Today, June 2/23:
I stopped with my father for a drink and a rest after going for a stroll. We sat at the bar and chatted and had a drink together. I really really wish I had grabbed the receipt so I had the lady's name at the bar. She was beyond great. For the owner/manager, it was around 3pm.

Bacon wrapped scallops with a side of spinach salad cannot be beat on a Friday night! Perfect.

I recently went to lunch at Paddy's with my coworkers, many of whom raved about it. I was pleased to find multiple options for a vegetarian, and my food was delicious. The server, however, was terrible. She was very short/curt with all of us and when I was trying to pay with my debit card, she grabbed me by the hand, seemingly irritated that I was doing it wrong, and forced my hand on the machine with my card.

Food quality keeps going downhill and fast and prices keep rising. Ordered Potato crisps and they came burnt and dry the cheese was also somehow dry. Have found hair in my food on multiple occasions. Been going there a while now. There’s a new youngish waitress who you have to constantly keep asking for utensils and basic things that you shouldn’t be waiting 15 mins for so you can eat your meal she has also made snarky under her breath comments to people I’ve shared tables with. Bathrooms are getting grosser and grosser. The quality is just going downhill fast. And prices are rising very high for mediocre pub food. I’m aware the cost of everything is rising but if you run a restaurant you’d think you’d keep up the quality with the price. It’s a shame. Used to love coming to this place all the time.

Not often do you see great food and service. We had the loaded baked potato soup (wow, wow wow) a meal itself we shared a bowl and almost didn't have room for the main. Fish cakes and baked beans were delicious, I had a burger and fries. Big juicy basic well prepared cheeseburger and fresh fries cooked just the way I like them. Visiting from Halifax and we'll be back.

It's been a while since I last ate at Paddy's (Kentville). We enjoyed being on the patio and the service was friendly. My pan fried haddock was disappointing. I believe it was frozen not fresh because of the color, texture and taste. The hamburger that my friend ordered was good and although they don't have fresh cut home fries, the fries they do serve were tasty. I did enjoy a cold glass of Tidal Bay. The prices were reasonable and there's lots to select from their menu, however, I don't see myself going back anytime soon.

The best fish and chips I have ever had. Service was fast and friendly the patio was clean and tidy. Great lunch!

Walked in on a Saturday night, starving at 5.mins until close for the Kitchen. The Server, Kiara was AMAZING- she ran to the kitchen to let the cook know there were menus out and suggested something quick for both our and the kitchen staffs sake! I loved that! We were in the same mindframe, we had wings and tater things. Both were AWESOME!
OMG! NO FEAR OF SUB PAR quality or service in this little gem even at the 11th hour! In and out with full bellies in 45 mins! My friend and I both agreed we will definitely return!
Maybe even as a destination for a main course sometime!

Awesome food, really nice restaurant, very clean. Went here for a spontaneous date cause nothing else in town seemed open, and it was probably the quickest diner/pub wait ever. My ceaser wrap and salad were great, crispy chicken was delicious, and my girlfriends fish n chips were the best we’ve had all year. Will be coming back for drinks soon as I forgot my wallet, do try the fish you won’t be disappointed.

This is a must place to eat! The food is always exceptionally good, decent prices for pub foodnand the staff is excellent!

Location is excellent in the town, there are free parking around the restaurant. Layouts and decorations, I see they need to be upgraded.cleanliness is within expectations, as soon as client moves, they spray the Tae and clean it well.

Waiting for orders, the timing plausible and within expectations, my experience that we didn't wait long time to get the food.
Waitress, take the order professional and we'll knowledge about the dishes.
Food test, based on my experience and my, all agreed that the food was rich, we all couldn't finish the plates, cooked well and delicious. The burgers wasn't 100% but in general it is very good.
Prices were reasonable and affordable $$
Conclusion, if you are there, you will like it.

Had supper with 11 others, only about 5 people enjoyed their meals not only were they badly tasting I received food poisoning. Would not recommenced.

The fried haddock plate was delicious, as was the grilled cheese. The Greek salad was decent, could be more flavourful. In house brewed cider was crisp and fruity. Shaded front patio was very pleasant.

We have been supporters of Paddy's/Rosie's Kentville, and have ordered online and picked up during the worst of the pandemic, food was always good, and service has been great. But, tonight's experience wasn't the same, the lady at the door sat us where we requested, which was on the side patio (first mistake) and she was nice, the it took a long time for the waitress to show up, she laughing said she didn't see us there and that turned into a truthful statement, food came quickly, it was good, but the waitress who took the order, did really forget about us, and when finished had to search her out to pay for the meal.so sorry no tip tonight, maybe next time.and remember 48.50 for fishcakes and a Greek salade no meat, no drinks is getting just a bit too much

Nice cozy atmosphere. The waitress was not the most attentive. Head the bangers and mash. Was really tasty.

The atmosphere is comfortable and the food is great! My fried haddock and spinach salad were to die for.

First time eating here last night. Everything was good until it came time to eat. The server messed up the order, and brought me the completely wrong dish. She was good about fixing it, took it off the bill and gave me a $10 gift card for my "next" visit as well as putting a rush on what I actually ordered. I ended up getting the right dish, but by the time it arrived everyone at my table was finished with their meals. Food was ok, but the delay really kinda ruined the whole dining together atmosphere. Good food, but overall bad first experience.

Place is consistent but nothing special. Needs a renovation, boring interior. Hasn’t changed in years. Their pulled pork nachos go unrivalled, have never had nachos that compare in size and toppings. Could use a better quality cheese.

Had a great meal with friends, The fish and chips are awesome, it is not noisy so you can eat and have a conversation. I will be back.

Friendly environment and staff were friendly and social. Prices were good and selection was diverse for good and drink. And food is sooooooooooooooo. Good what a surprise for a pub. Great job

Spent every evening here for about a week, the food was amazing, the blueberry beer was the best i have tasted, most of all the staff was extremely friendly, every bartender, waiter and waitress. I miss it already.

Single serving of fish and chips at a very fair price; perfectly filling enough to keep this guy going all afternoon! Great service, great food!

The chicken wings there are mostly skin, barely even meat. What's the point of serving anything at all at that point?

Amber was our waitress and she was on her 5th day of training. She was friendly, out going and did a great job. Food was great, service was good and atmosphere was pleasant. We will be back!

The food was delicious, big servings, great price. The service was fantastic. Lots of options for beer and they have a fantastic flight. Atmosphere is fun and welcoming.

Waiting over and hour for three meals on a Monday night, I seen all of three other tables that sat down after us! Ridiculous.

Always my favorite place to eat in Kentville. Live in Washington state now but come back to Rosie's everytime I come home!

It is an alright spot, kinda dark and dated, food was good, their beer was better, I would go there again if I were handy, but wouldn't travel very far to go here.
