I really don't know what to think of this place. I didn't purchase my vechicle from here but they assured me they will look after my needs when I went in for a scheduled oil change. A few oil changes later they made me aware of a part that needed replacement but it was covered under warranty. Called to make appointment, then they needed to order the part. They never called me back to advise when the part came in. Scheduled the repair which took two visits, somehow some of the parts were backordered. Ok fine parts.covid makes supply harder. I get it. Vehicle approaching the kms what the owners manual says to service CVT transmission fluid (noting well known CVT failures issues) they tell me they don't recommend changing it. Good for the life of the vehicle. What? Shocked but I agree. How about swapping my winter tires? Ok sure, you're due for an alignment. My winters are an steel rims without tpms sensors. Drive in again leave the vehicle with them. Get a call. Policy dictates they say - they won't install them without the TPMS sensor. $500+ and tax? Not an issue at my former dealer. What gives? I'm trying but they don't seem to be concerned what I want. My 2nd wasted trip this year. I live an hour away. Either they don't clearly make their policy known or it just plain differs from other dealerships. Unique place indeed.

I had an excellent service appointment experience today. After making the drive from Ontario I had a large rattling sound coming from my exhaust. I showed early in the morning with out an appointment and Kelly was able to get my Nissan in for an repair. Many thanks Kelly and to all the staff at O’Regans Nissan for their excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for all your service requirements.

They don't have frontiers right now.should find another dealer that handles their business better. And thank you Joel Marshall. Our family and friends will steer clear of Oregan's. Indefinitely.
