I bought my Toyota 2024 Rav4 LE AWD in November 2023, and that's within 2 months after booking for a 2023 Rav4 LE AWD:). The car is running great. Tiju Thomas was very patient and friendly to answer all my questions (including my silly questions, since this is my first car) and at the same time he made sure that i got the car ASAP. Thanks a lot! To Tiju and Toyota Oregan's for the wonderful customer service.

Ordered my new Tacoma in August through Shounan Song at oregans Toyota in Dartmouth. Shounan was a great help in picking out my Truck and always kept me updated during my waiting period. Luckily my truck arrived within the first week of December and Shounan delivered shortly after. I’m very happy with the services I received and I would Recommend anyone looking into a new or used Toyota to talk with Shounan!

It was great dealing with Tiju Thomas to find a used car for me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Happy with my 2015 rav4. I strongly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a used or a new Toyota.

O’Regans Toyota Dartmouth is good to deal with when buying a new vehicle, they make you feel comfortable, safe and especially when buying the warranty, they point out everything that isn’t covered, they list it out for you! They tell you pretty much everything is covered. I felt good about buying my 8 year platinum warranty on my 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro.

BUYERS BEWARE!

They scam you.

My hood scoop is falling off. Clearly should be a warranty issue? Nope! They are saying the hood scoop is falling off due to the rust protection coating, and I have to take it up with Permashine, (Permashine which is owned by Oregans, they heavily suggested I buy for my truck to stop rusting). Which I complied.yet it’s caused damage to my vehicle and they won’t cover it.

My slow close tail gate slams open. It needs a new tailgate dampener. This is a simple issue to diagnose. Here’s the kicker!
Toyota charged me $70 (30 minutes) to diagnose the issue, they will replace it under the warranty but are stating that any time I have an issue with my truck, even if the issue is covered under warranty, the diagnostic fee will not be covered…

I spoke to the service manager who confirmed, diagnostic fees are not covered under warranty even if it is a warranty issue.

I have attached my platinum warranty contract. Which states: (line item 20) things that are not covered, “For labour charges to diagnose a repair which are in excess of the dealers normal flat rate.

This statement suggests that if the labor charges for diagnosing a repair exceed the standard flat rate charges set by the dealer, you may incur additional costs. Essentially, you might be charged more for diagnostic work if it takes longer than the dealer's usual time estimate for that type of repair.

This is not ok. I’ll be taking this up with BBB and contacting a lawyer, the 7 year platinum warranty contract I have should be upheld.

A little late to the party here as I bought my 2023 Corolla Hatchback XSE in July, however what an excellent experience I had working with Eddy Crocker and Alisha MacDougall at Oregans Toyota Dartmouth. From the moment I stepped in, as a former car salesman, I could tell they had my best interests in mind rather than simply their bottom line. I was provided with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on payments, warranties and interest rates. I told Eddy what I wanted to pay on the vehicle biweekly and he got my payments within 22 cents of what I was looking for! Awesome… He also got me a pretty killer rate for the current market and my first time financing. As for the car itself, I’ve never been so happy to call a car mine as this one. It has everything I could want and more. The Toyota Remote Connect App also has some amazing features. As an apartment building resident it’s nice being able to start the car from your phone and not have to use the remote. 10/10 you guys. I will continue recommending you to my friends and family.

If you are going to look at one of their vehicle posted on online make sure you call ahead to request confirmation that the vehicle is there. And if it's there, that it not sold or pending sale. The reason is, when they sell vehicles they purposely do not remove the online ads for days or weeks so they can still lure you in there to get the opportunity to sell you an alternate vehicle.

I had great experience buying my first SUV from this dealership. Kaitlyn was very helpful, answered all my questions and guided me through the process very easy. Financing was a breeze. I love my new Rav4. Hoping to get the same service from the Service department when I go for my maintenance.

This is the absolute WORST dealership I have ever experienced. 0/5 stars terrible service terrible communication with the staff.

Original Review: Booked my winter tire change a month+ in advance. They booked my appointment, and confirmed they have my tires stored. Show up to my appointment, no tires have been sent to the shop and the manager has the audacity to laugh at the situation that has now wasted my time and money. Terrible customer service today. Add it on top of their phone system being down (how many time is this now?), and being unable to contact anyone at Toyota to correct the issue.

We had a great experience buying a new truck. Laura made the process so easy for me and my family. I wanted to get a 3rd Gen Tacoma and so went on a long test drive on highway and city and Laura was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We end up ordering the car and negotiating the price and Laura listen to our needs and made us feel very confortable with the negotiation.
When it came time to talk about insurance and payment etc. Gayle help us to get a great rate and asked us right questions that help us decide the extended warranty and the right protection for the new truck.
We waited a few weeks for delivery and Laura kept us on the loop and the truck was delivered earlier than expected which was a bonus. When time to pick up we had lots of time to check all features in the truck and both Laura and Gayle answered again all our questions and gave us all the paperwork.
We definitely recommend Laura if you are on the market for new car and Oregans Toyota Dartmouth.

Very unfortunate experience today. I went in with full intention to buy a new car in the coming weeks. There were no customers, agents standing around talking to each other and not a single acknowledgement. I did 2 slow laps around, looked at the cars that were there with no attempt to say hello. I might not look like a standard customer, which is a sad thing to have to think when at a car dealership, but to validate that thought, as I was leaving, a person entering was greeted instantly.
I might not Toyota at all, and if I do it'll be at a different dealership
