I bought a vehicle from them and now I have more than a year long relation with them. The sales representative Ellen Power is phenomenal, not only in selling the vehicle but in after sales service. She is always just a call away and takes full responsibility of whatever issues or service requirements I had. I highly recommend Ellen Power!

The guys at O’Regan’s Nissan Dartmouth Sales dept are awesome. They go all out to give you that special customer experience. Kudos to Elias, Nick and Johnny to mention a few.

Hello,
I had an appointment on November 14 in Dartmouth location for a service for my car “Nissan Rouge 2015” to do #4 service. I was also informed by email that my car is due for the alignment. So i did request that to be done and i told them that the can go ahead and do it if they had the time~because I didn’t have that service booked with my appointment.
While i was picking up my car at the same day, they told me they didn’t do the alignment because the front control has to be changed in order to do the alignment.
So i booked another appointment in halifax location for the front control and i did mention everything they told me in dartmouth location. The only thing that happened in Halifax location was charging me 160$ for the inspection that I already had and paid in Dartmouth just couple days before. And they said the front control doesn’t have to be changed and the alignment isn’t actually due and everything was good nothing need to be changed!
I tried calling Dartmouth location to make sure that the service that i had there was accurate and if i do have to do the alignment and the front control or nor. Kaiena was so rude and didn’t even let me explain why i am calling, kept interrupting me and said YOU HAVE TO CALL HALIFAX NOT US. This is absolutely ridiculous and I won’t give up calling and going to both locations until i got my problem resolved!

Exceptional service. Dropped off my car and it was fixed the next day without appointment.

We just bought a nice Ram 1500 from Sean. Sean has the best customer service. We will buy another new Nissan from him later.

Rob Lachambre, an amazing salesman, and the staff at O'Regan's Nissan Dartmouth were professional, courteous, and friendly. They made the process of buying a new vehicle seamless and fun! The team went above and beyond to make sure my car was in tip-top shape before driving off the property. The service department works carefully and efficiently to make sure the cars are safe and reliable for the road. My family has now purchased five cars with O'Regan's and we couldn't be more happy with their service.

This is now the third vehicle I purchased from Nissan Dartmouth, and what a great experience.
The last time I worked with Elias, so I reached out to him directly about what I was looking to do. Elias is the kind of person who when working with you makes you feel like you're his only priority at the moment. He's attentive and beyond patient, considering I had what felt like a thousand questions for him over a week while we worked out the deal.
Delivery was super easy thanks to Michael and Rob, who helped get everything sorted out and had me on my way.
Several members of my family have purchased multiple vehicles from Nissan Dartmouth, and their customer service is why.

Scheduled a warranty service appointment a month in advanced. Drove over an hour away to their dealership only for them to tell me they don’t work on Nissan vans. They were well aware of the VIN, make, and model of vehicle well ahead of time and even called to confirm the appointment last Friday. Service manager and General Manager were less than apologetic and offered nothing in terms of recompense. I would avoid this dealership.
