Went for an appointment that I made. After telling the guy I had to take my son to a dentist appointment by 10: 50 am. When I showed up they said 3 to 4 hours. I said no I can't because of the dentist appointment she said didn't he tell you it would be that long no he didn't mention it. She said sorry it takes that long for an undercoating. I said I will take my keys please. Drove straight to Crown on Roby Street and they undercoated my car in 45 minutes.

Today was my first time to ever use this service and I am glad I did it with O'Regan Perma-Shine. When I called and explained what I wanted, Gold package was what the customer service rep recommended over the phone but I know I really don't need Gold but don't know how to convince the rep over the phone. When I arrived the shop this morning, I requested that someone follow me to the car for me to explain exactly what I needed. After seeing the car and hearing me out, the guy reported back to the lady at the service desk that what I need is BRONZE package. I dropped the car and left and after some hours in the afternoon, I was called to pick up the car. It was a total turnaround. The was like brand new. I was so happy. The service was topnotch. The car I took there today was my official car but I will definitely take my personal car there as well. Those guys are great at what they do. Thanks you and thank you.

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. We got a new car and the staff person I spoke to was able to let me know what had already been done on the car, before I booked and appointment with them.

I was in two weeks ago for a Rust Inhibitor touch up. Then I was in last week and Ronnie helped me with repairing paint chips to avoid rust. Ronnie goes out of the way to help customers. I'd recommend this location to all.
