We needed a quick but decent bite before going to a movie and Paddy's did the job just fine.
The one-piece fish and chips was excellent, though a much smaller portion than we expected. (Does the 2-piece come with twice as many chips?).
We also had the NY Steak sandwich, which was tender & tasty but way overdone (I asked for rare and it came well done).
The glad of house red was fine. The craft beer (called TBA) was good but was not hoppy enough to be called a DIPA.
We made the mistake of sitting too close to the door on a cool evening - my fault.
Overall good.

I feel as though years ago the food was good here. It is horrible now, had a chicken Caesar salad and the chicken breast was essentially served whole. It was also so dry it seemed like it had been cooked and then placed on the dash of a truck and driven across the country before being served. Hard to screw up mussels but they indeed were screwed up. The beer is sub par.

Disappointing meal. Friendly service but seemed to take quite a while between ordering a starter and delivering to the table. Then the main meal two seconds later. We ordered the spinach dip with pita bread instead of chips. I’m not sure what was done to the pits but it could have been used as a deadly weapon, it was that crisp. My husband ordered a pizza, but despite the server coming back to confirm the toppings, he still got the wrong ones. He had to pick through his meal to remove the peppers. The pizza crust is pre-made? Sadly this is not the first time a meal was not the best.
The restaurant was really cold like a door was open. The bathroom was not very clean. This used to be a place we liked to visit but today was the last time.

Good food, got atmosphere. Their Belgian was tasty. Poor Waitress run off her feet. She needed some help, but tough to find people

Ambiance of the outdoor patio in the back was nice. Service was quick. However the food was nearly inedible. The bangers and mash was especially terrible- mash tasted metallic and bangers had no flavor. Wings were edible, but served lukewarm with a dollop of sauce on each. Potato skins had no flavor, were a strange, limp, texture and super greasy.

Arrived at 6PM. Was served the wrong dish at 6: 40PM. Finally got the order almost right at 7: 55PM. They can't get the orders right, the service was horrible and the food is nothing to brag about. This place is the SHITZ!

Potato skin appetizers were mediocre. They were layered. No cheese or bacon under the top layer. Spinach and artichoke dip was missing the cream cheese completely, we had mouthfuls of artichokes and spinach. Ordered pizza with bacon and pepperoni with extra cheese. Pizza came out cold like it was cooked with the apps and brought out later. Extra cheese was non-existent. Had a steak dinner with baked potato. The potato seemed like it was cooked yesterday and was warmed up in the microwave. Paid extra for mushrooms and maybe got 8 on the steak. Had to ask for more. Overall not impressed with the wolfville location of this restaurant.

Got the Irish breakfast with pulled pork, multi grain toast, and a coffee.

It was good, but personally I needed a bit of salt. Seemed a bit under seasoned. The eggs were a bit over cooked as the dish itself was a bit dry. While writing this review I keep going between 3 and 4 stars for food, so we'll see where that lands. The bed of hash browns were really good and they didn't really need ketchup on their own. The pulled pork cut easily and was really good.

The toast was good and I didn't use the jams that came with it. Some places put the tiniest bit of butter that doesn't even cover a quarter of the slice, that was not the case here. Coffee was fine too. Service was really good and the atmosphere seemed pretty relaxed.

Appetizers and drinks. Quick friendly service. Food was standard pub fare but quick and hot so no complaints

Ugh. No greeting. Long wait for a dirty table, long wait for food, order was incorrect. Keep going to another restaurant.

Paddy's is a great brewpub located in Wolfville with tons of excellent micro brews. Dropped in for lunch and was served by Heather who was great! Food is excellent as always. The pub has character and is always buzzing. I had the bacon jam burger, coffee, and some carrot cake, all were great. I'll definitely be back

I went to Acadia and have many great memories of Paddy's and was really disappointed by our food yesterday. Myself, my mom and grandmother went for supper. We ordered a gluten-free spinach and artichoke dip, a gluten-free veggie clubhouse with sweet potato fries and seafood chowder. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our food and when it came, it was such a disappointment. The dip was lukewarm and wasn't a dip - it was basically layered artichoke and spinach topped with melted marble cheese. Instead of bread, it came with vegetables that were not fresh and in fact the carrot sticks appeared to have been frozen. The veggie clubhouse was hands down one of the most boring sandwiches I've ever eaten. The gluten-free bread was not even toasted. The sweet potato fries were overcooked and in one enormous clump and were ice cold. The seafood chowder had a skin on it, presumably from sitting for too long before getting served. I didn't ask my grandmother what she paid for the chowder, but I paid $40.20 for the sandwich, fries, dip and a diet soda, which felt like way too much for subpar food. We didn't say anything at the time because our server was lovely and we didn't want to raise a fuss with her but we are sharing this here for anyone thinking about eating here. This place has sadly clearly gone downhill and needs a menu refresh or something.

