We bring our VW Atlas here for all service needs. The staff are always friendly and helpful. In addition to all routine maintenance, O'Regans has stored our off season tires. This is a great service and saves us space at home. Our vehicle got a door ding that went down the the metal. O'Regans fixed it and did an excellent job. They also parnter with a detailing business which we have used multiple times and have been very pleased with that services.

Dealer advertises cars that are NOT in stock in order to try and sell you something else and pollute your spam folder. Very dubious business practices

I bring my car to you and you charge me $800 and do nothing to fix it and just messed it up. You didnt fix the light and its still noisy. My alignment was fine before and now it vears to the left when I drive. Why was i charged $800 for nothing? You ask me to give you 5 stars? Absolutely not, i will be going to a different place like honda or toyota to get work done on my car as you guys have just messed it up. I will not be returning unless it is for a refund for the bad work you have done to my car. I will not be recommending any of my friends to you. I think i park my car there and you just moved it to a different spot, doing nothing.

Terrible spot. Val treated us like children, we were never taken seriously. They made us sit for 1 hour without anyone taking care of us just because the people before us was late. This was after we had spend another day trying to speak to someone only to be shooed away to come back later. Worst sales team- they care not at all about putting you in the right vehicle but only about getting your money and a large down payment from you. Everyone there seemed to be unprofessional and not caring one bit. Avoid location. Avoid Val.

Had a problem with coolant issue and asked for a closer appointment and they could fit me in next day. Barry at customer service was very helpful in sorting out significant cost saving for me by a well-appreciated goodwill gesture. Not the first time they make things easier for me. Satisfactory experience every time.

We met with an accident in February. Someone broke our front headlight and side mirror of 2021 Tiguan while reversing their car. Its august and we are still waiting for our car to be repaired because of shortage of parts. And no hope to get it sooner.
Don't buy this car.if unfortunately you met with accident, the car could take years to be repaired. We are feeling so frustrated now.

Had minor issues, including getting a coil over replaced and troubleshooting my windshield washer pump. Spark plugs, oil change was also done. Although they were very quick I was quoted much less than my bill was. After the work was done, the next day driver and passenger airbag, TCS and abs lights are all on (previous to work there were 0 warning lights). I called in and was told I would be charged for labour to investigate the faults caused by them. Usually O'Regans has treated me very well but I am not impressed with this, especially since I bought the car brand new from them.

I just purchased a car from this dealership, and I must say that the experience was absolutely outstanding, thanks to Justin, my car salesperson, and Selin, the financial manager. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a seamless and enjoyable car buying process.

Nothing in my experience wouldn't prevent me from buying from Oregans again but there wasn't anything that set them apart. Their sole focus was on how much biweekly a vehicle would cost.

I had received a call a week after I got my car that I had to come in and sign some paperwork as there was a mistake. I spoke to the dealership the following Monday and advised I had an oil light come on and the lady on the phone said to bring it right in the garage when I came. I assumed it was the same area I picked my vehicle up from. It was not. The person working the service desk was adversarial over this issue and made sure I was aware that it was a staff only area, asked if I worked for O'Regan's, to which I stated "Do I look like I work for you". The employee reiterated that the area I parked was staff only. Not once did his employee say good morning, welcome to VW or any customer service related slogan. When I bought my vehicle I wasn't given the rundown of my vehicle let alone the layout of your business so it was a very confusing experience. The saving grace for my experience is the person who directed me to where my vehicle was parked did a great rundown of the features of my vehicle once he found out that step was skipped.

I have just bought a new Volkswagen Tiguan comfortline R line package and I'd like to say I am really happy with my new car. In addition, I would like to special thanks to Selin and Rabih. They are really kind and helpful people, They always helped me, regarding the buying car process and also they are good at their job and they are professional. Also, I was really glad to choose this dealership ''O' Regans Volkswagen''. Everything was great.

I had body work done at another garage, experience wasn't good. I have had two rounds with O'Regans.won't go anywhere else again. Professional, friendly and quality. The best.

Terrible customer service. The service department does not answer or return my calls. I now go to Steele Volkswagen in Dartmouth, they answer and are freindly every time.

I had taken my car in several times to have it looked at for a noise that I could hear coming from my car. These times that I brought it in were when the warranty was still valid. When I took it in today for the same noise as the previous times they informed me my transmission has issues. They will need to take it apart for further diagnosis, they said if the transmission is gone it's over $4000.00, and since my warranty has expired that the cost is on me. I don't believe it should be on me I had this in several times before my warranty was up.
I was charged for having them look at this vehicle for the same sound.tell me what you would think if you were in my situation.

I can not recommend the buying experience with Pedro (and Cali + Jim) here highly enough. Pedro is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He worked hard to find us the right car as quickly as possible, and the team there tried to track down a car in our preferred colour options. He made my partner feel at ease, and reading back through past reviews for this dealer we can see we're not the only ones who liked him! We did have another car on our shortlist, and we developed a level of trust with this dealer and network that they would treat us right - we took a slightly more expensive deal because we felt they would not renege and they were trustworthy. A shout-out to to Mary-Ellen O'Regan - she called me personally after we'd have a problem with another automaker (not the dealer fault, an automaker). She took us seriously, she lined up the right people for us to talk to, and we could see her invisible hand guiding the process! She was genuinely brilliant. Her intervention lead to us considering the VW, connecting with Pedro and purchasing this vehicle (2023 Taos). I'm not normally easily swayed by anything other than numbers and spreadsheets, but you have to trust a dealer you'll be dealing with for years, and that made the difference here.
