Can’t even give them 1 star, just bought a 2022 Ioniq 5 from them. During the heat wave a few days later the air conditioning wasn’t working. Called a told a month an a half before they could service it. Called the sales person an she spoke to their manager an said to bring it in that morning. We had been promised a loaner at the time of sale if vehicle was down an was told none available. They took the vehicle in so late in this he day that nothing was done. We left disappointed. Now we have a nail in tire an they want us to drop vehicle off, said we would need a loaner as we use the vehicle for work. Service department tell us they don’t do loaners, I told them it was part of the agreement during purchase. Plus there is no spare in these vehicles so impossible to leave the tire. We are extremely disappointed. Update, contacted Steele Hyundai, said to bring it over right away as it’s only a tire they would fit it in right away.

The low score is directly related to a corporate issue and not of the sales personnel and manager who were both caring and empathetic which this could easily been a 5-star result. The problem is the website that professes that they have a specific item in stock and after a bit of a drive to get to, to find out that there are none in stock and at least (approx) 4-6 month delay before getting it. This inaccurate depiction of on hand stock could be construed by some as nefarious if not at least irresponsible. Please fix this O'Regan's.

Save your money. Go elsewhere. Classic. Car wouldn't start. Checked the handbook and it said if you see the little car symbol with a key in it then you've been immobilized and to bring it to the dealership. So I got a wrecker to drop it off. I go to the dealership the next day to see that they received the vehicle and they tell me that it could be 6 or 7 business days. What? Anyway, car doesn't run and I'm out a towing fee already so I say, "okay". My partner receives the call later that day (it's their car) the service rep provides the details. Starter is broken $600+ to fix it. What? I call them and they explain the starter was over $400 and and it would take an hour to install. I say that price ridiculous. I get, "that's the price" in response. I check Napa and they have one for 324.00 so I figure I'll ask for the difference. I go to the dealership with my screenshot of the NAPA site and I get another, "that's the price". So they start to justify it, I get it you don't have time for customers, we're all beligerant fools who just pay whatever you ask. I get it. They see I won't budge and they go get the service manager. I get, yet another, "that's the price". They insist that they have to make their markup and that they can't do anything. Any other garage would have provided some kind of discount on the labor or the part. Not this one. If your car is out of warrantee then go someplace else. Customers are just cash machines to that service department.

Very happy with my experience at Hyundai on Baker Drive, Dartmouth. The young man who looks after me is Bryan Collicutt and he's alway so friendly and helpful and makes the experience enjoyable.

Wally and Kevin were great to work with. We went from a 2017 Tuscon to a 2023 Tuscon Hybrid. The model underwent an entire refresh in the intervening years. The navigation system is all new, and Wally went through everything with us. He demonstrated and explained the various features (there are lots!), answered all our questions, and checked in with us a few days later to ask how things were going. Kevin walked us through the financing options before the vehicle arrived, got us a competitive rate, and really listened to us when it came to what we wanted and what we didn't. We waited almost a year for the vehicle to arrive so we had lots of interaction with these two while we waited. They were friendly, straight forward, and kept things uncomplicated.

Blew a tire in my Hyundai and went in this morning for tire replacement without appointment. Staff were extremely nice and warrantied the tire. Very happy with the service and the help that Amanda from the service desk gave.

I just got my first new car. Wally and Kevin made it as easy and stress free as possible. They were there to answer any and every question I had no matter when and what it was. I'm so grateful for them. Now, my dog and I are driving around in "Thor" safe and sound. I have already told my friends and family that if they need a new ride or a new to them ride to go check out Wally, he will definitely hook you up for a perfect match! I understand things are slower because of Covid. But I’ve been waiting over 7 months for a rear camera replacement. Every time I call they keep putting me off a month longer. What’s the deal? Shouldn’t take this long

We had a great experience with this dealership. We were welcomed by Kevin Clark and he was immediately open about the car shortage and current wait times. We came in to get one vehicle however after receiving a well valued offer on our current vehicle we ended up with 2 brand new cars. The wait times were accurate within a couple weeks based off his predictions. He updated us as soon as he received more information and was easily available if we had any questions. We purchased two previous cars from here and the customer service has always been outstanding.

I like the way the service department dealt with me last time. Dropped off my car for an engine issue. Amanda was my service advisor. Told my issue and thats it, no unnecessary questions and answers. Figured out what the issue is and fixed it. Got my car back in perfect condition all for no cost. I wasn't sure about my warrenty but thanks to the service team for getting things figured out.

I don't even want to give 1 star to this dealership. Incompetent staff and very few cars that can fit your requirements and budget. Our experience dealing with Kevin Ferguson was the worst; he was not able to help us and wasted our 5 days on a car deal and another 7-8 days on returning our $500 deposit that took on few minutes to return to my credit card. The staff won’t bother about your requirement or your presence at the dealership.
The worst dealership, and I won't recommend it!