We got to seat our selves, five of us. Took awhile to get our drinks. But, fountain pop had endless refills and tasted like fountains pop. Sadly they didn’t have the ingredients to make milkshakes that day. Also the blueberry ale wasn’t very great. The food was amazing though. Everyone’s eyebrows raised when it came to the table and three of us had to take a doggy box, because it was so much. I had the special chicken quesadilla with salad and it was super filling, so much that I didn’t need to eat supper later that night. They did mention my quesadilla was larger than what is on the special because they ran out of smaller wraps, but wouldn’t charge me extra. Our server was super nice, even got my aunt an empty growler at no charge so she could have it for a collectible.

It was just over $100 for the five of us.

We enjoyed a nice lunch on our way through town. Friendly staff, good portions, yummy food. The fries were seasoned, which was a pleasant surprise. The gravy was delicious, and the kids got brownies after their meal and those were awesome!

Cheesesteak was good. Haddock was not good, pulled pork was not good, chicken stir fried rice was not good. Service was good though

We had a reservation of 10. Family home from Florida. They remember getting fabulous fish and fries at Paddys. 4orders and the fish was so hard and over cooked the fries were undercooked I myself had a sandwich and bake potato and it was very good. The fish was terrible! We did tell our server nothing was done. Very disappointed?

The craft beer was amazing. Ordered 2 2pc fish & chips, 1 on each order had doughy batter.if wasn't for that it would've been all 5 stars for sure.especially since that I heard that they were the best.

Sorry, but waiting for an hour to get sth to Drink isnt worth it. 3 forks and 2 knives for 4 people after request. Food was maybe worth two stars, service zero. Wasted time and money

Personnel sympathique et bonnes bières! Ambiance de pub, surtout assis au bar. Le flight comprend une sélection de 8 bières au choix. A essayer!

Sat for half an hour waiting for our server to bring drinks. Staff were around and even looking at us, but no one brought us our drinks or took our order. Very disappointing.

Just had the best service from Caitlyn. She offered a vegan pasta primavera not listed on the menu but available to order. It was delicious, thanks Caitlyn!

Had an excellent time here, while we vacationed. The staff were great and the service excellent. The food was prepared perfectly each time we stopped in. The atmosphere was up beat and Happy, mostly because of the servers bubbly personalities. This place is a must visit. You feel happy and full when you have to go. 5's

First off you no longer serve fried pepperoni.
I visited your restaurant on the 21st of August and started with the fact that their was no cutlery available.ordered two different food items that was not available
Lol really so ordered drinks and waited a long time to receive them. Then ordered and asked for more drinks. 2.5hrs for a couple sandwiches and 2 beer.
Come to find out that only two waitresses working
And yes they managed to clean some silverware.
Came back aug 25th wait was long again to get menus then drinks then food. Shortage of cutlery again and 8 different items on the menu not available.
After all said recieved dessert after a long wait of being forgotten about when asking what was available. Finished dessert and waited 20mins to be acknowledged to which failed resulting in me asking another server for my bill.
I know covid 19 has put alot of stress on things but come on. The staff seem great they are busting their backs the kitchen is putting out good food. So does this lie strictly on poor management. I've always enjoyed coming here but lately it's quite sad.

We dropped in for a few beer and cider. House Cider is nice, dry and refreshing, husband said IPA was good. We didn't eat but what was being served looked good and nice size portions.
Paddy's has been around for a while and could use an interior update.

Lots of variety on their menu (the bison burger is great!), and portions are generous. Servers are always friendly. Perfect location when touring through the Valley.

Pretty good social distancing protocols. Good menu. Food was tasty but not very hot. And the lemonade wasn't cold. Very generous portions and attentive service.

Service was mediocre and slow.there are flies in the restaurant.in order to drink an alcoholic beverage you must buy food if you’re with a minor (which makes no sense in my opinion). When my food came out the roll was frozen in the middle.the waitress was short with us.overall wouldn’t visit again.

Service was a little slow even for a laid back town life Wolfville. Waited forever for the first drink. Fish and chips were good.fish crispy and fresh. My friends liked their food too. Nice patio out back.quiet!

Very pleasantly surprised with the food and service. Great sweet potato fries with a variety of mayo dips. Wrap was fresh with large chunks of roasted chicken.

I want to give this restaurant a good review because of the nice waiting staff and the great hours of operation but I just can't. The food seems to be very low quality. The pan fried haddock was super over spiced we had to peel the skin off. The fries and the garlic mash reminded us of hospital food and the maple burger was so overcooked and undersauced I couldn't eat it. However, the margarita was great and their sweet potato fries were good as well. I've been here a few times now as I always want to give a restaurant a couple chances but my fiance and I have found ourselves disappointed every time we go.

