O'Regan's Perma-Shine Dartmouth

I authorized O'Regan's Perma-Shine Dartmouth to do the annual rustproofing check-up & clean (de-oxidize) the headlights on my Prius C three weeks ago on the phone. They said okay on the headlights, as long as they deemed they could achieve a good outcome/result.
My appointment was today (July 13,2023).
I got a call from O'Regan's at 2: 00 to come & pick up the car. The headlights weren't done so I went in to see why. They said they needed my consent. I reminded them I gave said consent 3 weeks ago on the phone. They said, well, I needed to make another appointment and they would need the car from 1 to 1.5 hours. LOUSY SERVICE!

Book appointments for two vehicles because they had 20% off for the month. Bring my vehicle in and they tell me I need the coupon for the 20% off. When I said it was poor customer service, the repsonse was "well, you ahve to bring in the coupon, that's usually how coupons work" What is this 1970? I asked to have a manager call me back and emailed Mary Ellen as in the previous replies below.
Update: Very quickly the manager, Cassandra, called me> She was very pleasant, helpful and honored the coupon.

O’Regan’s is the most thorough detailing service in HRM. It’s worth the money and the customer service is always top notch. We are always wowed by how clean our vehicles are. Highly recommend the leather and upholstery treatment that they offer! It makes a difference.

I think I have had 5 or 6 express washes here in the last year, some great, some ok, and well the last one just poor. The manager said they could do it over, offered to give my next one for free, which was nice. But, I think they should inspect all work before being handed back to the customer. Until they get the quality control in check. But, I know they have some great people in there, and front desk people are super nice. There might be a response to reach out to someone to resolve this, but I think I will just try another shop, thanks anyways, best of luck.

We purchased the Diamond Kote undercoating package for our SUV when the vehicle was new. The car is now 10 years old, and it doesn't have a spot of rust on it anywhere. If you are the type of person that plans to keep your vehicle for a long time the undercoating is worth the cost. You must go back once a year for undercoating touch ups as well.

Took my SUV for a full detail to the Dartmouth location. The detailing was excellent made the SUV look new. A big shout out to the individual who did the work. I would highly recommend this location for auto detailing and undercoating.

Called to enquire about the price of a service, the person completely ignored my question and responded with we have an opening in two weeks. Would you like to book? No thanks, not only did they not answer my question they tried booking me right away, had to ask again for the price. Needless to say, I didn't bother booking