It was 2007 and I had just moved from Calgary, driving my Hundai to Nova Scotia. I hadn't really spent any money on my little 2001 Accent so when I took it in to have brakes done, I decided to get the dealership to do things that I might ordinarily do on my own, spark plugs, plug wires, etc.

$2000 later, when I left, the car seemed to be running great aside from an infrequent hesitation but I thought that it might be inconsequential. Not long afterward, a 'check engine' light came on.

They had only pushed 2 plug wires on completely and the other 2 were just barely on. The result of that was fuel going into the catalytic converter. When I went back to them, they verified that yes, the catalytic converter needed replacement and of course they were not accepting any responsibility. Price of catalytic converter replacement at the time? About $1900.

I did not get that done and I have never been back.

Had a horrible customer service here yesterday. Walked into the show room to see 4 staff members gathered around a table together talking no one even looked up at us. Walked around for a minute before finding someone who I believe works in service department told him we were looking to talk about leasing a car. He called over to the group of 4 and a lady named Natailya came over. She didn’t seem interested in answering our questions just told us there were no cars available for probably 6 months. We asked about any used cars or sale and she gestured to the lot outside and said there’s some lined up out there. We headed out to check them out and as we turned we realized she turned and went back to her group of coworkers instead of coming with us to show us which ones were for sale. To us they were not clearly marked hard to tell what was for sale and what was not. She clearly had no interest in helping us at all. So we left and as we did the whole group of employees were gathered around the table again. Hope they had a fun chat we took our business elsewhere.

What a delightful surprise when I took my new vehicle in for the first servicing. At other dealerships I was accustomed to waiting around for hours for the servicing to be performed. I was delighted to discover that the servicing was begun immediately resulting in a very reasonable wait time for me. If this is the kind of service you provide you can be sure that I will be a return customer.

I'm shocked by any of the good reviews on this page for Dartmouth Hyundai. This has definitely not been my experience with the company. I purchased my car there a few years ago and dispite the horrible service I received buying my car I decided to take it back there to get serviced. This was my four time in for service and everytime I shake my head as to why I think their service will get any better. Over promise and under-deliver has been my experience with this dealership. So disappointed.

Dealt with Amanda on a warranty issue. Brought vehicle in yesterday after an engine issue on highway, Amanda quickly had the vehicle in the bay and looked at by a technician. She called me this morning (less than 16 hours) and told me she submitted photos to Hyundai warranty and got it approved for a Brand New Engine. She then told me she had a rental booked for me while the issue was being fixed! Wow. Amanda, you've been amazing to deal with and Dartmouth Hyundai should consider you an Asset! Your professionalism, consistency and going above and beyond is the perfect customer service I've ever recieved!

Give your self a pat on the back. Amazing job and I will tell everyone how amazing Hyundai has been to me.

I really believe Amanda should be recognized and rewarded for this!

Great friendly people, immediately offered test drive, were quick to process delivery, Presented options for delivery and services. I was not sure what brand and model to choose. The reason I went ahead to buy at O'Regan's Hyundai Dartmouth was their followup and quick services.

This was the first dealership that I visited when I was searching for a new Venue. The sales associate was very helpful and ensured that I had all the information I requested. We took a Venue for a test drive and liked how the vehicle preformed. In short I visited 3 other dealerships but the price varied as much as $4500 on the deal. I returned 3 days later and purchased our 2021 Venue, we were very pleased at how everyone treated us and they were very professional. I would like to thank April Vandegraaf and Elisabeth Warde for their professionalism on how our deal was worked out. O'Regan's Hyundai Dealership is by far the place to buy a new vehicle if you want great service and no pressures sales.

I dealt with Jeff Myers 34 years ago, my Mother and I were opening a hair salon. Jeff was our first salesman we bought product from. Jeff joined Oregon's 10 years ago, I promised myself, if ever I can have a new vehicle, Jeff would be my guy. Still the laid back no pressure's, Jeff. I'd trust him to the moon and back.and by the way, " I freckin love my new Kona".

If you are shopping for a new car you need to visit O'Regan's Hyundai in Dartmouth. We knew we wanted a medium size SUV and had shopped around all the dealerships in the city. We didn't know if we wanted new or used or a particular make and model. After speaking to a salesman at Hyundai we had our mind made up. By far they had the best warranty around. We purchased a 2020 Tuscan luxury edition. It has all the features of a high end SUV for a much better price. Don't buy an SUV without checking out Hyundai.

Waseem, our sales representative, listened to what was important to me, and then ensured that I got the vehicle I wanted. Both he and Rodney, the business manager, realized I was in a huge rush when I came to pick up the vehicle and they respected my time by making sure I got in and out very quickly. I later followed up with questions and they both took the time to help me. I was really pleased with this service!

Dealership, with the assistance of Mary-Ellen O'Regan, gets high marks for following up on customer experience and service. There is a genuine effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Great communication after service appointment speaks highly of the management of this dealership and supervision of service staff.
