Friendly, professional and respectful service when buying our Sportage. The sales person Jas was very knowledgeable and made us very comfortable in making our decision to purchase our SUV. Justin the financial services manager was also very good in his role. We left feeling great about the purchase and will not hesitate to recommend their service and this dealership.

The entire experience of purchasing my new car 2024 Kia K5 from O’Regan’s Kia Dartmouth was exceptional. The team particularly, Rhiley Coward-Bullen was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She patiently answered all my questions and ensured I had a clear understanding of the vehicle's features and options. From start to finish, this was the best experience buying a vehicle that I have ever had. My sales associate Fabian was absolutely incredible. Well spoken, patient, knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to understand my needs and wants, and got me into the vehicle of my dreams the same day I walked in. I never felt rushed or pushed to buy, my questions were answered thoroughly and immediately, I was given top dollar for my trade in, and the entire process start to finish was seamless with very little effort on my end. The finance manager was fantastic as well, and the general customer service at this location is top tier. I was greeted the second I walked through the door, and called back within 30 minutes when I called with some follow up questions after purchase. My sales associate Fabian really took the time to show me all of the features on my new car, and made sure this was the vehicle for me. I cannot recommend Oregans Kia Dartmouth enough. You won’t regret making your next vehicle purchase here!

My wife had leased a KIA Soul from this dealership in 2019 and had found the transaction and all after sales service to be excellent in all respects. Although the lease was not due to expire until November this year, the serious supply chain delays that the auto industry is expriencing led us to consider early renewal. Although we had moved to Moncton, we found Kia Dartmouth to be most accommodating to our needs and well worth the 3 hour trip. Selection Specialist Fabian Colley, Finance Manager Justin Knickle and General Sales Manager Jamie MacDonald made the rollover of the lease to a new Rio an eminently satisfactory experience. All 3 are mature in their skills and knowledge. This enabled them to stay engaged in and to solve several complex logistical problems like deciding on the right model, making the numbers work in our favour, arranging a dealer trade and correcting "final mile" delivery errors. This required going above and beyond in effort and even beyond regular business hours. The O'Regan's KIA Darmouth team is commended and recommended wihout exception.

Likely the worse service experience in 18 years, bought my wife a second Kia sorrento mainly bc of the warranty a longevity, service clearly knew there is an issue. Know it needs a converter: but since the light came off won’t fix until lights back on, charged me the 160 I wasn’t told about, then told to bring back once lights on to fix, …so drive it dangerously around town; until lights back on then I can get my money back and fix my vehicle.sounds outrageous, the service department could smile once and a while too, Seems like a grumpy place to be…

Always great service. No shuttle service anymore but they gave me a full taxi voucher to work which really helps not have to deal with public transit.

This is the second time I have had a horrendous experience with this dealership. My wife brought our vehicle into the service center and was treated as if she knew nothing about vehicles by Don at the service center. Would not recommend anyone deal with this dealership for sales or service.

We caught Oregans Kia lying to us, and charging us for services clearly not performed (no well at least). We came in for service package #2.they inspected the car and wrote on the inspection report that brake pads were measured at 3mm in the front. This was clearly not the case and we measured it afterwards at 6+mm. They charged us for brake maintenance, yet the calipers were nasty and clearly had not been opened (And if they were opened, they were certainly not cleaned as you would expect if you paid for brake maintenance). Therefore I suspect that they did not lubricate any of the moving parts or cleaned anything whatsoever. Lying to customers is not good practice and should not be encouraged. They have proved that they cannot be trusted. Avoid this dealership when it comes to servicing your car.

Stear clear of this dealership. The service department is below sub-par. Terrible customer service, poor attitude and dishonest. Had an issue with them and proceeded to contact a different Kia dealership to check Oregan’s claims. Turns out they were extremely lazy, misleading and lacked and ambition to assist thier customers.

About 2017 or so, I can't recall what the car was taken in for but they had to take the front wheel off. When I went to switch out to my winter tires, I couldn't remove the wheel lugs.

At the time, I was 210 pounds and in the gym all of the time. I drive down and tell them what is happening. The service manager is so dismissive "They are only torqued on to 100 pounds. The girl that tightened them is only around 100 pounds. "

I held myself back from grabbing him around his neck and dragging him over the counter.

The guy came out of the back with a torque wrench that was 2 and a half feet or 3 feet long and even with that long handle, he had to lean hard on that to get those lugs free.

Worst service manager ever.

Did not like value given for 2008 Kia Rondo despite being told it was in great condition when safety inspected (no rust). Offer was $500.00. Tires were worth that. Test drove Sportage hybrid and was impressed. Will probably put one on order when car is sold.

LIARS & CHEATERS
Sales person agreed to "throw in" Studded Winter Tires on Rims (at no cost) - then tried to bury an extra $740.00 in the original purchase price - hoping I wouldn't notice the price difference when I was signing the Finance papers! When I brought it to their attention- (Thank God I had taken a photo of the original paper she was working on as she wouldn't give me a paper copy of it) Amanda LIED saying she only agreed to "Studds" not the tires & rims. The Manager would not even look at my evidence & said the price of the tires&rims had to be added to the purchase price. I pulled out of the deal (I had already signed most of the papers) The fiance guy agreed to tear up the contracts but Refused to put in writing that the Deal was Not going to take money from my Bank Account.
I went there with my friend Paul because he & his wife have bought 3 cars there in the past 4 years. If this is how they treat Valued Customers - BEWARE - LIARS & CHEATERS.

Friendly staff and good service. You can get the same service at any other Kia dealer in the province for less but as a consumer that is a choice you have to make based on travel distance to other locations an extra time spent.

Just like every other dealership under the O'Regan's banner. They try and upsell on everything. Just had a wheel alignment done 9 days ago and the service department was insistent that it had to be done today because it was out of alignment. Even showed the proof that it was done and they just glanced at it like it meant nothing. This is also after I booked my appointment online when they tried to put me into a service costing $200 more than usual with no heads up. Not impressed. At least there's other shops around capable of better work for less (and the mechanic's reputation is on the line). Sad thing is they always ask for perfect scores on their customer evaluation afterwards! Lol

I've been a customer of O'Regan's since buying my first car. I can't believe how awful the service is. I've gone back repeatedly because I have an extended warranty on my vehicle and this appear to be the best option. This is definitely the last time my car will be in with O'Regans. You bring your car in to leave while you're at work and have to wait hours after work to get it because they don't bring it in until the end of the day; They give misinformation so when you purchase a part for them to use it is incorrect (even when you have their advice in writing) - meaning you're now out more money; and to top it off you're patronized for not knowing more about cars - if I knew how to be a mechanic I wouldn't be there to get my car repaired! Would welcome speaking with a manager.
