberta but after an extensive search, I found the ideal Miata at O'Regan. I was working with an amazing advisor Colton, I asked him to send me more pictures of the car, he did above and beyond by getting the car on a hoist, took many quality pictures of underneath so that I have clear picture (literally) of the car's condition. He even took a very nice video of the car all around, and specifically point out some of the minor defeats (rim rash on one wheel) so that I won't have any surprises. Colton not only helped me to get a good price but also willing to take the car on my behalf to a Mazda dealership for inspectation before I arrive Halifax. The Mazda deralership found out the battery was weak, Colton got me a new battery without cost.how amazing. Once I arrive in Halifax and saw the car, everything was what I expected and actually better. I was in and out O'Regan within an hour and onward to my Halifax sigh-seeing. Colton helped me making all the arrangement to have my car shipped to Calgary.

The moment my husband, baby and I walked into Greenlight Halifax we were met by Courtney’s welcoming face. Right away she listened to what we were looking for and honed in on a vehicle that was a great fit for us. When we got back from our test drive we were ready to purchase the vehicle but Courtney let us know she found one with more features that would suit our family even better! She never pushed us to make a decision and gave us the time we needed to decide. She really went to bat for us and got us the exact deal and payment we were looking for. Then she handed us of to Tina in finance who was equally wonderful. Tina took the time to get us the best interest rate possible and was even able to extend our Walkaway protection. I am beyond impressed! I had the best experience dealing with Oregans when buying my car. William LeBlanc was the best. He was Helpful, knowledgeable and willing to work around my busy schedule and the fact that distance was a major factor as well as no cell service where I live. He was able to communicate with me at times that were convenient for me such as over lunch or on my way home when I had cell service and then by email in the evenings. He sent me video messages showing me everything about the car because I couldn’t physically go see it and was always quick to answers any questions I had. A relaxed no pressure attitude was very welcoming. He went above and beyond in every way he could to help me make this purchase and I was even able To have it delivered! Start to finish it took maybe 4 days. As I got them to install a few extras. I highly recommend anyone give Will a call when looking into a used car. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships over the years and been tricked into sneaky warranty’s and extras that were not necessary. This dealership is not like the rest. They truly care about you the customer. Yes they have to make money, we all do. But at at least they don’t try to break the bank. I give O’regans in Dartmouth five stars. This is my 2nd vehicle from O'regans. The service is always top-notch. I was surprised at how fast they were. When I arrived, they had the vehicle I wanted ready to test drive. I had a new vehicle in 2 hours on New years Eve. I was really impressed.

When negotiating the deal for purchasing my used car, I negotiated the dealership to cover the cost of the upcoming 60,000km which Jake informed me was about $1,100 value, only to find out when booking the service a year after the fact that the service was completed by Green Light when they received the vehicle, when I reached out to Jake on 2 different occasions to see if something could be done to rectify the situation. Both times Jake did not call me back. The sales team clearly dont have any knowledge of the vehicles they are selling and have zero interest in customer service after the sale. Very disappointing.

Took me 2 hrs to trade in my old car and drive away with a used car. The staff were friendly and helped with every question i had, which makes buying a used car much more pleasurable of an experience.

Second time buying a car with them and with Will, we are very happy with the service and the fast solutions, Will found our perfect car, made all the papers and delivered to us in 3 days, amazing!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Rob Drohan at this location. Rob was personable, precise, and to the point. The sales team worked with me to make the price I wanted stick. It was a quick an easy transaction.

I had a issue with my car two days after driving off the lot. The rear brake caliper stuck, probably from the car sitting on the lot during the bulk of COVID. Rob and his team immediately got me in a loaner car and had their Napa Oregans shop place my car in priority queue. The car was repaired, and the other brakes were checked to ensure I wouldn't have more problems, and I was sent on my way.

While frustrating for the customer, and having a financial impact on the dealers bottom line these types of scenarios provide an opportunity to showcase the dealership teams customer services skills and abilities. Rob and the team at Oregans Green Light certainly exceeded my expectations and turned the total loss of my previous vehicle in to a positive shopping experience.

This was my second vehicle that I purchased from O'Regan's Greenlight. I purchased a Hyundai Elantra there around two years ago, and when it came time that I decided I needed something bigger I reached out to Rob Drohan again.

Rob got back to me the same day with some ideas already ready for me to test and try out. He's good at what he does and always takes the extra steps to ensure you close the deal satisfied.

If I were ever in the market again, I would likely still go with Rob as he makes a rather unpleasant process really simple and straight forward.

I contacted Rob Drohan at O'Regan's Green Light Centre on the advice of a friend who knows of his reputation as a very knowledgeable, customer focused, no pressure style of sales person - this is exactly how I experienced him. I was looking for a 2 - 3 year old SUV. Rob sourced a few for a test drive and knew plenty about each. He patiently let me consider a few options and when I made my decision he moved the purchase process along smoothly. He also contacted me after I took the vehicle home to learn how liked the Subaru Forrester.
I experienced the staff at O'Regan's as very friendly and efficient. When sitting with the finance person setting up payment, he informed me of a free deal that he had just read about in an e-mail that O'Regan's was offering on all vehicles sold. I selected free Perma-Shine treatment. All and all I had a very positive experience at O'Regan's Green Light Centre.

I seem to have met the wrong member of staff going by other peoples' reviews. I called in to see if I could replace my recently totalled car and explained it would be a nailed on sale if they could get one. The guy took the specs and passed it back. He then suggested I test drove a different car which I was willing to do. I emailed him next day to say when I would be free. No reply. On the day I had suggested I emailed to say I would not attend absent any confirmation. No reply.

A month ago I walked into O'Regan's Green Light Certified Cars to ask a few questions, and I was lucky enough that Rob Drohan was the person who greeted me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and wanted to work with me and not just sell me a car. I felt no pressure from him, and walked out with a fabulous Toyota Corolla which I absolutely love. Rob was also great with follow up, and when I wanted a starter kit in my car, he looked after everything for me. I was able to take the car in the next morning and had the starter kit installed in two hours. I highly recommend Rob for anyone wanted to buy a car. I had already been told then Green Light Certified Cars were top notch, as they do not leave any stone unturned, but I still was a bit nervous and unsure about getting another car. Rob put all fears to rest, and I am very pleased with my experience.
