I needed a damaged door replaced and Overhead Door provided great service from initial visit and assessment through installation. Very pleased with product and service.

The sensor eyes on our garage doors were not functioning correctly. We called this company (no prior history with this company) as they had good reviews. They were able to send someone the same day (although we didn't ask for that), stating that the technician 'could stop by' on his way home as our place was on the way. They took a deposit before he arrived. The technician seemed knowledgeable and worked quickly. He re-ran a cut wire on one door which corrected the problem, but was not able to fix the other door as the sensor was not functioning. He was there less than one hour. Since he did not provide a quote prior to completing the work, we assumed the deposit was going to cover it. But later received an additional charge on our credit card (without any authorization). We were charged for 2 hours labour which the company later said included his travel time. Had we been given the opportunity to review a quote prior to the work being completed, we would have said no thank you and simply paid the deposit. Fast service, but very poor communication around the cost.

Impressed from start to finish. These days it is rare to find a Service that actually deliver what they promise. Especially pleased with the Technician's professionalism and dedication to providing a flawless installation. Would recommend highly. Thank you Overhead Door!

We had two garage doors replaced with opaque windows. Excellent service from the site visit, through the selection and quote stage to the installation by a very qualified and pleasant installer, who noticed two small dents on both window panels. Unprompted by us the installer suggested replacement of the two slightly damaged panels, which ultimately was carried out. Very good communication throughout including notification about install times.

From the moment I reached out Jeff was with us every step of the way. They even super impose your new door on a photo of your house so you can see what the new design will look like.

Extremely patient while we went back and forth on design and colours.

Excellent work by installer as well. You’d never know he was here if not for the new door.

Great service! Garage door broke on Sunday. I called them on Monday morning. By 3: 00pm on Monday afternoon, the door was fixed along with a fair invoice received the following morning. Prompt, effective, and reasonable throughout. Recommended for sure.

Called them for a quote for installing a garage door opener in early September. It was a good initial conversation. The gentlemen talked about couple of options. But I never saw that quote. I even followed up twice. Didn't get hold of the same person but left a message with someone else. No one ever returned my call. I guess my job was just too small potatoes for them.

Very happy with our new garage door so far. The staff members we spoke with, including the installer, were very friendly and knowledgeable.
