Sales rep was very friendly and helped my wife try some things on and find exactly what she was looking for.

I made a purchase on the website because it said curb side was available. My order was ready in less than an hour I called to set up curbside and they said they only offered it during covid. I explained I had a sprained ankle and couldn't walk around the mall. Charlie was able to set up a time and door to park at to do curbside. I called her when I got there. She was out in less than 5 minutes. She even had to make a second trip for the reciept. She was sweet and friendly and happy to help! Very good customer service.

Very few items on display. You had to tell them what you were looking for and they brought out one tray at a time for your viewing. Very time consuming. Not a place to browse when you're trying to decide on a gift for someone. We ended up leaving frustrated.

The lady working at the MicMac location was so helpful and kind unlike the Lady’s at the Halifax location who were very rude and unhelpful and told me to go to MicMac instead.

Great service along with price and quality. The girlfriend is happy so this place is a winner! Lol

This is store has gone from one of the best to one of the worst. The store is a disaster, understaffed and what staff they do have no product knowledge.

I was picking up something I'd called earlier in the day to have set aside. Walked in the store and was greeted. They put my name down for a sales rep. Within 3 mins had the order picked up and was at the checkout. They make it easy and quick and that's why I continue to use them.

Best Pandora store in the region. They have the best staff and always have what I am looking for in stock. If your looking for someone especially helpful ask for Kyle
