O'Regan's Toyota Halifax

Hi everyone. Their service is awful. I have toyota camery hybrid 2018. I went to change my battery. They have cheged the battery. When I came out of the toyota dealership and drove about 1 kilometer. My hybrid battery stopped charging. I brought back right away and they checked it. They said to me that your hybrid battery is dead and you are responsible for change the battery and they made a bill of 4700. I said to them when I gave you my car that time my hybrid battery was 100 working. Untrained mechanic did a mistake and they are not accepting their mistake and charging me this big amount. I talked to the fixed operation manager name Valerie Hurst. She told me you are responsible. I told her how come after few minutes my hybrid battery is dead and they changed the 12 watt battery. It is 100% their fault.
Do not trust them.

I love O'Regan's. I really really liked there hospitality. We were dealing with Laura Abbas she is such a nice person so helpful. All the stuff members were so friendly. They will explain each and everything about the car you can ask anything without any hesitation.

I walked in with a car not meeting inspection and a ton of work needed — clearly I needed a car asap. I’m beyond glad I walked in to O’Regans Halifax! The moment I walked in I noticed Keith in the back, but was greeted by a manager (the atmosphere was warm, fun and inviting) who than directed me to Keith. I knew this was a sign as I had noticed Keith when I first walked in and was wondering if he could help me!
Keith was amazing to talk to and work with, he understood everything I needed and understood the urgency in me needing a car the day I came in.
Keith has lovely service and has the best interest of his customers at all times.
I never thought I would be okay with a new to me, not a brand new car. Though it was like Keith knew all the things I’ve ever wanted in a car and showed me the Mazda that had it all. To top it off, Finance was fantastic to deal with as well.
I’m so happy and pleased with my purchase, this will be my new car home.

Recently bought brand new RAV4 Hybrid XLE premium package. After booking I had to wait a little over 10 months. Mitch was very helpful and provided frequent updates on the waiting period. I took my Prius to be checked out at the service department and was very shocked by the lack of communication the garage had with me. I dropped the car off in the morning and asked if I could pick it up by the end of the day, and they said yes. I never got a call saying otherwise, so I showed up at the end of the day just to find that the mechanic had gone home and my car wasn't able to be taken for reasons unknown to me or the receptionist. I spent the following day calling and calling to get more information, but no one answered the phone, nor returned my messages that day. It was closed the day after that (Sunday). It turned out there was a legitimate mechanical reason for why I couldn't take my car the same day I had dropped it off, which is fine, but that needed to be communicated to me so that I could make alternative plans for the following days to live without a vehicle. They kept my car for a week to diagnose the problem and every single day, I had to be the one to call and ask what the status was and ask when I might be able to get my car back (although the mechanic did call me once himself on the 6th day of having the car). If I hadn't called at the end of each day, I'm quite certain no one would've reached out to me or given me any updates. I am just so surprised that this is the service Toyota tolerates for their customers. I understand now the problem with my car was quite complicated and did require lots of time to work on, but that needs to be communicated to the client. It felt like my car had been hijacked and I was left in the dark.

I purchased my 2022 Rav 4 hybrid from Keith Nguyen back in March, and picked it up yesterday. Keith was extremely helpful, courteous and easy to communicate with. My dad is an older man, and Mike was so patient, explained things thorough, picked him up every time, set up the vehicle for my dad, and answered all our questions. Our experience was great at O’Regan’s Toyota. A special mention for Keith Nguyen and David Wiseman; they helped us get our first car. They gave the best suggestion that fit our budget and gave us the best deal on the vehicle that we liked.

Monday, July 18,2022 around 3: 10 pm I went in to purchase a snap ring and it was not in a Toyota bag nor box, this is probably and aftermarket part which I paid $8 after tax and I could of purchased it at Parts Source and other local places for $4+tax which I was quoted. Had I known this was an aftermarket part I would of saved my money and went elsewhere. I have purchased parts in the past from this dealership and their other one in Dartmouth where the parts were aftermarket but it was dealer prices. Also O'Regans now owns Braemar Dr NAPA where I purchase some of my car parts from.

Very nice experience, very friendly, loved the experience of trying out the new Lexus Rx hybrid and the Toyota Highlander. Will definitely be back. Shane is very professional and a joy to deal with. Bought the RX450 hybrid and already put a deposit on our next car with him.

Keith N.sales rep there pretty much didn't want to deal with me again after leasing a car from their dealership and lied about the car features. When confronted about the car features that were promised to come with the car he got very angry and asked me to leave the dealership. I feel very uncomfortable coming back in to deal with anyone there now and I still have 4 more years in my contract.

Have dealt with 0, Regan, s service only once, it well be my last.
With the slump in auto industry, all of can think, what goes around, comes around.

Had a very good experience today while checking a "Brake" warning light at the service department. They made sure that everything is safe before i drove the car again. Got me in right away for an emergency service as the car is still under warranty.

I just bought my first 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross and I would not of wanted anyone but Stuart Livingstone to help me! Although I already had a vehicle in mind, he sat down and patiently helped me figure out the specifics! He was personable, kind and knowledgable with a great sense of humour. Highly recommend!