Have been going for years and years. Always a favorite. Great staff, homey atmosphere, reasonable prices. Try the local beer!

Nice patio, accomodating and good prices for the portion. Menu is very diverse and food itself has always been very good.

The service was good, such kind waiters! We were sat outside, due to COVID regulations, and shortly after ordering we noticed a wasp nest and then a few others scattered around the deck. We brought it to the attention of our waiter and asked to move. They coaxed our worries and made a remark about bug season so we stayed. I got stung. I know if we could have gone inside they would have moved us, it just wasn't worth the experience.
The food wasn't really worth the price of the low quality. The only item we enjoyed were the wings.

Service and drinks were great, food was disappointing, especially the fries which were definitely cooked earlier (probably dropped too many on a previous order), left sitting and refried again.

We have been here a few times in person. This time we decided to get delivery as we were staying in a hot tub suite and didn't want to go out. We went online, found the order online in the menu, ordered, added any extra instructions for our order and it was all super easy and user friendly. They also have an option to choose if you NEED plastic utensils, condiments, napkins etc to avoid waste! Fantastic. We ordered and recieved our order delivered 7 minutes sooner then the expected delivery time! We were also able to include tip and pay in full online which had several options to pay as well. All of this happened from the time I clicked submit order delivered in our hands in 23 minutes!
Food was EXACTLY as ordered including special requests! BRAVO PADDYS! JOB WELL DONE!

The food is amazing so I wanted a birthday dessert. I was so disappointed a beautiful night out and only 4 cheesecakes to offer. No whip cream or appeal just dried out 6.99 disappointment. So sad that the truck stop has better desserts. I waited all month for my birthday cheat day at my favorite place. Very very disappointed in Kentville

From the friendly and very helpful staff, to the robust selection of appetizing meals, Paddy's checks all the right boxes on a dining selection in Wolfville. With filling meals and a great selection of craft brewed beers/ciders, this is the spot to make your regular outing to!

The food was amazing, the portions are well served and I had a good time. I just won't give 5 because the waitress had a hard time remembering our order and she kept coming back and forth to confirm or ask again what we had just said. Because the place was rather quiet, we didn't wait long for our order but it was a little bit annoying and made me wonder if the place was in their busy day how that would have affected our experience.

Opens at 9am on the weekend. Great friendly service for breakfast / brunch. The fish cakes and eggs benny are delicious, as is the bread they use for toast. Fantastic place!

This establishment has definitely gone downhill. Half the time when you order takeout, the sauces in the little containers are spilled everywhere and the last couple times I ordered a burger, several ingredients that were supposed to be on the burger are missing. If you aren’t going to put all of what is supposed to be on there then don’t charge full price. Also, some of the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially when calling in an order, and their recent reviews on here are a mirror reflection of their service. Probably won’t be returning anytime soon. Not worth the money for subpar food, especially when you receive horrible customer service.

We got brunch there. I got a traditional brunch, and it was ok.the bread was too dry and hard, the fries was pretty soft, but I do like their sausage! My friends love their Benedict as well. The price was super decent, that was a big plus for me. Our server was pretty patient and friendly too. It’s just weird that we were sitting in the bar area (booth), they were asking for ID (and need to be 19+) even we didn’t wanna get any alcohol. Then I saw there’s a little girl just sat next to us lol

Revising my review from 5 stars with no text. I go to paddys quite often. I like grabbing a pint at paddys with friends or getting couple growlers of good beer for a good price. Staff has changed quite a bit over the year, due to covid19 and other things, and can be hit or miss but there are good ones still. I do not get food often but generally the food ive got has been adequate. They do not offer the same events to the current pandemic and that is a huge loss. Trivia night and open mic night were a fun time pre covid19, usually packed with people. I hope they can make a comeback in the future.

I had a seafood chowder and a pizza. The pizza was great compared to price. Chowder was good as well but not satisfying amount. Enjoyed anyways.

Great meal on a lovely Thanksgiving Saturday. Reservation made online- so I guess that took care of contact tracing> Being from New Brunswick- where restaurants take the name & ph # of one person per party.
We were a party of 9 and the staff were efficient and the kitchen timely with our drinks, apps and meal! The selection of beverages to pick from is astonishing - so much so- I needed a sample plater and settled on the A. V. A (Annapolis Valley Ale).

Rosie's food menu will cure any cravings!

I've never been to a restaurant that had so much variation in food. Their menu consists of burgers, seafood, steaks, pizzas and international food.

I ordered a pulled pork quesadilla with ceasar salad on the side for $15. The food was very good and the portion was big enough to fill me and have some left for take out.

All in all, Paddy's Brewpub & Rosie's Restaurant offers many choices for food while keeping it delicious and cheap.
